Staples Marysville, WA - Store Review…read more I have visited Staples in Marysville, WA, many times and have always had a genuinely positive experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, with clear signage for each section. The staff stand out the most -- they are friendly, approachable, and quick to offer help without being pushy. I used their printing services, and the process was smooth and efficient. The associate patiently walked me through the options, made sure my files were formatted correctly, and the final prints came out crisp and professional. Checkout was quick, and I appreciated the option for rewards points and digital receipts. Some reviews have mentioned Amazon returns. The Amazon return dept. is an entirely different department, although I have had a pleasant experience there, too. They do always have a long line but that has to do with Amazon only giving limited return place options, not Staples. Overall, this location delivers on both customer service and product availability. Whether you need office supplies, tech accessories, or printing, it's a reliable stop. I'd happily recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a hassle-free shopping experience. Rating: 5/5 - Great service, solid selection, and a pleasant atmosphere.
