Amazing employees, awesome customer service. Zero wait time. The representatives at these stores are so friendly and helpful. I went in today to simply transfer my old phone to my daughter, there was no sale involved, and the representatives that we dealt with spend an hour with us, showing me how to update the OLD phone, contact my previous company, get the permission to unlock the phone, etc. I repeat, we were not signing up for anything, they just helped my daughter and I switch her old phone for a new one. Went in to buy a cell phone cover and the manager assisted us. He was helpful at first. After the purchase of the cover, he offered to even put it on the phone for us. Then, it went downhill from there. First, I stated I needed to update my name on my account and he said I would have to call Verizon customer service. OK, I understand that, but he just verified he had access to my account when he pulled it up by the phone number to give the discount on the cell phone cover. Next, he argued with us when we told him that the new phone we picked up from his store was missing the back cover and the phone manual. He would not listen to or believe neither my husband nor myself. We have nothing to gain to not have what we need for his phone. The manager just repeated himself like a broken record that those items were there, even though he was not the employee that gave us the phone. He had zero desire or concern to help us at all. I told him I would call Verizon customer service and get that resolved with them as well. Overheard another customer being spoken to very rudely by another employee for not getting the product and service he asked for. Will not return to this store for any reason. read more

Absolutely horrible experience! I walked in to change my services. A rep was helping me. Three parties walked in after me, and the rep literally walked away from me to grab a device and put them in the queue ahead of me. Absolutely terrible service. My Mother went in for quick help to learn how to set up her voicemail, make a call and set ringer volume. She was treated rudely and unprofessionally. Not all disabilities can be seen - she is a disabled senior. With or no disability your clients should be able to come in for something more than the next sale. If at all possible to give a negative 100 stars this would be the place to give it to. Jason a sales representative is about helpful as chicken pox and Aaron the General Manager is not any better. Did a upgrade a different corporate store on the west side and discovered that the offer a 512g in the Note20 Ultra so I wanted to get that one instead of the 128g. First off Jason kept repeating himself about having to ship the phone to me and the restocking charge of $50.00 I explained to them I did not care. Then they had me wait outside while they ki et other customers in. If you have spare time in your life to waste stop by here and spend time with these two. I finally left and drove back to the west to get better service. Some times trying to save money will cost you much more than time and a headache to just go back to the store you had good service with in the first place. read more

Arrived at 10am today just as the store opened to get assistance with a replacement phone that would not activate. The staff looked at the phone and stated the obvious, telling me I need to call customer service. I told him I can read too, but am holding my only phone and can't call anyone until the phone is activated, which is the reason for my visit to the store. He directs me to a hardline phone, dials a number and hands me the phone where I sat on hold for 20 minutes. When a live person finally answered she asked for a PIN, which I've never had to use and probably set up 20 years ago when I opened the account. I asked if there might be another way to verify and mentioned I was in the Verizon store and perhaps I could show ID and answer other personal questions from the account info she had in front of her. No PIN, no activation I was told. Already fed up with the lack of service at the store and now being told I can't activate my phone after driving to the store to stand there and hold on the phone for 20 minutes, I'd had enough and told the woman to cancel my account. That brought a swarm of Verizon staff to assist me and I knew it would because who wants a disgruntled customer in a store full of customers on the phone canceling due to poor service? Oh yeah, suddenly my PIN was retrieved, my phone was working and they were looking to see if they could get me a better deal on my plan. They even offered a senior discount, which made me wonder why this wasn't automatically offered to seniors. Too late Verizon. I should have been offered all of this service when I walked in the door. Not too impressed when good service is only offered when you threaten to close your account. I gave one star only because I left with a working phone. Got there at 4:40 on 11/20 to buy a new phone and they said that they couldn't help me?!?! WTF?!? You're turning down business...REALLY?

My husband had been waiting for the Galaxy Nexus to launch and this location told us they had 4 left in stock. They also told us they could not 'hold' any so we had to 'rush rush rush' down to get one. It is located in the parking lot near the Costco and the Home Depot so parking can be a bit rough. It is a larger location though and did have the 'check in' option which most places have now (Comcast, etc). We only had to wait about 5 mins or so before someone came to help us. Ironically, his name was Titus Will. He was able to help us get the new phone setup and also tell us about a special which was $50 for a phone case, charger & film. Pretty good deal as I didn't get the same deal with T-Mobile when I bought my Galaxy S II. He took a bit to get the phone contacts copied over but that had more to do with the old phone it was being copied from. We were serviced pretty quickly and out within 20 mins or so. Other people had seemed to be waiting a while but not sure what they were needing from the store. read more

I had an unpleasant experience with the store representative. I am an existing Verizon customer and when I went in to buy a phone and it felt like I was forcing him to do something he didn't want to do, like he was doing me a favor by showing me the phones. I knew what model I wanted but when I asked him to show me that model in different color, he let out a big sigh of frustration and slowly mumbled "lemme check". He didn't ask me if I wanted insurance, if I wanted to move my contacts and other stuff from my current phone to the new one. Right untill the very end, he was very very reluctant about doing business with me. It was a real icky experience for me. I would advise everyone to find a different Verizon store, one which doesn't make you feel like you are exploiting the store by being there. read more

Couldn't Agree More!! This Branch is beyond horrible, i had to create a yelp account today just to vent my anger! We have had Verizon for years, and went to upgrade our to phones today. No big deal right? Wrong: LONGEST, WORST 2 HOUR OF OUR LIFES, and we left without any new phones. The customer service here is out of control! The man helping us knew nothing, had to ask multiple staff members how to upgrade 4 phones at one time , given those staff members who may have known how to upgrade a flipping phone never came over to help him or us out. We wound up leaving in a frustrated mess! Ordered new phones online in 5 minutes and saved a ton of money from the quote they gave us in the store compared to what we really wanted. To bad we didn't do that in the first place, we could have saved 2 hours of our lifes and plenty of frustration! I don't understand how a person working in the store cant upgrade phones, but we can in 5 minutes and he gets paid to be there?? We were so close to just canceling our plan and going to a new carrier today. This also wasn't the first time we have had problems here, we DREAD going to this store but it is super close to our house. We will never go back to this location after today, id rather drive to the mall to get service!!! Moral of the Story, go to a different branch for service or just do it online. This store should be closed. I arrived and unkempt woman, who obviously cared nothing about her personal appearance or being friendly, came out from behind a counter; holding some device.... Her opening line was..."Uh, what brings you in today?" I said "A Volkswagen" and she scowled at me. She asked my name, entered it in her device, and said someone will be with me. She returned to the safety of her counter. I looked around. There was one sales guy and he was busy. So...I'm just supposed to wait for who knows how long? She waddled-off and didn't care enough to give me an idea of "when"? I was going to spend almost $1000.00, but I left. I'm in Sales and Customer Service and I refuse to spend my earnings in a lousy store like that one. read more

Don't you hate having to make the trip to a cell phone store? Long lines, expensive products, and so many options. I came in here to help my boyfriend's father pick out an iPad and then have it added to our home phone bill. This is a larger store than other's I've been in and even then there were quite a few other people inside getting help at the same time we arrived. We were greeted warmly by someone asking for our name and in less than 2 mins a really nice sales person came over to chat with us, answer questions, and help us make the purchase. The process was seamless, the iPad was less than we thought it would be, and we were there less than 20 minutes. I'd definitely recommend this store to friends. read more

It kind of seems silly to review a cell phone store because it's usually more by requirement than choice but I have to thank Kim and Amanda because they found me the most value and options after I walked in with a broken phone. When you walk in it is kind of weird how the layout of the store is more like you're sitting in a bar with your friends than a counter with a traditional customer service experience but by the end I had everything I needed and they made a usually very painful process very enjoyable. I love Verizon. I do. I've never had a problem, but this store had made me want to switch over to AT&T. I've never had worse customer service than I had tonight from Kristy and the store manager, Erik. I had been given incorrect information by a different store (who will be seeing me tomorrow), but these two did nothing to resolve the issue. When I asked Kristy to get her manager, she went to the back to get him. I heard her talking in a low voice and giggling as she explained the situation. Needless to say, this just angered me more. I then explained the situation to Erik. His answer was rude and condescending and did NOTHING to diffuse the situation and remedy the problem. He constantly kept saying in an exasperated voice that there was nothing that he could do. Kristy's apologies were incredibly sarcastic and insincere. I plan to contact their district manager about the attitude I was given. Like I said, I've never had a problem with Verizon at any other location. I plan to visit Issaquah tomorrow to get the situation fixed. Moral of the story? AVOID THIS BRANCH. (Edit: The Verizon store in Issaquah did everything necessary to solve the problem, so it seems there WAS something Erik could do.) read more

I would stay away from this business if I were you. I recently bought a new phone and went to Verizon to have all my info transferred from my old phone to the new one.The manager there informed me that it would take at least an hour, and when I mentioned that my son had done the same thing but it had only taken him about 20 mins to transfer all his info, and I asked him if it took everybody an hour or just me, the manager then handed me my phone, old and new and told me that he could not help me and I was to leave the store.I said excuse me and he replied again that he could not help me and to leave the store. This store is just wonderful! We went in to get tablets for our employees so they could log into their work app and use GPS, keep track of their time, etc. Lynda T. and her team went above and beyond making sure we knew how to use the devices, that we got a great plan that worked with our budget, and when we have had questions after, were super responsive and happy to help! Daniel H. was also especially helpful when we went back in for more tablets and solved a problem I couldn't, and even gave us his personal cell number. Now *that* is peerless service. Pushy, inconsiderate, condescending staff. This store does not answer its phone (this may be true of all Verizon stores), and the numbered selections on the answering machine did not correspond to the questions I had about my device. So I went in to this store. After being enthusiastically greeted by three different staffers, I was ignored for 20 minutes when they realized I was not there to buy. When they finally found someone who (supposedly????) did tech support, he told me immediately that my device was obsolete, but he could sell me an up-to-date model for $300.00. When I declined, he practically kicked me out the door. By the way, my device was not obsolete--when I called Verizon after getting back home, they told me that the rep had no business telling me that it was. read more

When it is our turn, i was not listened to and then told me it was my charger. Asked for manager card, and it goes back to the store. We waited until Monday evening to visit this store. We'd been there before when it was busy and left in frustration because we didn't have the kind of time it was going to take to be served. This time, there were 3 or 4 customers present in the store. We were greeted by a Verizon employee whose job is to log you in and ask what brings you into the store. We were told it would be about 10 minutes. This gave us time to wander around looking. At around 10 to 15 minutes he manager consulted with the greeter and I was pointed out to him. He came over and told me that he was going to have one of his sales people assist me, that one would be ready momentarily. They were going to give me a "tour". I watched for the next 30 minutes while unhappy customers received assistance from the one or two sales people in the store. There appeared to be more people in the back, but none seemed ready to help me. All the while, the greeter stood staring out the front of the store. Finally, in frustration I approached the greeter and told him the Verizon customer service model is broken. The blank stare I received in return and the comment, "someone will be with you in just a minutes", were more than I could take. I told him this is BS, and walked out the door. I hesitate to criticize the entire organization for the service experience in one store. I'm going to seek out an alternative to solve my problem, either on-line or another store location. Someone needs to pay attention to what is happening here. read more

Just got there to see my billing statement but the manager refused to print out the statement because he said it costs money. Never gonna go there again. Poor customer service and very helpless. I can't believe the manager did that. We pay every month $300- $400 but they can't print me 2 pages of billing statement. People should go somewhere else if you want better service. read more

Terrible store. I went through about 5 Krazrs back in 2007ish. I have never broken a phone in my life, but I got about 5 defective krazrs. They replaced them all with "refrurbished, like new" krazrs, but every single one had problems. eventually they WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR A REPLACEMENT OR TAKE A POS PHONE IN EXCHANGE. I went to the lynnwood one by the alderwood mall and they sold me a envy2 i think for like 20 dollars, which was to cover the cost of a microSD. I don't remember why they required me to purchase it, but the envy2 was the top of the line at the time and the phone this store offered me is like comparing tin to gold. what a joke read more

I recently had some very unpleasant experiences when I visited two Verizon Wireless stores, one in Shoreline, the other in Lynnwood. Verizon is our service provider. Based on what I experienced, it must be very difficult for Microsoft to increase sales of phones with Windows software when Verizon Salespeople are actively trying to persuade people looking to buy a Windows Phone to purchase an Android and/or IPhone device instead. I found comments similar to mine on a few tech websites. At both locations, the Verizon sales people were rude and claimed there were no Nokia phones in stock. At the Shoreline store (205th Street), when it became clear that I only wanted to purchase a Windows phone, they decided to check the stock only to find one Nokia Icon in stock and two Nokia 928s. At the Lynnwood store (196th and Hwy 99), one of the Verizon managers was the most rude and wouldn't even check stock. What was really frustrating is that both stores had displays of Nokia Icons and other Nokia phones. Each store did have HTC Windows Phones, but didn't do much to promote those either. Has Microsoft ever looked into this? At the Microsoft Store at U-Village, there were 4 types of Nokia phones and other brands, but when you visit Verizon stores, there is only one Nokia brand and one HTC model, aka the HTC M8. What's interesting is that the Microsoft Store website contains more phones for each carrier, but for some reason, when you get to the Verizon Wireless stores, they limit what's available..... and the salespeople do everything they can to steer you away from Windows Phones. I should note that I visited the two Verizon Wireless stores a few times each and each time I got a different response from several salespeople. read more
