When we walked in, a young lady and a young man were sitting at the first table ready to greet customers. When I told them what I was looking for, I was immediately told by the young lady that I needed to "call Customer Service." The right thing to do would have been to offer to do that together while in store, but she clearly wanted us out of there as soon as possible. She made zero effort to help us in any way possible, even though I had made it clear I even wanted to purchase a phone that day. Not only was she not in the least bit helpful, but she was also short and rude on top of it. Unfortunately, this likely means she was the Manager of the store. For $45 a month when I was paying $75 for unlimited everything except for hotspot; that was a 25gb a month. What would you do after providing your carrier an.option to counter their offer for your loyalty?! I did get prime for free but I don't mind paying the discounted prime price individually; it's still cheaper than having metro by t-mobile.

I like their transparency about the following: prices, rates, commissions, stock(s), data caps, and downtime; you just have to ask the right questions. :) I normally would never go T-Mobile 'full-send', but: they are headquartered in Bellevue, WA of all places.
