I asked them if they could plug in one of their chargers to see if the laptop was fine and could take a charge, they said they didn't have one. What??? They're a computer repair shop, and they don't keep spare chargers around for testing? How do they know they've repaired something correctly if they don't have any means to test it? Ridiculous. I took it to another shop, they plugged it into a charger they had, and the laptop was charging just fine. Went to an electronics store and bought a charger for $22.00, and everything is now fine for me and my laptop. This company is either terrifically incompetent, or perhaps more likely, just plain dishonest. Trying to get someone to pay $250 for a repair that they should know isn't needed? Saying they don't have laptop chargers on hand to test if my laptop is fine and will take a charge? I'll let you decide if they are incompetent or dishonest.

Fine at first BUT a week in I started to experience problems: 1. Camera condensation on both lenses-- my phone was not near any water at work and there was fogging in my camera from the inside. Over time internal corrosion as a result and my phone wouldn't turn on. I NEVER had this issue PRIOR to this repair so WHY are you blaming the customer? 2. Flickering screen-- LCD problem. TELL ME why am I having this already after a recent screen replacement? Paid $50 and took it to a repair shop in Auburn after my phone won't turn on and they said whoever fixed your phone did a CHEAP job and they should do customer service recovery because 1. It wasn't sealed properly and a cheap adhesive was used. and 2. Cheap quality LCD used during replacement. While they offered 250 to repair they thought it'd be more cost efficient for me to pursue service recovery with the original shop. Their customer service was LAUGHABLE: only fix the screen for 209! I rather pay more and get it done at a place that was more honest and less shady! Better yet maybe just get a used phone because the cost is almost as much as my repair.The auburn location even offered a better price if I did choose to pursue them too. One of the most impressive aspects of her work is her desire to go above and beyond the problem. Some other tech could have easily spent a couple hours to update my BIOS, etc and charged me $100, but she went through and cleaned out the fans/casing, installed all the windows updates, installed a few swag items to help with malware and updated all my drivers.
