Great staff, very knowledgeable and 100% great at listening to customers. Locations are convenient and Shoreline has a nice big parking lot. Online ordering and pickup are a BREEZE I won't go anyplace else but Dockside! read more

I always appreciate how Tracy listens to what I need and I'm always happy with my purchases.

Popped in here on my way up to a Spartan event. Very sleek and clean store. Staff was dropping knowledge nuggets on me with the friendliest of smiles. In and out in under 5 minutes. Quality at a great price. Nice little find on my drive north. read more

Great selection of flower, best part is that they STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I just got burned at another store which refused to exchange defective product, but Dockside has always made it right for me. If you care about good smoke, Dockside is for you. read more

This is my go-to cannabis store. It's always clean, staff is always professional, courteous, and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here and I've been coming here for years. Highly recommend. read more

If you want quality and friendly service, this is the dispensary for you! I really appreciate the fact that Dockside Cannabis is located in an easy lot to park at and how simple their layout is inside. You're basically in and out in minutes! Menu is pretty extensive and pricing is great for WA state. p.s. Really cool promo as of recent, sign up for their newsletter and you can grab a lighter for a penny! read more

I absolutely LOVE this store! I Iove that the flower selection is displayed on a wall with the information visible, as well as the product itself, and you grab a little pad and a pen and make a list of what you want! The selection is mind blowing, the prices are great, and they have the most generous point system I've found so far...But the staff, Oh My God the staff... This is what keeps me coming back. The staff are kind, patient and knowledgeable, that seems like an obvious bonus, but what I see reflected in the staff is a commitment to equality in the workplace, and that matters to me. I always leave smiling, I'm always excited about my purchases, I always feel like I got a good deal. This is a business I'm proud to support. read more

When I walked in, I instantly felt at home but also like I was in a professional business (As in, I could take my mother there and not feel weird) It's wonderfully decorated, simple, Seattle feel, with wood walls and well organized and beautifully decorated glass cases. Great art on the walls as well. Not to mention the lotus logo. The vibe was so calm and welcoming. The staff was AWESOME. Friendly, attentive, helpful, and most of all patient. The woman I worked with chatted like she's known me forever, and that makes a big difference in customer service. She even went out of her way to show me a tiny Buddha grinder, that was so beyond perfect for me. So perceptive and observant to notice that I would love something like that. I bought it. They had menus right at the door that were clearly laid out. Although I wish the menu had a little more information about the specific characteristic effects of each strain, it was well done and well organized! The pricing was also fantastic. Also a great selection of vaporizers. I will 100% be going back, and this may even become my regular shop. read more

Dockside Cannabis - Shoreline - Tiny Buddha grinder, and some awesome product. I love the bag for the laughing Buddha strain. - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Shoreline, Washington

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and they have No Fee ATMs to get your cash to purchase.

Of all the smoke shops I've been to this place just makes life the easiest The budtenders are very knowledgeable but you can tell they are trying to find a product that will work best for you read more

In town visiting family; MMJ patient back East, absolutely recommend Dockside for all your medical (or recreational) needs. Great variety of products; great strain selections, and affordable prices! Very laid back staff, informative and product-knowledgeable, plus online order discount! Can't wait to come back next time I'm visiting! read more

So, we're transplants from the east coast and we're not used to the legality here. We both went in looking for alternatives to our pharmaceuticals, without wanting a high and without smoking. We were nervous, but the interior was brightly lit and smelled fresh and clean - there was something so much more professional here than other places we visited. We were instantly impressed. Andrea, the young woman who helped us, shared her personal stories with us while recommending and explaining products to us. The long story short is this: they gained instant fans and regulars with us. We're eager to go back and try more of their products to see what helps us. :) read more

Terrific shop, big selection and best customer service ever. I'd called a manufacturer of CBD cream to find out where I could get their product, and they gave me the names of several stores but added that Dockside was "the best store at keeping them in stock, has good pricing, and a knowledgeable staff on our products." Dockside even has non-infused testers, without the CBD, so you can see whether you like the consistency /fragrance. The salesperson was SUPER easygoing and friendly, in a helpful yet not-pushing-products at you way. The store is attractive, and there's lots of parking. Right off Aurora too. Huge fan of this place!!! I also found the same terrific level of customer service at their 85th and Aurora location. They're a smaller, Express store, but the manager listened to my concerns (I'm fussy about smell and consistency of creams and oils), and said the Shoreline location had testers. He called the Shoreline store to make sure they had the product, and gave me directions. Just very sweet and helpful. read more

What keeps me coming back? Besides the obvious (thanks, I-502), the great customer service, a beautifully well-lit area, extensive menus, and good product makes this place my favorite. I am a huge fan of the 420 Bars (Hazelnut is the best) and sometimes they run specials. Last time was 20% of a Blueberry strain, which happens to be a well-loved favorite of mine. These guys are doing everything right and I always recommend them to people who visit Washington. read more

Happy Morning After...420 of course. I've gotta say, these guys know their stuff. They have well priced goods and a ton of variety. I am a medical user and they are great about keeping what I need in-stock, something I found difficult to come by at other dispensaries. Shaun is immensely helpful and keeps me informed of new products and upcoming events/discounts! Like the "Frequent Higher Punch Card" & "10% Veteran's Discount"! I may not have been able to use marijuana when I was active duty (Military has a " Zero Tolerance " Policy), but at least I can get a discount at Dockside to help with my health issues caused from being in the military. Thanks Dockside Cannabis for taking care of Vets, being super reliable, affordable, and friendly every time! Hands down the best customer service, most up to date informative friendly knowledgeable staff. Will drive out of my way everyday for the exceptional customer experience. Too many dispensaries employ young unlife experienced people that are incapable of meeting me where I am at as a youthful spirited 40's year person. Open, spacious kool vibe environment. Highly recommend read more

Super friendly staff, excellent selection, and smooth online ordering. My new favorite store

I stopped by this location last Tuesday @ around 9:30am, it wasn't packed, the parking lot was big, and importantly.... It was very accessible! The staff were very courteous, personable, and super knowledgeable of their product! I was very impressed with the variety and quality of there products! read more

This place is awesome! Such friendly service. 21+ and cash only. Can buy a gram or more of just pot or u can buy it as pre-rolled joint or as edible chocolate etc. read more

Dockside Cannabis is everything you would expect from a marijuana retailer, but with a friendly, vibe, and a knowledgeable staff to make you feel at ease. Sometimes when you walk into a marijuana store you feel uncomfortable, rushed, and made to feel stupid for not knowing what this new legal environment is all about. Not at Dockside. From the moment you step into the shop, you are warmly greeted by an ID checker to make sure you are 21 years of age or older. After that is verified, you are free to step up to your counter of choice, and discuss the varieties of marijuana available for purchase. I had questions about tinctures, and concentrates, along with something I've been hearing about lately called "vaping". Every single question was met enthusiastically with a professional, non-condescending response, filled with knowledge, and facts. I highly recommend this retailer for your next marijuana purchase. While you're there, make sure to check out the school bus selling Mexican food in the parking lot. Their food is to die for! Stephen read more

Love this place, and save a lot with the points I earned nice top shelf buds. Great selection of buds and edibles.

Although they are highly knowledgeable and friendly, please take note: If you are sensitive or a newcomer to marijuana/Cannabis products, start with 1/8 what they recommend. The two times I have visited I stated I am incredibly sensitive and need to be alert and function, because I have a kid; the first time I tried their "lightest" vape pen they recommended to me and followed their directions, I proceeded to get the most high I've ever been and locked myself in my car for three hours. The second time, I took 1/4 of their recommended dosage (thinking I had learned my lesson) of a tincture and got WAY FUCKING HIGH, and severely depressed yesterday and today. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...yeah, I get it, but please remember these are professionals and you are a newbie and learn from my mistake(s)! read more

I ordered online and I went early but they had just finished my early and were very nice. I was helped by Nick and he was easy to talk to and knowledgeable! read more

I stopped by this store because the reviews were so strong. After going there twice, I can say that the reviews are warranted. The employees are by far the most knowledgable and patient I've found at any store. The prices are reasonable and the quality of their inventory is better than most, with many items I haven't seen anywhere else. They also have a points system and text you when they have good discounts. This is my new favorite store in N. King/S. Sno! read more

Easy to get to, easy to park, an open floor plan and friendly staff with a pretty wide selection. What's not to like? The staff were very helpful and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I just wish there were more open minded states out there with convenient places like this. I give it two thumbs up. read more

We were at the Frelard location and helped by Marisa and Greg. Both incredibly helpful, super fun, and very knowledgeable. Marisa gave us great suggestions, was friendly, and we shared an affinity for The Good Place. Keep up the quality customer service, clean environment, and quality product. Also, who writes those clever snippets about each product?! read more

I'm really new and have never actually purchased before. Stopped at dockside today based on the reviews. Excellent! Wide range of products and excellent customer service. Amanda was super friendly and knowledge. I really don't feel the need to look elsewhere for recreational marijuana. read more

I love this shop! The shop is beautiful, they showcase local artwork, and they have a fancy collection of pipes for sale as well. You just head in, they check your ID, and the fun begins! My favorite strain is Chernobyl so far, but I can't wait to try everything on their amazing menu. Matt B. behind the counter KNOWS ALL... and I just head in and buy whatever he suggests. Every single time I have not been disappointed. It's such a pleasure chatting with the guys and gals who work there, it's so obvious they love what they're doing (Donny is a favorite as well!). I'll never go anywhere else! Dockside For Lyfe! Go Hawks! read more

Very personable and knowledgeable staff. Quick in and out service. Vast selection. Tasty prerolls. Comparable prices in the area for recreational bud. You can join the rewards club when you make purchases for discounts. And close to home. Be still my heart!! read more

Went in on the soft launch before the grand opening and was incredibly impressed. Everything was new and exciting to the employees, who were smiling and laughing- it made the experience lighthearted and relaxed, in direct contrast to other recreational stores I've been to. The product was really good, but I'm going to keep coming back for the "feel" of the store. read more

My second time here. First was when weed became legal, so nothing to compare it to. Then I moved to Snohomish County where I guess they like their shops more like head shops. I'm over 60 years old and seriously just want a good night's sleep sometimes. So I'm back to Dockside where it's like going to my corner apothecary shop, bright and meticulous. Lots of choices, I'd recommended looking at the online menu before you go) and the staff is really helpful in choosing just what you're looking for. I was even given a senior discount, although that's not what she called it. Won't try another place again. read more

Visited Seattle a while back for a few weeks, and stopped by several rec stores while I was in town. Dockside was BY FAR my favorite in terms of chill yet fresh ambience, quality of selection, exceedingly friendly staff, and their eloquent and accurate descriptions of the products. And I got a free piece of glass for my birthday! Kayli, in particular, really took great care of me--professional, knowledgable, and definitely engaged in taking the time to provide what was best for me. All in all, I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back--I'd rate it 6 stars if I could. read more

This is long overdue, but Akira is THE best bud tender I've interacted with. He's easy going, makes great recommendations, and knows what he's talking about. I love Dockside as a whole, but I'm especially glad Akira is on their team! read more

The staff are the reason I will keep coming back to Dockside Cannabis! They are friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Other than the staff, the retail space is nicely designed (I love the wood boards on the back wall). They have an extensive menu readily available when you walk in and they sometimes offer specials on select items. For example, I got 15% off of the Artisan Blue Dream Sativa Hybrid today. read more

Top notch customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable staff who were not just friendly but helpful too. For these things alone they get five stars. The sticker shock is still resonating like a high speed train! $75.00 for one JuJu Joint; someone is clearly on the pipe and they're smoking something a lot different than what they're selling. I chose to go with three different pre-rolled joints and its been a while since I've indulged in flower; anymore I'm a vape girl, it was quite a treat. I understand that the recreational prices will be higher than the medical prices and the black market but damn! I got a pretty good deal that I have no complaints about with the J's I did buy but I don't think I'll be buying too much of the liquid or the wax at rec prices. read more

This place is the best. They have a great selection that range from lip balm and edibles to every strain of flower you could ever want and that's definitely nice however the staff is why I return. I am clueless. I'm not used to having hundreds of options and they definitely see that in me. They walk me though the process and get me what I want. Most of the times, it's an educational process to get me what I want. Super knowledgeable. Wish I could give the staff more than 5 stars. They are amazing. Seriously! I won't go any where else. read more

What a rip off, I paid for a gram of shatter and got home was only a half a gram for 45 bux plus tax, they only had one kind of weed that was not outdoor garbage and was 32 a gram fuck that noise i know growers who grow better anyways, was just there for novelty sake but pretty pissed they ripped me off 45 for a half gram what a joke. read more

This is my second visit to a retail cannabis store in the Seattle area. Last time I went to another shop, also on Aurora, and was less than impressed. After reading the reviews here, I drove to Dockside this morning and was very pleased to find it is was quite different. The shop is very well laid out, clean, bright and welcoming. As someone who has never used cannabis for pain relief, I was looking for information and while the staff can not give you medical advice, their knowledge of their products and the various thc levels will gave me the information I needed to make an educated guess for myself. I ended up buying product in three different forms, so will see which is most effective for my osteoarthritis pain. I will certainly return when I'm next in need of product. read more

Great prices and a decent selection of products. The staff here are genuinely pretty knowledgable with the exception of one of their "medical guides" (completely forgot his name). Not sure what their title is but I was completely disappointed in his recommendations and lack of product knowledge. We used to frequent Hypeherbally before they shut most of the medical dispensaries down and have grown accustomed to the service we received over at Hypeherbally. My advice is to do your own research prior to visiting the shop and get advice from anyone but this one blond guy with the Korean updo, he seriously couldn't even explain the benefits of CBD, CBN, and THC. read more

First time I walked in seemed like one of the better stores. The prices were not too high ( considering that all weed stores are higher than off grid prices ). I got two pre-rolled jays in a plastic tube for $10. The "AC/DC" strain of the jays was amazing.I felt like this was a decent deal. The Blue Dream sativa nugs I bought from them was mediocre. I came back a week later and I discovered that one pre-rolled jay was now $10 instead of two! All the prices were double or more than before. The most reasonable offer was 3.5g for $40. These overpriced nugs would fade out after 5minutes. That's double than normal pricing for low quality nugs! I feel that prices should be based on the quality and quantity of the weed. I'm skeptical of marijuana shortages on the industrial level. I don't think how many consumers they have is a factor here, the price gauging is ridiculous. Return a week later and discover they doubled their own prices which were already higher than normal off grid standards. Exploits of the infant legal weed industry are still rampant. read more
