I had just gotten the phone for $1200 and they messed it up, "its just paint" the one guy said....smh, just terrible, they have no respect for peoples property and treat as if it was easy to buy a new one. My father got his iPad battery replaced here because it was old and losing its charge too fast. Fast forward four months later, his battery won't go above 17 percent and shuts off after a few minutes. Because it's a month over their 90 day warranty, this place didn't offer much to help. The owner I spoke on the phone with a thick accent said it might not be the battery, bring it in so we can look at it, but we'll still charge you. My father was better off with the original fast depleting battery than the replacement battery they put in that crapped out after 4 months, rendering his iPad unusable. Avoid getting your batteries replaced here! They will use cheap low quality replacements, that will conveniently crap out right after their 90 day warranty expires. read more

Though it was a little hard to understand his English, the man who met me at the counter was quite friendly and tried to be informative. After giving me an appraisal, my phone was left in his care for a screen replacement. When I got it back I didn't see an issue as my background is all black. I simply checked to make sure it turned on, and took note of the crack that was now absent from my screen. It was only when I was home and using apps that had a lighter background that I saw the permanent burn-in (screen burn) across the screen. No amount of leaving the screensaver on has fixed the problem. Any app I use that isnt solid black has a permanent, inescapably noticable, imprint of the keyboard (and other indistinguishable boxes) layered over whatever I'm doing. After asking around online, I've been told that though I was charged for a new screen, I was given a pre-used display model's screen bought for cheap. TL;DR This business sells you second hand, poorly refurbished merchandise and passes it off as brand new. read more

It's simple save yourself a lot of grief stay away from this place. I had them repairing my cell phone screen parts were ordered a week in advance they said they needed 2 hours. I took off for a while came back just before the 2 hours when I got there the technician came out of the back and said he needed to know what kind of phone he was working on. I had prepaid for the service and the parts they knew what type of phone it was when they ordered them. It turns out they apparently grabbed the wrong repair kit so they asked for another half hour I gave them 45 minutes after that I got my phone back in the same condition that it was in when I came in. It was a total waste of 3 hours of my time for what appears to be incompetence. read more

I needed my phone's screen replaced, instead of just buying a new phone I decided to get it repaired. Since cell phones are delicate pieces of technology, with intricate mechanics, I chose a shop specializing in CELL PHONE REPAIR. Little did I know, first visit after the replacement screen arrived was quick-- hour and a half. I was excited, got home and found that my phone kept displaying"domestic roaming"and would not charge. I returned, that's the second visit, guy say he doesn't know what could be wrong since he didn't work on it, but he'll take a look. An hour passes, I returned, turns out whomever initially worked on the phone didn't plug in the antenna which also connects the charging port to the battery-- so, fixed, right? Nope! After that the phone would charge, however service was intermittent but mostly non-existent. I returned, third time, I got more blame shifting and condensation. The guy there declared the only way to possibly fix it would be if he looked inside, I was reluctant-- at that point I wanted my phone and my money back, but I figured he couldn't make it worse, he said he'd be a half hour. . .I was wrong, two hours later the owner and employees were shrugging their shoulders unable to fix it-- the owner wanted me to go back there next day for them to look again. No no no no no, they had three chances to fix my phone. Everytime they opened my phone they caused stress on the device, and damaged it just a little bit more. The work was rushed, the prices are unreasonable, and the owner and staff are I'll equipped to handle delicate electronics. I will note the owner did offer to replace my phone and transfer all my info to the new one. Color me unimpressed. I was refunded for the repair, since they ended up breaking my phone. At the end of it they didn't do anything helpful for the phone, and the work was truly crap. Screen does mostly work, but the speaker was set wrong so now it vibrates and it caused a stress crack at the speaker-- so helpful! In the end I had too but new phone because the original was completely unable to send or receive calls and texts. Find anywhere else to get repairs, or if you can just replace it. read more

I have a Samsung G9+ that I had purchased a Zagg invisiblesheild screen protector for at a different location. The initial install at said previous location, was done in front of me, in less than 5 mins. For those not familiar, invisableshield comes with a life time replacement. Usually, you need to order a replacement on line, then wait for it to arrive, remove the old, and apply the new. Then send the damaged one back, a time consuming process. However they recently made it so you could go to "select retailers" and get a replacement on the spot. Sounded good to me so I took it to the Only place near me that is currently authorized...CPR. I arrive, one person is waiting for the transfer of their data from their old phone to new. I give the young man behind the counter my phone for the expected quick replacement. He tells me it'll take about half and hour! Really, to pull an old screen protector, and place a new one on?? There is an online video from the manufacture for install, the whole video, including unpacking the product only takes 4 mins! He takes my phone to the back area, and comes back out. I assume there is someone back there doing the work, but after talking with the woman waiting for her phone to download, I find out that this kid is the only one there. So, we wait, and wait and wait. Other customers come in, go out we both sit and wait. Finally a second employee returns to the store, helps with the walk in customers along with the first employee. Never asks the first employee what the two customers that are sitting in the waiting area need done so he can take care of them first.... Finally, after all the walk ins are taken care of, he asks us what we need. She tells him about her phone down load, he goes and gets her phone, now done (likely done some time ago) and she leaves then he asks me. I say I have been waiting 30 mins for my simple screen saver swap. They Both go in the back, I think great I should be out of here in 5 mins, 10 mins later they are still back there. I call out, what is taking so long, "we're working on it" Seriously?! Another 5 mins goes by and finally the younger one comes out with it and says here you go, but be real careful with it, it takes 24 hours to "cure". Say what? I have had this type of screen protector and Never been told that I have to be careful for 24 hours. I have now checked the online site and it says Nothing about a 24 hour cure time.... The PROs; I got my screen saver faster than having it mailed to me, I didn't have the hassle of mailing back the old screen, for the same amount of money that it would have cost to do it the old way. The CONs; They Seriously lack customer service skills, It took way longer than it should have, and they obviously don't know the product they are selling. Conclusion; If you have a bunch of time after a hard days work and you want to spend it in the waiting area of a business that treats you like you are invisible. If you want to be made to feel that your time is worth less than the other customers who come in after your phone is already held captive in the back room, go here and waste your time. But remember...you Cant sit and do stuff on your phone because your phone is out of your hands sitting on a counter doing nothing with no one..... read more

I was in need of glass screen repair my iPad mini first gen. I had taken it in to CPR and showed the sales guy it. He quoted me a 100$ with a week's turn around time. I told him I would be back in a couple of weeks (when I got the money) When I returned, he informed me that the price had gone up to 150$ with a week and a half for a turn around time. I was shocked to day the least. I said they should have honored the original quote and walked out of their store, never to return! I will also never refer them either! What a rip off! I ended up taking my business to e Device in Everett on Broadway! (Next to Wells Fargo bank) They fixed my iPad for 80$ and got it back the next day! Shame on CPR repair! read more

took my phone in to repair the broken back glass the mute button was broken afterward. I decided to not to take it back (my fault) 5 months later, I took it back. They do have a note saying the mute button was not functioning after the repair. They had me pay $15 for the replacement part anyway I complied thinking its not a big deal. When i got it back. The phone stopped charing saying something about third party battery The manager raised his voice when i called back implying im making this up. When he read the notes of the original person, it sound to me they misrepresented the reason why i brought it in in the first place I decided not to pursue further because time is really important to me. CPR Everett is located near the Toy's R Us store on Everett Mall Way in Everett. WA. I stopped by CPR as the lightning plug on my iPhone was intermittently recharging the phone. I expected the socket needed to be replaced. Nick Zylstra quoted me $109 plus tax to fix the phone in the intake process. Nick said, "Wait a minute. Let me go back and take a look at the socket". He brought my phone back and told me he blew some pocket lint out of the socket and my phone was now recharging properly. I asked Nick what I owed him and he said, "No charge". CPR Cell Phone Repair in South Everett is an honest repair shop. Nick could have waited an hour, done nothing, brought my phone back and charged me $109. I stopped in and asked if they could repair my computer. They said they would try and for me to leave it. They charged me a little over $50 for the diagnostic. A day or so later they called and said they couldn't repair it. They said I would need to buy a new hard drive and would loose everything on my current computer. The price for this was half the cost of a new computer so I declined over the phone. Then said I needed to come pick it up or they would charge me a disposal fee. I stopped by to get it and they changed there mind on the disposal fee as they would just keep it. I think they were going to replace the hard drive and sell it. why not they got a computer that I paid them to take it. Not sure they knew what they were doing in the first place. The technician we interfaced with, Nick, was congenial, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to swap SIM cards with the other phone and ring it up and power up the phone that went into the drink and check for water damage. He was quick, attentive and helpful. Wow - this place screws people over. I brought my iPhone in for a new battery. They quoted me $82 and a half hour to do the work. I said ok. I came back and hour later and they said the tech hasent shown up. So I came back two hours later and the phone was done. I paid, picked up the phone and the home button didn't work. So they took the phone in the back. THREE HOURS LATER they called me and said they fixed the home button, but the screen brightness doesn't it work and that I have to pick up my phone. I picked it up, the screen is now dim, they replaced my screen with a cheap Chinese knock off and the home button doesn't work. They refunded my money and just kept saying sorry. I asked how they were going to make this right. He said, I can't. I said - I'll write my review. This place is garbage. Do not go here. I had to buy a new phone. Thanks CPR you POS. read more

I got my camera fixed in 2017. They told me it was still still shaky and wouldn't focus until Apple did another update. I then called in March and told them it still hadn't corrected after the updates. They told me since I had a 3 year warranty to wait for one for update from Apple and then come in. Well here we are several updates later...they informed me that their warranty policy changed and I would have to pay for a new camera!!! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! They rip you off and totally take your money for a shitty product. read more

They bent my dads iPhone and failed to put on the back of phone properly, it wants to pop right off. They completely rip you off. 35 for each phone screen and 55 for each phone for the labor, coming to around 80 dollars for each phone? That doesn't seem right to me. Plus they have terrible customer service and there is no way to get your money back. read more
