My go to dispensary! I really love the vibes here and that is due to the staff. Athena, in particular, is lovely! She knows me by name and always has something kind to say. I also appreciate her breadth of knowledge, she is definitely in the know and she always helps me make a solid choice :) Thank you Athena read more

This place is wack. I made an order online for a cartridge. I came in and the guy showed me the item and scanned it and I had to tell HIM that that was the wrong product- he had brought out the disposable from the same brand, not the cartridge. He went back and came out with the correct cartridge. I paid for my stuff and left. I got home looked at my receipt and I was charged for the price of the disposable- not the cartridge. This is just lazy and disappointing and does NOT make me want to return there. I called the store and all I was told was "come back in with a receipt". It was a price difference I can afford but what the heck people, not only did you try to give me a product that I did NOT ask for but then you charge me for the more expensive product that I didn't buy? Taking my money?? make it make sense :( Some of the staff seems to struggle with attention to detail which is unfortunate for a company selling specific and high shelf products. Been coming here the last two plus years and this is not the first issue like this. Please do better read more

Stellar service, professionalism, and panache. I was rude and left bad reviews in the past; sorry about that.

I gave 3 stars because I have been here often and always had exceptional experiences but my last two times, I was deeply bothered by the treatment I received from your staff. Specifically, I dealt with a female Budtender (short with black hair) whose demeanor was entirely unprofessional. During our interaction, she was dismissive and overtly rude. Most notably, when I asked questions or sought clarification about a specific strain or cost, she responded by rolling her eyes and using a tone that suggested my presence was a nuisance. Your dispensary in my many visits has always been welcoming and informative, yet this staff member made the experience uncomfortable and hostile. While your location is convenient and prices attractive I cannot justify spending my money at an establishment where the staff is disrespectful AND the product reliability has also tremendously gone down hill. read more

I used to enjoy coming here. The deals made up for the horrible parking lot. I decided to stop by today at noon to use my new medical card. Herbn elements claims to be a medically endorsed store with access available 8 AM-11:59 PM. I was told (quite rudely) that they did not have any medical people on staff at noon on a Wednesday. I was forced to either pay full price or "come back another time". He made it seem like it was the fault of the state and not the store's management. Who knows when that would be since they didn't have anyone at noon on a weekday. It is clear that they actually do not care about their medical clientele. I will be taking my business to Uncle Ikes, who has a better selection and actually takes care of their medical customers. read more

10/10, love coming here. Every bystander is incredibly helpful, also has great deals all the time

Great place! They always have 30%, at least why have for like 6 months now, and the people I've worked with when coming in have always been super friendly. I wouldnt have even left a review but I saw some other review from a guy who gave 2 stars because they "didn't care that he'd been a customer for a year" and that sounded so pathetic and whiney that I wanted to balance it out with a great positive review. This place is awesome, and everyone who's helped me has been friendly and knowledgeable. Plus 30% off! read more

Tommy absolutely made my night, great service and help. He deserves a raise. Get your fine herb from this man.

I have purchased around 5 pens. Here they are as follows- 1,2. Sticky Frog- Dutch Treat- disposable 3,4,5. YouCan Evolve Plus pen (x2 +1 exchange). The non disposable pens have buttons that recess really quickly and the most recent two were rattling new out the box but they are currently out of stock for exchanges unless you want to upgrade. read more

I loved Herbn Elements long before I was an employee there and it was bought by a company called The Vault and is no longer the same store. I'm Johnny G, the giant ginger guy if you've been in before, and I couldn't give you a single reason to go into that store now (and no, I was not fired). They are the rude, corporate bullshit you always knew would creep into the cannabis industry and it's so sad. I agree with Johnny G. I've been a long time customer and went into the shop today for the 1st time after being bought. Customer service, friendliness and even the knowledge is gone! The individual checking IDs looked like she didn't even want to be there. No hello or any conversation. Just put her hand out for my IDAlso they all refer to the store policy on one item for The HOC pre rolls. If it's listed on the site as one per customer then it's that particular pre roll not for all HOC pre rolls! I'm just one customer but a loyal one but you have lost me and I'm sure you will start to lose more that had supported that establishment! read more

What Happened to Herb n Elem.? ... I've been a local customer for over seven years. I had consider this store a part of my Community. ... Today, I was greated with a new staff and Yikes!!!! No customer service, did not care to help. I made a selection regardless, was in the process to purchase. I flipped my ID. on the counter and that was immediately met with a harsh response. It was recieved as I was throwing my ID. and that was disrespectful to them. So much so, they threated to remove me from the store for this. It's all on the store video. I left, went across the street to Uncle Ike's. I was met with friendly smiles and People, that were so down to help. Night and day experience. ... I then went back to Herb n Elem.'s, to get the Owner's information (to formally make a complaint) and to let them know that I was no longer going to be a customer. The Manager (short with red hair), asked me to leave, I tried to voice my opinion and was met with the threat of calling the Police. I nicely walked out side and the Manger followed me, pressing me hard to get my name and plate number. As I turned (again voicing my need for the Owner's, information), I was rushed upon by what seemed to be Security. Again, all on video. He got up in my face and then pushed me. ... What has happened to Herb n Elem.? ... I use to work for Nordstrom's Store Planning and know a little about Customer Service. This is not it! The store is on the edge of hostile with one wrong step. ... I will no longer buy from them. After seven loyal years (I purchase an oz. every two weeks and have done so for the last seven years), they just lost another Customer! Sad to see it. ... I will be making a formal complaint to the Owner (if he can even be contacted). I will soon see if this lack of Customer Service is isolated to the Staff, or it's being allowed, encouraged, even mentored. We shall see! ... No stars!!! read more

Been a customer for 4 years. Never again. They refused to accept a return for a $50 catridge that doesn't use standard screw-in mount. The cartridge was not marked in any way as being non-standard. The clerk who was helping me happily sold it to me together with a separate, standard catridge without letting me know that I couldn't use it in a standard pen. Scumbags. Plenty of other options -- go somewhere where they know how to treat customers. read more

***Disclaimer*** I was having a bad day when I left the original 1 star review. I posted it in haste without allowing the owner/manager a chance to remedy the situation. This is by far my favorite job out of all the shops I've ever been to in this state. This is by far my favorite job out of all the shops I've ever been to in this state. The staff is all very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the products that they have. They have a very nice selection in all areas. The only complaint I have is the keep rotating the stuff that I like the most (please bring back the Phoenix RSO in Sativa Strains LOL). I have been to a lot of shops in Seattle. I have had to try and return cartridges (1 out of every 5 in the beginning days and now about 1 out of every 25 are bad). Every shop has given me some kind of run around when trying to use their return policy. It seems there is always a reason that they can't do it and they will only give you a discount on your next purchase. I had something similar happen here but the Owner reached out to me directly and remedied the situation. They have my business indefinitely going forward. read more

Have come here multiple times over the past year and have always found that the people are friendly and helpful. They're knowledgeable and I never get any pushy sales vibe. Their price is very reasonable. Most of the time I already have the specific product that I want in mind, so I don't spend too much time there. During the last visit, they no longer carry the product that I normally bought from them and had no idea when they would restock it since they had just gone through some changes recently. And I do know that the product that I was looking for was getting harder to find. However the girl who helped me looked up the product availability and wrote down for me the nearby stores who still carry it. I really appreciate that! Also, they have a reward program where you can get 20% off. read more

Not sure WHY these people are given a bad review...could be due to some other reasons for sure that have NOTHING to do with the products or services. Everytime I have visited Herben element/ vault ( whatever) i am recieved right away, offered additional savings, and talked with in a very polite manner by EVERYONE I have been helped by. I have worked in the cannabis industry for this company's competitors across the street..Uncle Ikes..( I am no longer employed by Uncle Ikes) I know what real is and it is this store. The deals are a steal! The people are awesome. They give a 15% percent online discount to everyone ( no app needed) the online menu is so easy to use and they truly care. Thank you to all there! I will keep coming back for sure. read more

These guys are not Herbn elements. They are owned by a dispensary sort of chain now called the vault. Operating under any other name gives you the impression your getting Herbn elements standards and etiquette and you are not. This place is lifeless now, customer service can be taught and created and however they trained these people was not that way. Tommy Chong budtending? Take it as a hint when a business isn't doing what it should in profits then it posts on Groupon this is the same sham. First day they took over they broke a million labor laws for their employees hours and that was enough for me to say goodbye forever. They had the choice to come in the way they did and they chose it to be more hostile instead of listen and learn. I'm sorry lake city you lost a good one. This place may have more inventory but don't let that fool you on why Herbn elements was a success in the first place. Change your freaking name it's sad. read more

I used to love this place but lately I've lost my love for Herb N Elements. I went last night asking the bud tenders recommendation for a good couch lock and got sold a CBD gram with less than 1% of THC. Couldn't grab the jar because of covid so I couldn't inspect it to make sure it looked good and also the harvest date on the CBD gram I was sold is from OCTOBER. SERIOUSLY?! Whoever the bud tender was didn't even know what he was talking about. He was just reading THC levels from the other bags of pot. Wish he would have Atleast read the label of the CBD jar he sold me. read more

I wish I could give this location zero stars. They offer at 15 percent discount if you order online and pickup in store so when I went into the location to inquire about the deal the bud tender with purple long hair was rude to my partner and I. She then escalated the situation further by calling over her supervisor to tell us that they would not honor the discount even if we left and came back. There are so many other pot shops in Seattle that have better products and deals that 5his shop just lost two loyal customers. I've never felt so embarrassed or upset by the way these two employees made us feel. read more

If I could give less than one star then I probably would. I will never go to this establishment ever again and I recommend that you don't either. I was trying to get a product that worked for me and was assured by the "informed" staff member that I received what I needed but I hadn't. I tried to return it and not only would they not return it but their manager, Jamie, was a total @$$hole. He wouldn't return something a crappy employee sold me but wanted to give me a discount on another. Crappy customer service, inexperienced bud-tenders and all around crappy management. It's not my fault your employees don't know what they are talking about. So, now I am out money and I still don't have what I need. #HERBNELEMENTSSUCKS read more

I have passed this a few times and decide to stop in. I had my ID in hand even though I have been 'legal' for 53 years! There were 4 people working there and no one greeted me, a bad sign. A girl at the first counter simply had her hand out so I could give her my ID, not a word. I said something funny like, 'I am only 23' and not even a smile. I asked about their hash and was handed a package that read "Lebanese Red" and a package labeled "Lebanese Gold". I was surprised and remarked, 'Wow these are from Lebanon?' She said, 'No they are from next door.' OK so how could I trust anything from then on, thc content, pesticide use, accurate weight. As a courtesy I asked what they cost, they were not marked, "$50" was the simple reply. $50 for a gram of hash?
