I was impressed with Jai and his brother who fixed my cracked Samsung screen and even stayed after closing time to finish the job.

I checked later in the day and unfortunately, the phone could not be salvaged. I appreciate Zion taking it apart and trying to fix it, he did not charge me and let me know what a used phone would cost. My father has used this same location and had excellent service as well.

The "district manager" Sebastian G then just lies to me and tells me my only 2 options are to come back the next day for the phone or pay out of pocket (upon calling asurion later he was supposed to tell me to call them to have the IMEI number fixed on their end, but it was close to their closing time and he did not want to stay late). So with no other option as I cannot leave my phone (literally dont know how to get home without it as I drove over 40 minutes to get here) I am strong armed into paying out of pocket. Now after weeks of run around with their parent insurance company assurion they found a solution where another claim could ve submitted which they would be reimbursed for and then I could be refunded as they would have essentially be paid. To this the "district manager" Sebastion said no because it would make a lot of paper work for him and apparently he was just too lazy to do extra work for a mistake his employee made (according to asurion they are not to do any work on a phone if the imei number doesnt match the one that is on the claim). So at the end of the day, 2 mistakes made by the company and no responsibility shown by the "district manager" Sebastian. At this point both them and Asurion are completely washing their hands of it and leaving me out the full amount of $491, which is ridiculous price to charge for a screen repair of a 5 year old phone but that is besides the point. The 2 receipts pictured will show that my correct IMEI number is on the receipt *after* I pay out of pocket (interesting how their system reads it right once I pay but not during the claim processs). Avoid at all costs and cancel your insurance with asurion, paid into it for over 5 years with no claims and when it finally comes time to pay out they find a way not to. Sebastian also lied when the work order was created to try and deny the time I dropped off (he claimed it was 4) but as you see on the receipt the work order was created at 11:46 am so it took them over 4 hours to *not* fix my phone. To further everything after finally having the insurance company get directly in contact with the store Sebastian lied about the events that transpired. Do not use Asurion and U break I fix, they are not consumer friendly and will not assist you in errors caused by either their own internal website or errors directly caused by their staff. imgur link to the photos since cant add them on yelp https://imgur.com/a/dfELhpE

I decided to see if I could find someone to repair it and found Hany. It took him a while to get the part he needed due to logistical issues with Samsung but he got it done and gave me an upgrade from 8K to 16Kwhile he was at it! The TV works great now and was only half the cost of buying a new one so I am very happy! He is very busy and both times I was there, he had happy customers dropping by. OMG, I CANNOT STATE ENOUGH what a gem this guy and his business is!!!…read more Dummy me dropped my phone today, no visible damage except for a crack in the backplate, but it worked fine. By 10pm I noticed that the phone wouldn't charge anymore, not through wire, not through wireless charging. I am a business owner and I need my phone all the time, so I was pretty freaked out. We looked around and found this guy, iDriveToYouFixIt, apparently open until 11pm. On a FRIDAY NIGHT, at 10.30pm, this guy drove across two neighborhoods to meet me at my house. Grabs my phone and goes to his car, opens and diagnoses it on the spot, comes back and let's me know that just a little contact to the battery had fallen off. Not a broken battery or charging port or anything worse as I feared, but just this little thing. So he goes and fixes that right there, clears out some gunk around the front camera (that had apparently built up from a previous front glass repair at a crappy repair shop), cleans up the charging port while he's at it, and replaces the back plate with a brand new one, all within 45 minutes - and hands me back a fully functioning, in fact improved phone and then charges Uber Reasonably!! Instant fat tip, instant mega appreciation, and 5 star review. I couldn't tip as much as I wanted but trust me, I'll leave 5 star reviews everywhere and drum up his business as much as I can and make all my friends and family use his service, he deserves it. What an amazing service. And on top of it all - he is THE NICEST GUY! Friendly, kind, humble, and moreover, super competent. I cannot praise him enough. If you have an issue with your phone, please use him. Thank you for your amazing service, Kendall (I hope I didn't butcher your name!) Bextewarî û serkeftinê ji we re dixwazim.

I had an absolutely extraordinary experience here today. SUPERB customer service. SUBERB. I came…read morein with a watch bought on Etsy. A "refurbished" Seiko Alpinist. $188.00, $50 in shipping, $34 in tariff fees, (thank you very little you know who). I knew it was a gamble. It gained four or five minutes per hour. I hoped an adjustment or some work could at least make the watch serviceable. Walked into ARC, no appointment. Kelsy greeted me, directed me to Masami, who stopped his work to look at my watch, he politely identified it as a counterfeit, and said he would adjust the watch (NO CHARGE) to make it as good as it could be. "Would you mind waiting 15 minutes, sir?" What, really?! While Masami adjusted my Fakeo, Kelsy showed me about ten watches that I liked, (an hour), answered my questions, had great acumen, demeanor, and professional poise without projecting attitude or qualifying me, treated me like I was the only one in the store, and confirmed a thing or two she wasn't 100% sure of. Excellent. I don't trust anyone who claims to know everything. I wound up buying a beautiful and very reasonably priced (less than $350 out the door) Seiko and identified another that I will buy in the future. IT GETS BETTER! I asked Masami if installing new guts in my Fakeo would be a good idea, as I don't care about the status, I just like the looks of the watch and want it to keep time. He said he could do that, gave me an estimate, and said that just buying the authentic model would be a better financial path for the long term. I agreed. Always buy the best quality you can afford. Also, as I was checking out, I saw a watch that was beautiful, but redundant, with respect to my purchase, and as I asked a question about the band, Kelsy, being honest, wasn't quite positive about the answer... So one of the store owners, overhearing, (sorry I cannot recall her name and spelling), came over and explained the details to answer my question! AND she interrupted an in person interview to do so! AMAZING. So, the price of an education in a field where money can chase unlimited ends was, for me, a value and a lesson learned for not a disasterous price. And, I found a business that I can TRUST, and recommend. Readers, this is where you should take your watch, engraving and timepiece repair needs. When my budget permits, I will be back at ARC WATCH WORKS to get an authentic replacement for my Fakeo.
