Great pricing, fast services, reliable, with high quality. I had researched 5 places before I found this business, it was noted as the best phone repair shop in the entire 20 mile radius. read more

Raina fixed my Puget Sound saltwater infused 12pro max at her Bellevue location a couple summers ago. I recalled how impressed I was with her friendly, straightforward, no nonsense service and I was confident I would call on her again if I broke my phone again. Well, I did that recently-broken glass screen and charge port 90% inop. Took it to her at her new location in Burien tonight and it's all fixed up again. Same great no nonsense service and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Payless. I'm making it my go to. read more

The businesses owner needs to shut down the ability to make appointments! I made an appointment online, showed up, and office was closed. From other business owners, the office has been closed for months. At least explain this on your answering service. Very aggravating! read more

THE BEST REPAIRS IN TOWN - JUST GO HERE. I dropped my phone, screen cracked and wouldn't turn back on at all, a total disaster, I need SMS and authenticators frequently. Tried two repair shops in the area and both quoted me about one-week total repair times because my phone model's screen wasn't stocked. The high number of positive reviews for Payless Repair caught my attention. The office is located in the back of the second floor of the building. Raina helped me get my phone repaired faster than any other shop in the area and with more clear and confident communication. Prices were totally fair. I was stressed about needing to replace my phone but within two hours my problems were gone. Payless Repair is the only repair shop I'm going to from now on and I cannot recommend them to you highly enough. read more

Raina is a joy to work with. She is honest helpful and has a positive attitude. I went in with my iphone CarPlay and charging port non functional. Instead of opening mad replacing the port and charging me $$ she cleaned it thoroughly. And with a smile she said no charge ! Which business does that today ? She has a customer for life in me. Try this little hidden local business once before you spend $$ elsewhere read more

Highly rrecommended. I have broke my screen numerous times and was tired of paying Apple to repair it. I messaged them the night before, walked in and my screen was completed while I waited, literally 20-30 min. Very nice, quick and quality work, told me I needed a better case to protect my screen. I will be back if I break it again. read more

Shopped around and was the quickest and cheapest option I could find. It was 30 mins! I totally destroyed the screen by running it over with a mower and now you can't even tell! Thank you read more

I discovered my IPhone would not charge so stopped by Payless Repair as it was opening up to see if I could get it fixed. The owner looked at it immediately and cleaned the charging port out from some dirt that had gotten lodged in there and I was on my way with my phone charging properly. I left as a very satisfied customer. Redmond, WA read more

My iPhone back camera glass broke. She replaced it in just 30 mins with very nominal charges, in fact half of what other stores quoted. Thank you so much Payless read more

I was very impressed with this business, the communication and professionalism. She was not able to resurrect my dead phone and gave me good advice that it wasn't worth fixing. She tried a couple different batteries with no luck and did not charge me for the work she tried. If I have any issues with my family's devices I will be back. She was great! read more

If you're looking for a quick iPhone screen change or quick repairs I highly recommend this place, the lady that helped me her name is reina so so sweet! They are cheaper than retail and they do such a good job! It's cheaper if you pay cash, it'll save you tax! So reina charged me $89 for an iPhone 7 screen in 10 minutes she was able to do it she also gave me a free iPhone 7 protector! She's so sweet and she's so nice too! In other words she gets the job done! So the next time your phone isn't working or screen got cracked then go to this place and for sure you won't regret it! read more

My son dropped his IPhone 7 Plus and the screen completely shattered. We came to the store and she fixed the phone is 15 minutes! That is definitely the best place to come for a screen repair. Competitive and reasonable pricing, efficient service, and great customer friendly attitude!

This was the best phone repair experience I've ever had! I shattered my entire iPhone 6s screen and made an appointment thinking I would need to use a lot of time and money to get it fixed (at the apple store it's $199.00, and the average repair from a 3rd party runs on average between $100-150 to get it repaired). Vasif's office is located at the end of the hall on the second floor in the Drivers Education building. I arrived, he took a look at my phone and instructed me to come back in 30 minutes. I had some lunch, came back half an hour later and my phone was ready with a perfect screen again! This was a professional and seamless interaction and (at $89.00 total) the pricing doesn't compare anywhere else in the area. Would definitely recommend! read more

Had a Pixel 2 XL with cracked glass + cracked LCD. The owner of Payless Repair was upfront while giving me a Yelp quote that it would take 3-4 days for the parts itself to arrive and that a deposit would be required before he ordered the parts. I didn't mind; the parts are expensive, and it makes sense to charge a deposit to ensure the customer doesn't just run somewhere else after he orders the parts! Stopped into his little shop, paid my deposit, and kept my phone. 4 days later, got the text that the parts had arrived. Dropped my phone off and within an hour he had my phone looking brand spankin' new. Upfront prices, fast service, and the owner was a pleasure to talk to. I'd definitely recommend this spot to others. read more

I recently had my iPhone 7 repaired...broken screen and audio IC. Price is reasonable and service is excellent. Reina is the best!!!

Quick and Easy! I had a cracked iPhone7 screen and needed a quick fix. I found Payless Repair on Yelp, called them, brought it in and had a shiny new screen in less than 30 minutes, all during covid on Christmas Eve. Thank you!! read more

I wanted a quote. I received very good advice. I will certainly patronize this business for my future repairs. Thank you!

This is the second time I broke my tablet. I had great service that first time so I brought it back. Payless Repair fixed it below budget and one day early. I'll recommend to anyone that will listen. read more

This place is great. A little tricky to find but if you are heading west on Bel-red it is to the right before the turn at 148th. Otherwise if you are heading north on 148th, turn at the Liuyishou Hot Pot place, go to the back of the lot, and take a right into the business plaza. Then it's on the second floor of the dance studio. Service- Quick and easy. I got my shattered phone screen and camera glass replaced in under 30 minutes. The woman was very nice and helpful. Price- right on par with needing a full screen replacement and for the camera glass replacement. I've gone to other places in the past and paid more for just one replacement than I did for both at Payless Repair Recommend- of course. If you're the type of person who cracks their phone and waits to just get a new phone...just get it fixed here. Well worth it read more

I went here to get my screen repaired. They charged me the price that other stores were asking twice more than their price. Quality is the same. They kept my original lcd but just replaced damaged part. That was all I needed. Thanks guys. Recomended. Pay less. read more

Payless Repair - This was my phone's old screen - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Burien, Washington

I chose this company based on the Yelp reviews and am very happy they exceeded my expectations. I was in the area about 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and called to see if I could come in earlier. Vasif answered and said yes but that he was currently fixing another phone. I didn't mind since i was the early one! He also gave me clear directions to their building. When I arrived he was very friendly and said it would take approximately 40 minutes to fix. When I got back my phone looked brand new and he had even covered the screen with a screen protector. The price was lower than most companies yet the quality is fantastic. If I ever need another repair I will definitely see them again. read more

I highly recommend Payless repair. I had my oneplus 3t phone screen completely broken. the phone came inside door so there was a bent caused in the middle as well. I talked to few stores and by far I found Vasif (owner) to be the most honest and straight forward. He looked at my phone; explained the options and provided a very reasonable quote. The phone was fixed properly and he removed the bent as well and didn't charge any extra money for removing the bent. highly highly recommended. read more

I had to write this up. I changed my iPhone screen from Payless Repair some months back. The appointment was booked smoothly and i got the new screen in under half an hour. Everything was smooth and well communicated. After using the screen for a few days I noticed a couple of small issues with the screen especially while making calls. Since it was intermittent I ignored it. Days (Months:)) went by and it became worse and much more frequent. Thats when I reached out to Vasif and told him about the problem. I was expecting my laziness of not getting it fixed earlier would cost me another screen. Rather, Vasif told me that he would replace my screen for free, even after months of using it. I was flabbergasted and ecstatic! I dropped by that week but Vasif didnt have the exact replacement screen for my model. We set up an appointment for the coming week to get this done. As fate would have it, I had to travel out of the country and couldn't make the appointment. My work and laziness again got the better of me and I kept on suffering with my phone screen hanging time and again during calls. :( Yesterday, I was in bellevue and reached out to Vasif to check if he could get my screen corrected. As it had been months since I got the screen, it was not not at all fair to have him replace it free of cost. So I told him I would pay for the new screen. He just told me not to worry, come over and "he would take care of it." I dropped by (yeah the one time I kept my appointment!), Vasif took my phone and asked me to return in 30 mins. Once I came back, my phone was ready with a brand new screen and with none of the problems that I was facing till then. I insisted to pay for the screen but Vasif would have none of it. I left the store, won over (again) by the man's professionalism and promising him that I would always recommend his store to ANYONE who ever asks for a phone repair shop. Great price, excellent service and a friendly owner who cares so much about his customer- is what you get at this store. Wish I could give 10 stars :( read more

I'm never a fan of driving out of my comfort zone, so it took a lot of courage to drive to the east side on a sunny afternoon. I'm so pleased I did! The staff was super friendly, understanding when I was late, and repaired my broken screen in less than a half hour! There is a shopping center across the street that includes a Starbucks, Safeway, staples, and pacific fabrics, something for almost everyone. I purchased a Groupon for an iPhone 6s screen repair by mistake, (mine is just a 6), so the tech upgraded my screen to make up the price difference. Awesome as it was my mistake, and I would never have even noticed my error. Honestly goes such a long ways! Thank you!!! read more

My iPhone's charging port was jammed with lint that even the Apple Store sakes clerks couldn't remove. Raina Yudio at Payless cleaned it out quickly while I waited, offering to replace the port if cleaning it didn't work--there was no charge for the cleaning! Luckily, I'm now able to charge my phone.
