Want to give everyone a heads-up that they don't honor their online presales--I placed an order in the morning for two cartridges at the price of $31.50 per unit--I took a screenshot for proof, as I have had issues at this location before not honoring their sale prices. When I go to pick them up, the budtender let me know that was a timed sale and since I didn't pick it up in time, they have to charge me full price. Nowhere on their website does it state that it's a timed sale. See ss for proof. Then when I ask if they price match, as the dispensary next store consistently charges lower prices, the manager has stepped out so they're not able to do that either. It's not the worst thing to happen to a person, but it felt scammy, and reminded me that it's always better to purchase from the smaller, more local dispensaries rather than the big chains like Uncle Ike's. Shout-out to Herbn Elements across the street whose prices are consistently cheaper. Up until now I've always had a decent if not amazing experience here, hence the two stars instead of one. Thus is the Uncle Ike's location I have used the most frequently as it is the closest to my house. Some positives to Uncle Ike's are: morning happy hour from 8-10, larger sales tend to be good deals, and it's easy to order online. Some negatives are: they tend to have higher than average pricing that they then run a sale on so you aren't really saving money comparatively, staff can be hit or miss as far as knowledge and friendliness. They do have a huge selection which is super convenient and they rarely are out of things when I preorder them unlike some other shops. read more

I moved here back in January 2024 and started consistently stopping by this store since it was within walking distance of my home.
