I started going to Burnout nearly a year ago. I had been using a particular brand of vape juice for years. After the shipping/tax laws changed earlier in the year, the manufacturer would no longer sell to me. Burnout agreed to have my juice shipped to them and sells it to me for the same price I was paying to the manufacturer. He was the only shop willing to do this for me. I also want to mention the owner remembers me every time I come in, about once a month, the coils I use, and the juice I use. He has since the first day I came in. The level of customer service I receive is exemplary. He is always friendly and and polite. Do not believe any negative reviews, this is so far from this owner's personality is not remotely believable. I have witnessed his interactions with other patrons while waiting my turn and he is helpful, attentive and courteous to everyone entering his store. Burnout is the only place I will shop. read more

My go to smoke shop!! We buy our ne for collectors here. I was bummed he didn't have the pink one in the one we liked, he said he would order it and I told him I would for sure be back to buy it. We came back he got the purple one on accident but I got it anyway but ended up breaking that one came back and he made sure he had the pink one waiting for me. Also, I go through vapes way to fast, he's so kind, knows my flavor and always recommends one with a higher puff count. And he's just overall super chill and so kind! They are open late which is helpful and when the owner isn't in, the support staff is equally as knowledgeable and helpful. When I returned from vacation, I went back to the store to do an exchange and let him know about the issues with the piece and he wouldn't do anything for me. This place is far by the most organized, clean, and eye catching shop. The owner here is very outgoing, cares about what you smoke or what you need and takes good care of you.
