I could drone on about what they fixed, etc., but the fact is that in my nearly 25 years here, I seldom get this kind of service. Every person there is great-respectful, honest, and sometimes even funny. They actually communicate with you and tell you usually within a half hour how long something will take to fix. And here's a shocker for Seattle, they'll tell you if they've encountered another problem that may take longer/and or that it wouldn't be worth fixing. The bottom line is, if I could build a large company that fixes devices, I would start with Jet City as the model, and build every store exactly like it. Later that evening, I noticed the touches weren't registering properly (they weren't aligned with finger presses), and the following morning, it had stopped working altogether. I brought it back in and a few hours later it was ready for pickup again. This time? Flawless, and no additional charges. The one thing I would say is that the oleophobic coating that you're used to on new devices might not be as prominent on the replacement glass. This is easily solved by using a screen protector.

I asked them if they could plug in one of their chargers to see if the laptop was fine and could take a charge, they said they didn't have one. What??? They're a computer repair shop, and they don't keep spare chargers around for testing? How do they know they've repaired something correctly if they don't have any means to test it? Ridiculous. I took it to another shop, they plugged it into a charger they had, and the laptop was charging just fine. Went to an electronics store and bought a charger for $22.00, and everything is now fine for me and my laptop. This company is either terrifically incompetent, or perhaps more likely, just plain dishonest. Trying to get someone to pay $250 for a repair that they should know isn't needed? Saying they don't have laptop chargers on hand to test if my laptop is fine and will take a charge? I'll let you decide if they are incompetent or dishonest.

Fine at first BUT a week in I started to experience problems: 1. Camera condensation on both lenses-- my phone was not near any water at work and there was fogging in my camera from the inside. Over time internal corrosion as a result and my phone wouldn't turn on. I NEVER had this issue PRIOR to this repair so WHY are you blaming the customer? 2. Flickering screen-- LCD problem. TELL ME why am I having this already after a recent screen replacement? Paid $50 and took it to a repair shop in Auburn after my phone won't turn on and they said whoever fixed your phone did a CHEAP job and they should do customer service recovery because 1. It wasn't sealed properly and a cheap adhesive was used. and 2. Cheap quality LCD used during replacement. While they offered 250 to repair they thought it'd be more cost efficient for me to pursue service recovery with the original shop. Their customer service was LAUGHABLE: only fix the screen for 209! I rather pay more and get it done at a place that was more honest and less shady! Better yet maybe just get a used phone because the cost is almost as much as my repair.The auburn location even offered a better price if I did choose to pursue them too. HORRIBLE repair and AWFUL customer service!
