Anyone who complains about the parking lot is ridiculous because only one side is difficult and for…read moreoverflow, the left side of the building is a extremely easy to park in. The vibe inside is the exact same as any other cannabis store. The people behind the counter work as hard as they are paid and I remind myself of that. The State of Things and my biggest take away=…read more --Some of the Staff here are above average, both in terms of affect, style and knowledge. - Other's are adequate, and honestly that is good enough. - A bit of a smaller percentage are flat, info you get is phoned in or they clearly give themselves too much free license in being a stoner- while at Work*- it's annoying and it's confusing.. - Growing too tired of waiting on things that 'we are ordering but'- [but] yeah has 3 different meanings depending on who you talk to and the bottom line- I am tired of being at the mercy of your Ordering psychology. - The Happy Hour, your evolved (sic) terminology and criteria for a "points" system reminds one of a failed Safeway- the later being one of the most avoided entities in the city. Conclusion: It may just be the state of things on that side of Aurora or just for my city, for which buying many things is harder than going without- but I have a feeling this place is going down.

This place is wack. I made an order online for a cartridge. I came in and the guy showed me the…read moreitem and scanned it and I had to tell HIM that that was the wrong product- he had brought out the disposable from the same brand, not the cartridge. He went back and came out with the correct cartridge. I paid for my stuff and left. I got home looked at my receipt and I was charged for the price of the disposable- not the cartridge. This is just lazy and disappointing and does NOT make me want to return there. I called the store and all I was told was "come back in with a receipt". It was a price difference I can afford but what the heck people, not only did you try to give me a product that I did NOT ask for but then you charge me for the more expensive product that I didn't buy? Taking my money?? make it make sense :( Some of the staff seems to struggle with attention to detail which is unfortunate for a company selling specific and high shelf products. Been coming here the last two plus years and this is not the first issue like this. Please do better

I love this shop! The owner is one of the last few business owners that are actually passionate…read moreabout their work. Too many shops advertise that they have the greatest deals etc etc and it's complete bull. You will not find that here. They ALWAYS have the lowest prices and the quality is good at every price point. ***PHOTO SHOWS QUALITY OF a $15 EIGHTH!(23% THC)*** All of that is great but what stands out the most to me personally, is how they treat the customer with $5 or say $500, exactly the same.

The current employees don't offer any recommendations, they don't know Indica from Sativa unless they read the package, and lots of the time they can't even find the products they sell. They used to have low prices and that has changed too. There are signs on display cases that advertise that products are 20-30% off and you used to get the discount at the register. Now you're told that the price on the package already reflects the discount, IMO that's pretty shady. The owner is a nice guy so I'll stop by occasionally to see if he straightens things out but there's no reason for me to shop at Club 99 right now.
