The experienced staff ordered a new battery and replaced it for me. Then they made sure my laptop was functioning correctly again before sending me home. I'm SO relieved they were able to get my work laptop functioning so efficiently and only for the cost of the diagnostic and replacement part. MUCH less expensive than having to replace my computer. My work computer was making a horrible noise. The woman that checked it in said it sounded like a…read more"kazoo". I have not found a better description of the noise than that. The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair. Great service, content location, and that helped me a ton. It is most certainly appreciated.

I dropped it off on a Saturday afternoon (even though she doesn't work Saturdays), and she emailed me on Sunday with her diagnosis and proposed solution (including cost). I confirmed that I wanted to move forward with her solution and she called me Monday afternoon to let me know the laptop was ready. She worked on my computer for a couple days and was able to diagnose and fix the problems I was having with my MOBO. One of the most impressive aspects of her work is her desire to go above and beyond the problem. Some other tech could have easily spent a couple hours to update my BIOS, etc and charged me $100, but she went through and cleaned out the fans/casing, installed all the windows updates, installed a few swag items to help with malware and updated all my drivers. My laptop is working better than it has for years now; a great value for $60 and very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

My laptop wouldn't charge, I didn't know if it was the charger or the laptop itself. Took it in, they they plugged a small testing device into the charging port, said 2 pins were broken. Said it would take $250 to repair. For $250, I might as well buy a new laptop. I asked them if they could plug in one of their chargers to see if the laptop was fine and could take a charge, they said they didn't have one. What??? They're a computer repair shop, and they don't keep spare chargers around for testing? How do they know they've repaired something correctly if they don't have any means to test it? Ridiculous. I took it to another shop, they plugged it into a charger they had, and the laptop was charging just fine. Went to an electronics store and bought a charger for $22.00, and everything is now fine for me and my laptop. This company is either terrifically incompetent, or perhaps more likely, just plain dishonest. Trying to get someone to pay $250 for a repair that they should know isn't needed? Saying they don't have laptop chargers on hand to test if my laptop is fine and will take a charge? I'll let you decide if they are incompetent or dishonest.

Peter was able to come over with very short notice when I was available, my old one died my new one arrived and I had to go out of town. I asked what he suggested, advising I wanted to transfer what was on the broken one over. Rather than come to see the broken one and then come back he said it would be better value to be there when all arrived, if that was acceptable. He arrived on time and prepared after a brief exchange of what my concerns were. He reviewed my systems and gave some suggestions, explained some new tech things I wasn't aware of was very generous about is time and his expertise. His rates are extremely reasonable, if you don't think so shop around you will see. Peter didn't try to sell me anything or talk over my head, he was clear, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Peter is not out to bilk you he is out to take care of you as an ongoing customer. I can tell you that I have a few pc's and gadgets and I will from know on use Peter exclusively for our home. I suggest that if you have any issues give him a call. He will come to you and let you know what can be done and even surpass what you expected. I needed to transfer a lap tops info that had died to a new one, he not only was able to do that but figured out that my old lap top was in deed fixable, he gave me two laptops for the price of time I expected only one it. Here is an update: Peter is a very cordial guy but you have to be very careful because he charges by the minute for casual converation that he considers "educatIon".
