This is the best Verizon experience I've ever had. Worked with Jin and The manager Joseph to find a good screen protector, and case for my new iPhone 13 pro. I also inquired about returning my old Verizon phone and since this store isn't a corporate store they were unable to do that, but told me where to go and how to go about doing it. Amazing customer service and team. They are honest about what products will suit you best and amazing prices way cheaper than any other location! This will be the only Verizon I will go to from now on.

Then I noticed it wasn't really tmobile. So monday I brough back the phone and trackers? and I thanked her but not interested . She said...THAT WILL BE $350.00 for re-stocking??? I was lit..I said your getting paid..YOU restock it you never said there was such a charge. Then she yelled at me and screamed..I'll RUIN YOUR CREDIT AND they have the power to do so with only your email and a couple of debt collectors who are taking over this expensaive world of air waves

Months ago, we bought my son a new iPhone and the salesman convinced us to buy the screen protector…read morebecause he specifically told us it came with a lifetime warranty. I asked him THREE different times to confirm that we could come in anytime, have it replaced for free, and that they would install it for us with no fees. He assured me every single time. Fast forward to last night , we go into the store and get completely different treatment. One employee was supposedly "training" another guy, but instead of helping customers he was sitting on his phone in a group chat the entire time looking annoyed and like he didn't want to be there. We literally had to pause and wait for instructions in between him texting on his phone. The trainee was actually nice and tried to help, but unfortunately the original salesman clearly lied to us just to make a sale. Suddenly the "lifetime warranty" wasn't what we were promised. I even called corporate afterward hoping they would at least refund the screen protector since we were given false information, and they told me only the store could handle it. So basically: lied to for a sale, poor customer service, and zero accountability afterward. Also, the employee "training" others should absolutely not be in charge of customer service training because his attitude was terrible.

Got the digitzer, screen, and bezel replaced on my device w/labor for less than what it'd cost me…read moreto buy the parts myself. Even better? I walked in right at the end of the day and it was all done in twenty minutes, no hassle, and the guy was so happy to do the work for me. Thanks, guys! Great work, great prices, don't miss it. :) Update: Ended up having issues with the screen a few weeks later, took it back to get it replaced, and the lady helped me this time. Replaced it quickly and professionally, for free, and fixed my issue. These two were super professional/humble and didn't give me any B.S. even when we were having trouble tracking down my receipt. They really rocked. Thanks for the excellent service!

Stay Away! This is a kiosk in the middle of the Alderwood Mall and I took my IPAD 4 in there…read morebecause there was a small crack in the very corner of the screen. Strictly cosmetic. I spoke with the person "Zaib" (see pictures) and we agreed on 90.00 to replace the screen. I had him give me a card with his name, the details and the price. He said it would be 24 hours or so to fix it. We gave him 48 hours and called in advance to pick it up and make sure it was ready. When we called, he said the price had gone up to 150.00 and they had not done it. He really did not give a reason other than he gave us the wrong price. Mind you, we discussed price in depth and agreed upon 90.00. I said we would be there immediately to pick it up. Upon arriving there, I asked why he had agreed to a price and then not honored it. He proceeded to show us a text message from his boss, telling him that he could not honor the price. When I told him this was a typical bait and switch, he stated that would just say he could not get into the iPad - which you don't need to have in order to replace a screen - and was a lie. He turned very nasty, rude and sarcastic. In closing, I went to the Apple Store - they were less money. This place is a joke! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Went to this store today after speaking to 2 T-mobile reps on the phone telling us to come to store…read moreso they can handle this issue directly! - change of responsibility from my father to his ex-wife. Such a hassle dealing with TMobile since my dad moved in with me. So, went to the store and spoke to a lady who said that my dad still had account under his name and that he would need to call Tmobile again with his new pin #. I asked if they can call TMobile directly to speak to a rep (instead of me waiting 30 minutes) and then she can explain the issue and we can resolve it then. Because earlier the rep stated a person in retail needs to verify his identity to proceed. The retail rep lady said they could not call and if they did they would be waiting on hold too long.. So, we get home I call T-Mobile AGAIN. 4th time dealing with them today (3 times phone, 1 time-in person in Lynnwood). This rep says that the retail person should have called for us at the store and they would have directed her to the "change of responsibility" department because she could have verified my dad's ID for them and it would have been easier. In my experience, with my cell provider that starts with "A" T ...any time I go to the store and IF there's an issue, those reps call the main line and help us handle the issue right there and then, even if they had to wait, at least they were patient. So now it's 5pm and this issue still has not been resolved but, my reason for the 1-star is because lack of knowledge or willingness to help my 85-year old VETERAN dad!
