I had gone to Danks for YEARS, until I was screamed at by what I can only assume was upper management or boss about why the front door wasn't open during business hours while I was waiting patiently out front... I questioned if it was really happening then shockingly replied "I'm just a customer" she then scoffed and rolled up her window... Its incredibly sad to see a business treat loyal customers this way. Spent thousands at Danks only to get screamed at from the boss while she sits in her blacked out Chevy Tahoe... I hope this story sheds light on the culture of Danks management. read more

I came in here after being a very loyal customer down the road for years. I only utilize one product and I get tired of no availability at the other dispensary I have frequent. When I walked in here, Paulina was amazing. She explained how this dispensary works. She explained the deals and she also told me that the product that I utilize is normally always in stock. Best prices so I come here often, but honestly it's a bit hit or miss on service. I know it's a weed store but I don't expect it to take 20 minutes for a sorbet when there's no one else in the store. Danks used to be a great store. However, new management has been a hot mess. They lie about their products, they sell empty joint tubes, or the joint isn't even a full one. They DO have a good selection however. Ii would not advise going there, unless you want empty tubes. Not to mention the drama at the store. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Disappointing at best. Rude employees. Long wait time. Cameron "helped" me. Had zero advice other than to say "this one is X dollars and said "Tasty" so much it was comical. Store is small and cramped. Signs all over announcing 40% off storewide yet could not determine what was discounted, why and there were no signs to indicate why. There are at least three people working if you don't count the sketchy dude sitting outside giving off dive bar security guard vibes. My intent was to buy my best friend an ounce for her birthday. Cameron had little to say and I got the sense he didn't care at all. This is the first time in the longest that I didn't offer a tip. Will not come here ever again. He didn't even offer a paper bag so now my whole car smells. There are large glass cabinets that hold the product and you have to weave around in an odd way. All the employees were rushed, seemed pressed to address questions and as I was leaving the person behind me in line came out and announced he typically goes elsewhere but this was close to home so thought he would give it a try. He also told me he was disappointed and wasn't coming back. Gross and dirty inside. Shame. read more

Strange shade? I've been going here regularly for a full year, I've been getting texts from them after every visit as well. They have always had a very high turnover in staff, usually I see people I recognize though, I bring my dog in and everyone says hi to her. Today they had to re-enter my phone number for my profile, it wasn't coming up at all, even when the manager went to the back room computer to enter the phone number. I go here often and they typically have the widest selection locally, it's pretty big compared to other stores. Now they always have deals like 30% off select products all week and then 40% off store wide on fridays. People leaving bad reviews are helpless, they don't sell duds or crap product, ive only had 1 dud cart in like my year of buying from them, and they let you know you can return it if somethings wrong as long as you keep the original packaging. If you ask for a bag they give you one. Sometimes the bud tenders don't give the best advice/recommendations but u have to remember everyone reacts to things different and everyone has their own opinion. If you don't like the bud tenders rec then do your own research. People are adults but still need to grow up lol. This place rocks and if you time it right you save hella money stocking up on fridays. They even gave me a spoon when I bought a sorbet there. Great people. read more

Amazing and huge selection of flowers, concentrates, drinks, edibles, tinctures, and they have a glass wear section as well so that is convenient. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and remember my presences! Reliable because they are always open when they say they will be. Prices increase repeatedly and the prices posted are not what is charged at the register. 10 visits later and their prices are still screwed up. Check out other sellers in Lynnwood and Everett. Dank's Wonder Emporium became Dank's Warehouse last year. Still a nice selection and reasonable prices. The only place better in some ways in my opinion is Dockside cannabis in Shoreline. Products differ so most people will find something they prefer at both places. Note the website has changed. You can't order from Dank's or Dank's Emporium. It has to be dankswarehouse.com. Order online and speed up check out and reduce exposure. read more

Went there once, signed up for texts, realized I'd never be back in that area, cancelled texts, and voila today at 630 am I get a promo text. Why would they auto text people at 630 in the morning on a Saturday? The 1 star isn't toward the store because I don't know about their products or staff, but it is towards sending unwanted texts ridiculously early for no reason. If I got it at noon I'd have no issue, but that early is unreasonable for people who work 7 days a week and need sleep when they can get it. read more
