SCAM ALERT!!! I went to this establishment back October 2025. The prices were pretty and that's probably because it was my FIRST time in. I was told that if I joined the club that my second visit would be 50% of my order. Well I went to California for two weeks over Thanksgiving and got some great deals so I went back December 30, 2025 for the 2nd time and paid more money then I have paid for 7 grams of concentration since I have been here from California!!!! $93 I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE WHEN THERE ARE 1000's of other places to go!!! Sold me a cart, good brand (two heads), flavor sour apricot. Tastes like literal shit. Tastes literally like a burnt coil it's truly disgusting. So i call (5 minutes after we had left because I live close), to see if i can come back to exchange. They say yes and to leave right away because they close soon. That's all they said, and then when I get there they say I do not have the packaging for it so I cannot exchange it. even though i was in 10 minutes prior and had the receipt and it was hit once. So I came to Kush Klub yesterday (my second visit of the day). My first visit was on the weed shop side...Joe is fantastical and amazing and I say all the wonderful things about him! Because of him I decided to come back to the smoke shop side for a new reloadable pen or some kind of cool apparatus for smoking my oil with less heat. Anyway...I get there and there's a sign 'BE BACK IN 5'...15 minutes later no one is back. Myself and another woman are waiting. I realize the smoke shop guy is the same ass hat who's huge ugly truck was blocking about 4 parking spaces when there was plenty of regular parking available. So not only does this guy cost ya'll business he inconveniences your customers with his shitty parking. HE WAS IN THE TRUCK. He could see customers walking up, waiting there then leaving. WTF?! I went to kush Klub last night on 8 27 2024 and I was less than 5 minutes late( 11:50pm) when I arrived I saw the two women counting out so I asked from door u done is it over, first off lady ( probably manager) looked at me shaking head accosted room leaving me confused. So when I figured out it was over I went to get on my bike and leave. As I was adjusting my AirPods and music and helmet 3 to 4 min guy from pipe store next door off the clock pulls up on me all hard as I approach his window to tell him I'm leaving just getting gear ready he pulls a gun appoints it at my face and tell me "u walked up on me" Hold on kush klub employees are pulling guns and pointing into the face of a patron for over two years cuz I'm 4 min late ???? This morning I go ask to speak to manager to get clarification on the issue, only to be told I'm not allowed there and I need to leave NOW !!!! I hate coming in here. When you enter the shop, employees blankly stare at you as they slowly approach you across this massive room. Also, the music is so loud that even the workers complain about it. I always comment about it being so loud that we can't hear each other and the response is always "I know I can't hear you either, but they insist on having it this loud"... I would love to buy from here but it is genuinely too much of a struggle to even talk to the staff. I also consistently see a lot of disappointment and irritation from staff members both at the dispensary and the smoke shop, and it makes me think that management has a hold on the staff and it looks like everyone hates their job. This is a business that don't listen to their consumers OR their employees. They got rid of security and the employees justification is "we just hired extra budtenders to appear more secure"... I'm sorry but that 90 pound white girl isn't stopping anyone from robbing the store. Ordered online this morning and got an email that my order was successfully submitted. So I put on my knee brace since I am disabled and walked a mile to the bus to go get the weed I ordered. So when I get there. the dark haired girl at the counter told me in a snotty voice that she cancelled my order because they didn't have it, I am super mad because she should have emailed me that info so I didn't waste my time and energy getting there. I refused to buy what she suggested because I don't trust her advise, so I left there with no weed, and now I am in too much pain to walk to another weed store so I guess I will go without. Typically I love this place. I've been a heavy consumer specifically from kush klub for over 3 years. I came in the other night and Arya was my budtender. I was looking at high end hash rosin and she was rude and made it palpable that she was annoyed. If I'm spending that much money, I want to look at my product. She didn't pull out options I asked for. In the end, I ended up not buying anything because I refused to buy something from someone who was so rude. Will not buy weed from her again. I went in there it was my first time in this Klub I was super excited, as I walked in I was glared at by several employees, I asked for a good gram of indica dabs, and the employee looked at me like I was dumb, didn't give me any recommendations the girl who finally decided to help me didn't say a word too me she pulled out two cheap grams of dabs, I looked in a different section found it myself, I went into kush klub to get a few things but unfortunately after the interaction about the dabs I felt so unwelcome, and so uncomfortable I bought those and left, I will not be returning back. I went to cannabis provisions right above and mentioned how rude the employees were and the lady working said yea, unfortunately we here that a lot I'm sorry about that experience.
