Traveling through Seattle and this shop was recommended by a friend. When I first walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who explained that the store is set up with 2 rooms in the back so you can work one on one with a tender. They pointed me to a menu while I waited very briefly for the next available person to help. I thought the touch screen, self serve, electronic dispensary up front was very neat and something I have yet to see anywhere else. Also great for those who want to self serve or are in are hurry. The staff that helped me out was very knowledgeable, not pushy and made me feel like I stopped for a visit with an old friend. The fact that you can review the products one on one makes the experience much less overwhelming than some of the busy shops where you stand in line, waiting to be served and then feel like you have to decide quickly as not to hold up those still waiting. Two days ago I visited the new Fweedom Cannabis location in Mountlake Terrace. Talk about convenient! Just off 220th exit heading west, first driveway. Nice business complex location. The entrance is fairly subdued behind frosted windows, but once you enter, it is very clean and professional. Since this was my first time visiting a legal cannabis shop I was hesitant. The employees and owner did all they could to educate me as to how far marijuana has come from the 70's and 80's. Well displayed, and knowledgeable people put me at ease right away. I ended up making a small purchase which was strange. I am 62 and have never bought 'legal' marijuana before. In my old hippie days, many conversations were had regarding the future of marijuana. I recommend this shop for its knowledgeable employees, their concern for customer welfare, and friendliness. 5 Stars! read more

Consistently - and by far - the best Cannabis place I've ever experienced by any conceivable metric...and I've been a 'veteran in the industry' since 2004. I started coming here I'm 2013, when they were a dispensary, right about the time they won High Times Cannabis Cup...the first time. U will not find better pot in Seattle. Period. I've been to almost every pot shop, dispensary, and Cannabis market in the area since 2013. Customer service is off the charts. They take you into your own private room with very knowledgeable Budtenders, who are basically expert weed consultants. Finally, they are super generous with their patient patients, like me. Fweedom is the best! I have never met a more enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff than here and I have been to a lot of dispensaries. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by a friendly "Hello!", a large aquarium, and a flatscreen tv always playing stoner favorites like animal documentaries and Always Sunny. The waiting room has comfortable couches, plenty of magazines, and of course - the latest menu! One of the best things about Fweedom is their budtender rooms - your party goes into a private room to browse, ask questions, and complete your purchase. If you are new to buying marijuana and have a lot of questions, this setup is perfect because there is not a queue of people staring you down while you decide! VERY nice place! These guys are professional and they are putting their best foot forward in the community with their "Cans For Grams" program. Members receive a 25% discount on all medicine if they donate some canned food. That's a very substantial discount and a big help for the community! The bud tenders really know what they are talking about and they portray themselves as extremely professional. Dried meds are some of the best I've ever seen and everything is scientifically tested. The active cannabinoids are labeled on the fronts of each container. The waiting area is really clean, comfortable and calm. I like the layout a lot. I highly recommend this place. read more

There are few places in the cannabis industry that provide a pure gold standard of product, service, and honesty. Fweedom is one of those places. Each time I stop in, I have a great discussion with whatever budtender/manager that is available. It is truly a top shelf retail experience. The most modern dispensary, decor-wise, that I've been to so far. Very neat, clean and stylish. Lots of light, hardwood floors, leather couch. Very friendly staff. Drop ins are ok here and the staff took plenty of time explaining everything they offered, even suggesting things that might work best for me. Little bit on the expensive side, comparatively. The tinctures I saw there were supposedly very potent but were in clear bottles, out in the open. This is not good as THC in solution degrades SERIOUSLY fast. I have seen this at a lot of dispensaries. That's why it's best to use dark bottles and even then, store in a dark place until needed. read more

Extremely friendly courteous service. This dispensary truly cares about what you and your needs. Never had a very long wait time, the staff are always willing to spend that extra few minutes with you to make sure your purchase is what you truly need for your issues. This dispensary is good for the average smoker, and fantastic for people with different illnesses seeking pain relief. This is my regular stop I don't have another dispensary because I don't feel the need to go searching for one. Once you go to Fweedom, it's really hard to want to go any place else. The professionalism and care I was shown my first visit blew me away, and made me feel I was getting the actual care I needed. Especially after a few visits to other shops. Their flower never disappoints and is only $12 a gram for top shelf! Okay, I confess, my shopping experience is limited to only about three or four different weed stores, but I was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Fweedom! I've always loved Fweedom collective ever since the Ballard days, and I have to say I'm very impressed with the new location. Better buds, two bud rooms, more variety of concentrates, and they're edible selection has increased since my last visit. I was very pleased with the safe environment and the knowledgable staff, who clued me in on several high CBD strains like the sour tsunami #3 and the famous harlequin strain. I would have to say, as a former california medical cannabis patient and a current WA patient, that this is the nicest, most knowledgeable, and professional collective I have been to in Washington. As a long time cannabis patient I found the dried medication to be of an excellent quality. Especially the Master and Bubba Kush, although the Funky Monkey is a particular favorite of mine. So I was helped by a very cool dude named Lee he walked me through a bunch of different strains because I wasn't trying to have a couch lock strain today and we were talking about different companies and what not and he suggested Gorilla Glue from Seattle private reserve and it's amazing really good flavor of diesel not harsh smokes wonderful I highly recommended read more
