I went here with my boyfriend to return a faulty cart that was within their 3 day return policy, with the receipt and packaging. My boyfriend showed the guy on two of my batteries that this cartridge was not recognized, so the employee took the cart outside and took a hit off of it it with his battery, then told us that the cart works and can't be returned. I told the guy that he had just used it and that was a problem for me, he said that he could no longer return it for me. So now I have a cart that had been used by a stranger and doesn't work anyway and I'm out $30. I won't be coming back here. read more

Be Aware, if you are using a debit card, they will charge you extra fees. Once for the service charge of using the machine, and another for a non bank charge. I bought a product for $28, they had to run it as $30 due to service issues. They refunded me $2.00. Ok, fine. But when I check my bank statement, they actually had charged me $33, then a ATM charged me another $2.50. I guess they run your debit thru a ATM type machine? I will either pay with cash next time or go someplace else where it doesn't feel so underhanded and sneaky about the pricing. The staff though, was extremely friendly. So I would have given them 4/5 stars if it wasn't for the sneaky fee situation. read more

I just turned 21 and I'm able to finally visit dispensaries! The Decor/Atmosphere/Vibe: The store is huge! There's a lot of display cases around the store and the left side of the store has a wall displaying each of their products and the prices along with them. The wall shows flowers, concentrates, pre-rolls, edibles, etc! I love the green lights throughout the store and how clean and well kept everything is. The Customer Service: Not only are we welcomed as soon as we walk through the door but we FEEL welcomed. Everyone is so chill and personable, they all just want to help you find the best product for you. They answered all of our questions and were very happy to help. The Selection: Great selection, an abundance of growers & a lot of different strains to choose from. On top of that, they have glass bongs, pipes, and dab rigs as well! How great! Everything is pretty affordable which I definitely appreciate. Overall: Love this place, the pricing is moderate but the pricey stuff is definitely worth the money. The staff is friendly and I just love our local roots store! Keep up the great work guys!!! read more

If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. I went there and purchased a cartridge one day later the cartridge top pops off without touching it. I brought the cartridge back expecting and exchange of the product. I was told I needed the packaging the product came in to complete a return. Who keeps the packaging laying around? When I asked how we can fix the situation he said best they could do is a discount. Unfortunately I will not be going back here ever again. read more

Giving 3 stars for the staff and products. Docking 2 for Charlottes attitude. Last time I was there I could not hear Charlotte as she was taking into the shelf instead of turning around/standing up to face me. She was snippy and rude about having to repeat herself. Every time I go there and I'm "helped" by her, she has an attitude. I only tipped because the store splits tips. I don't think that customer facing is the best job for her. The rest of the staff that work at this location are knowledgeable and personable. There's one guy who will always talk your ear off, but it's enjoyable to hear how passionate he is about the products. I like this place, good products, lots of options, pretty good customer service. I like that they utilize a punch system to earn a 20% discount after 10 punches; really helps considering the ridiculous state tax we all pay now. The reason for the 3 stars is simple: don't advertise that you're open until 11:45 PM with a big ass sign in front of your business, but be closed at 11:20. I get it, people want to go home, it's late, but you can't be leaving early like that. It's like doing last call for alcohol at 1:30 instead of 2, it pisses people off. Visiting friends, used to CO shops but this store knocked it out of the park. I couldn't believe the selection! Usually I get to pick between, tops, 12 strains. Here there seemed to be over a 100, plus edibles and concentrates. I ended up getting some pre-rolled joints and a bit of flower. The budtender made some killer recommendations ;) They were super nice and I'm stoked that my friends live so close to such a great shop. I'll be back every time I visit! read more

I really enjoyed going to this shop over the summer. Very nice staff, clean, with a huge selection. I don't enjoy going in anymore though, I feel like I either get a new person with zero experience or I'm being sold garbage by a staff member that has been there for a while. There are three or four staff members that give great advice and I really enjoy talking to them, unfortunately these three or four people have become managers and are often too busy to help customers. I don't think I will continue to patron this store. read more

Doesn't feel like a cave like some shops, friendly staff. They accept cards, have a great selection of flower, concentrates and edible choices/ flavors. Another plus is staff doesn't act all fake and moochy for tips like some shops (h.a.h budtenders for example) LOVE local roots, hope you guys take over the game. read more
