Came here after being directed by my regular shop since they did not carry the product that I wanted and Fweedom still did. I must say that my initial impression of this place can't be more wrong, since the place is located at the sketchy Aurora neighborhood and their building looks a bit odd (you can only see the waiting room area and won't have any idea that it's a store from outside). The atmosphere inside is nothing like the outside at all, it's very warm and welcoming. I walked straight to the "window" where I was helped immediately by the friendly and super nice woman sitting there. I find that she's very personable and was able to keep me interested in various conversation while waiting for the check-out process (they had a barcode issue with the product and were very apologetic about it). I already knew what I wanted and they had it right on the shelves and bought the last two that they had left, with the help from the man who had to check their stock back and forth. He also made sure I knew what I had to do before consuming it so that it would be optimal dosage. Their price is super reasonable, it was $5 cheaper than the previous potshop I just came from. They accept debit and credit card but with a convenience fee, and they also have an ATM machine inside. They also have a reward program where you could get 15% off, and I enlisted in their Call-list if they've restocked the product again. I never entered past the waiting area but would definitely want to check it out next time I'm there. But overall my first visit is a really positive experience. read more

I went to pull money out of the atm and didn't pull out the cash. Went back to get it one minute later and it was gone. The employees did not seem to care and told me they would contact me and look at the cameras. I understand there is nothing they can do about it but I lost $200 and the very least the could have done is look at the camera to see if someone took my money or if the money was even dispensed from the machine. I've spent the last few weeks trying products they suggest and collecting stamps on my convenient discount card. Now they tell me, as I come in to claim my discount and buy tons of products, they tell me that the discount cards are no longer valid and everything is digital. They said they will not apply my discount, nor will they digitally record all the stamps I've collected. DONE with this place completely! What a place! Immaculately kept with knowledgeable staff, great variety, and more edibles than one could ask for, perks included. Tyler at, rrrr, well, I still think the name is silly, is a very scholarly medical user who has a vast array to choose from. Beautifully trimmed, top-notch medicine is in no short supply. I ended up with some of the "White Rhino", "AK-47", and "Permafrost", always a Seattle favorite, all of them so obviously well cared for. And with fabulous effect, of course. What really impressed me about the collective was how clean and proper the place was kept, well-arranged products, edibles, tinctures, everything had a certain tableau. I also appreciated the waiting area, ensuring that one customer at a time had access to the keeper, getting all their concerns and questions addressed. This place is off street level, which is kinda nice, a little inconspicuous status, but not in a sleazy sort of way (just keep heading up the street, ahem). This place is amazing. They are always friendly, fast and professional. Some of the other places on the area are extremely sketchy, which is why I love going to Fweedom. I think the name is very clever by the way. My most recent find there is I think called the Super Island Skunk, and it is wonderful. The tinctures they sell are also great. This place is amazing and my go to dispensary in Seattle for all things concentrate. They have a really nice lay out where it's but more private as a holdover from the medical days. You don't feel rushed and you can definitely take your time and find the exact thing your after. Fweedom has moved into Green Medical Society's old location (120th and Aurora). Although GMS was my favorite collective, if I could choose anyone to take over running the place, it'd be these guys. They're really nice people and the atmosphere is welcoming. Aside from the 15$ a gram, the quality really smacks it out of the ball park, and quality is something you can't complain about. If you want to pay the price that an item is advertised at on a cannabis retailer's menu, DON'T GO TO FWEEDOM. Bottom line at Fweedom: you're better to take your business to Hashtag Cannabis Fremont, Dockside Greenlake, Have a Heart Greenwood and Herb's House in Ballard. ALL of those retailers HONOR their advertised price...REGARDLESS. The recurring problem I have had with Fweedom as well as Lux Pot Shop Fremont and Lux Pot Shop Ballard is that the owners have told the store managers to charge customers higher prices than the ones they advertise onlin. On more than one occason at Fweedom, the store manager has refused to honor their advertised price, and insisted I pay MORE than the advertised price on their own website. I'm a longtime customer of Fweedom - I go way back with them to when they were a medical retailer. They've gotten into a similar pattern as Lux Pot Shop - they're no longer customer centric in how they run the business and they don't see that failing to honor a loyal customer may mean years of lost business from a once loyal customer. I've read that there's a $120 advertising cost PER ACQUIRED CUSTOMER for a cannabis retailer. You'd think they'd nurture that relationship. NOPE. So if you want to arrive at the store with the right amount of money and pay the price you paid when you checked out online, DON'T EXPECT THAT TO HAPPEN AT FWEEDOM. read more

This is my first 5 star review, and well deserved. I've been using Fweedom Collective since I moved here a year and half ago. In that time they have NEVER disappointed me. These guys run the most professional collective in Seattle. EVERYTHING is lab tested, and if it's not labeled just ask for the numbers. They have their own large private lot for parking. The facility is extremely clean with two budtending rooms to serve you, a glass room, and clone area. The budtenders are very knowledgeable, charismatic, and fun people. Nothing higher than $12/g in flower, and even their $10 and $8 shelves are just flower that's been moved from the $12 shelf to make room for new additions. They currently carry flower from big names like Solstice Grown and Aurum Farms. They carry a large selection of concentrates from their own in-house shatters to big names like Refine and Columbia Concentrates, and also things like Dama oil and B-EZ pen cartridges. They have a large selection of edibles as well. From yummy treats like Medi Bros Milk Chocolate and Candied Bacon chocolate bars, and Coco Canna Brownies to more discrete methods such as Solstice AM/PM capsules or Ultra Clear capsules. Everything about this place is awesome. Their location is clean and filled with extremely friendly and knowledgeable people. Their product is the best I've tried out of many of the dispensaries in North Seattle. What's impressive is how low their prices are. This winter they've rotated many top-shelf strains to bottom-shelf prices ($8/g), such as 'AK-47', 'Blue Magoo', 'Chem 4D', and more. Did I mention they deliver? I have a good anecdote regarding their service. One day I accidentally placed my order for pickup instead of delivery. At the end of the night, they noticed that I had not come in, gave me a call to notify me, and they still managed to deliver it to me that night. Seriously, check this place out. I have been going to this place for about a year now. They're probably one of the only shops we've been to that has consistently top quality product (and we've been to many shops). The bud tenders are always super friendly and helpful, too. I'm a huge fan of SPR and they usually have a good selection to choose from, and if they don't they'll point me in another direction. If I walk in with $40 and say "give me your best for $40" they absolutely will, no doubt. I like the individual rooms instead of one big room for everyone, that makes it more personal & comfortable for me. I can't speak to their selection of oils or other such items, but the edibles I've had from there have been good - and they have a great selection of vegan edibles, which is fantastic! Having been a medical patient for years, I came here when my card was expired. I've been to a half dozen rec shops, and I was sad at the sleazy 'used car salesman' vibe of the shops around my place. Then I went to Fweedom... The location can make it look like the other shops in that area, but don't judge a book...their customer service is above and beyond. I don't remember the receptionists name, but she had me checked in, handing my ID back to me and opening the door before I could sit down for a drink of water. Stepped into Lee's office. So professional. So knowledgable. Had no pressure at all to buy anything. He was there to listen to what I needed and could speak to different strains from experience.
