Iv been coming here for years now they haven't always been like this but about two weeks ago I went in and got a dab rig with terp balls and when I went home and tried it they melted into the banger and left a taste in the rig so I went back and they told me there was nothing they could do about it even though it was there faulty product then today I went in got a white gummy vape and trust me I know how they taste out the box as I was driving away I tasted it and relized I had to go back cause it was bad it tasted weird and wasn't hitting my chest like normal when I went back he said there's nothing he can do about it and to never come back cause he Dosent want other customers in store hearing that over all I'm sad but it's more sad such a nice store is going to shit cause they buy from third partys read more

My favorite place to go get disposable vapes, however I had a new vape that was burnt and couldn't get taste of the flavor and they wouldn't give me a refund but gave me a 50% off the next one I bought. The disposable vapes called, "Big Boy" has a lot of defects and I recommend that you go with the Elf Bar instead. Same amount of puffs and same price but better quality and more choices of flavors. I've purchased quite a few items from this location, but my experience today definitely warranted a good review. Last week I bought a smok Novo as well as some nicotine salts. Last night the device malfunctioned and I did not have a receipt seeing as I bought it cash and had no proof of purchase. I just went in with the unused equipment that I bought from this location and explain my situation to the gentleman behind the counter. He was very easy to get along with and understood my situation and offered to replace my defective Novo and send me on my way. My 5th baton from this store just stopped working in the exact same way. Stuff sold here has never been reliable- from puff bars, vapes, pods. My sister was visiting from France and upon arrival, she broke her €80.00 ($90.00) vape apparatus. At first we threw it away and then saw online that we would just need to replace a part of it. We found Smoke N Vape and the Shopkeeper/Owner was very gracious and professional and went over and beyond what is to be expected for customer service. He didn't try to sell us a new one. He cleaned it, inspected it and replaced it with another component that was probably even better than the original one. All for the total of $12.95. He also repaired the other part that kind of came apart when it fell directly on concrete. He was a great conversationalist without being overly chatty. Just when we were about to leave his shop, he said--"Please, as my guest who came all the way to my store from France--you and your sister should take a refreshing cold drink of your choice--from my refrigerator/display--to beat the sweltering heat out there." My husband went there for the first time to get vape juice. He asked for 6 mg. When he returned home he discovered that one bottle was 0 mg and the other was 3 mg. He had to drive back to get the right strength, the guy didn't even apologize and then tried to give him 3 mg vape juice again! We will never go back. read more

I have only been to Smoke n Vape twice, the first time was quick stop on my way to work to buy a blu e-cig. blu's are blu's and rather boring, not much to review but the shop has a different feel to it than your typical cramped windowless smoke shop. I picked up on this right away and I liked it! Second time in I picked up a pen vape & tank and some lotto tix as well as a couple of bottles of Space Jam. Smoke N Vape is priced competitively and Azim (A z e e m?) is a really nice guy. There was a lady there too, also very nice who i assume is Azim's wife. I assume they are the owners. Together they make a friendly pair and the customer feels welcome. Nice selection of e-juice as well as glassware and although I do not smoke cigars it looked like they have Cigar smokers covered. In a nutshell I feel like this will be my new go-to vape shop. It is in my neighborhood, not far off the beaten path, always plenty of parking and a "feel good" feeling is the vibe I pick up.
