Thank you Vaporland. You guys were able to get me off of smoking, for 8 months now. I have tried gum, patches and even cold turkey. Nothing worked for me. Then I thought about vaping/e-cigarette. I started for the first month using various disposable e-cigarette, even spent almost $100 on the highend V2 disposable cartridge e-cigarette. I was off and on with regular cigarettes because they tasted so bad and one of the brands actually made my lungs hurt. I had to make a change and for the better and quickly before I lost my drive. The guys gave me a great deal on one of the smaller Aspire setups and i am very greatful. They have tons of flavors and their products are of high quality. Your product has been great, but I have moved on to better to a better Nautilus system and smoother liquids. I save anywhere between 10% - 25% by ordering online and that is the only reason why I have moved on. The other day I went to my favorite vape store I like going there because the lady that works there is super cool and so is the guy that works there anyway the store is clean and it is not that expensive. They have to pack products and vape products I love the store because, it doesn't cost much and then boys are wonderful. I met the owner the other day and he is great as well. I'm not sure why they looked down at me and scoffed at me because of my questions. Literally looking to them for some knowledge and made it seem like a cool kids club. At one point I literally had to say "hey cmon man, can you help me out and stop being rude about it" Won't be returning and won't be recommending. My family and I were on our way back from Tulalip and I was asked if there were any tobacco shops nearby that sold vapors for e-cigarettes. I pulled up my Yelp app and found this business. I wasn't expecting a lot but I was in for a surprise. You can buy lots of different kinds of e-cigs including disposable and refillable ones. The big surprise was being able to sample 30 different flavors of vapor in a safe environment. For most of the time, we were the only ones in the store so we had the run of the place and received excellent service. Aside from what I mentioned they sold hookahs, disposable and pocket hookahs, cases, lighters, pipes, bongs, cigarettes, cigars and so much more. I must admit that the 6 foot bong I saw in the corner stole the show. The shop was very clean, well lit, and had pretty much no odor at all. We bought a few things and went on our way. Horrible, horrible experience. I went here looking for a beefed up pen for carts for CBD and THC. Joe, the person I first dealt with, was friendly and seemed to understand I was looking for a new device. After looking around for a while, i opted for gold Stick V8 from Smok. they had on the bottom shelf. However, when I got home, I discovered that I was sold a USED device, that will not charge or work. In addition, I discovered that Joe had charged me DOUBLE NEW LIST PRICE for a used piece of equipment that was missing pieces (like the glass bowl). I initially had to go back because the USB cable cannot be used with a computer (it draws more juice than most USB ports can push out). Joe and another male were on the sofa, and joe directed me to the female behind the counter. They explained that these pens need to be plugged into the wall, and they gave me an old little USB plug in device to make it work with AC current. So I plugged it in, thinking that I might take a charge at the store. Joe and the male got up and went into the back at this time, leaving me, the female clerk, and another customer. Said customer was "waiting for Joe" and took a seat as another customer came in. After about 10 minutes of discussion, that customer was still there and the female clear took the customer waiting for Joe, into the back with her. This left me and another customer standing there, by ourselves. After 5 minutes of waiting at the counter for SOMEONE to come out and act like a human being, I gave up. $60.00 for a used battery that sells for $30.00 new. Enjoy your ill gotten gains. It;s the last of my money you will EVER see. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be happy, or even just treated like a human being. read more

Yikes! Had a fairly negative experience coming in a couple of months ago. Came in fairly late in the afternoon with my wife to get her first vape pen. We weren't helped until ten minutes after we came in because the employee up front looked to be busy showing off different products to four of her friends that seemed to be there lounging and hanging out. We didn't even get a nod or any kind of acknowledgment that we walked in until far after we showed up. Weird considering that, other than the employee's friends, we were the only other customers in this small shop. When we were finally helped, she talked to my wife like she was an idiot, at one point trying to explain to her what milliliters were. She never took time to walk through what we should be looking for, what flavors she may like, nothing. The employee looked annoyed that we were there and cutting into her time with her friends. After we got what we came there for, we went home to find out the pen my wife purchased cost $20 more than it did on the manufacturer's website. Needless to say, if you're an enthusiast, this might be a better place for you. If not, you're better off finding a shop that is more friendly, attentive, and helpful to newbies. read more

I stumbled across this place while I was looking for a certain e juice and it was the best thing that happened! AMAZING customer service! Ray and Emily have both gone above and beyond any time I've been in there, even if I have called with some ridiculous questions! The staff is super knowledgeable, the most knowledgeable I've come across in this industry! And to top all that, their prices are really the lowest I've ever seen! They do also have a rewards program. There is no need for me to ever go anywhere else, they now have a loyal customer in me! I will even drive out of my way to go there. 06/01/2014 was the last day I smoked a cigarette thanks to my spontaneous visit to Tobacco Joe's in my old neighborhood in Everett. I wish I remembered the clerk's name so I could give him props in this review because the service was excellent. I went to tobacco Joes to get my first e cigarette so that I could stop smoking and save money. The clerk turned me on to the kanger evod which has been a fantastic e cig. It has a volt dial that changes the rate of vaporization to my taste, and has not leaked since I followed the advice found here: http://godofsteam.wordpress.com/2013/07/12/how-to-fix-kanger-evod-leakinggurgling-issues/ Tobacco Joe's also has a hundreds of different flavors of liquids, usually $10 or so for the equivalent of a 5 packs of cigarettes or so. I first went to Vaporland when I decided to quit smoking and wanted to find out more about capping as an alternative. I received excellent advice based on my own needs and likes. I continue to shop there though it is "a drive". Yesterday I stopped in to learn more about sub ohm boxes. I had gone from my initial EGo stick to a Provari 3 and wanted to progress to something with a stronger throat hit. The manager waited on me and she was awesome - even exceeding their track record oh great service. She asked a lot of questions before making some recommendations, didn't "upsell", was patient and took all the time to make sure everything was what I had hoped for. Though it is a drive for me now - it will be longer as I'm moving to Poulsbo in a few weeks. I'll do the ferry and drive - Vaporland is worth it! read more

Both times Ray helped me and I just had to come update my review and add another star because his service was so excellent. I'll be honest, in the past it was common for the staff here to be either knowledgeable regarding the products or give good service; never both (except the owner). On a few occasions I left shaking my head a little but overall I was happy because my purchases were great and I wasn't smoking. But both my interactions with Ray were excellent! My son decided that my husband and I needed to switch to E-cigs so he bought me one. I had no clue what I was doing or how to do it. At the time my son was still residing on Fort Lewis-McCord {2 hour drive from my home). So needless to say he wasn't always available for consult and I needed help. The guys at Tobacco Joes were incredible. I don't know how many times they had to show me the same things over and over but they were wonderful about it. They still are cause apparently I am unable to understand the smallest amount of information that even my 3 year old granddaughter could grasp on the first round...Never getting noticeably frustrated and annoyed with my constant lack of brain power, they keep going over it with me. At one point my rechargeable battery decided to retire and no questions asked handed me a brand new one at no charge. Tobacco Joe's is 25 miles from my home and worth drivng to. Seriously awesome service. I went in to talk about electronic cigarettes. I had done my research online but I wanted to see them. Little did I know you can try them in the store(they even have ecig "condoms" to prevent contamination). The man was very friendly and informative. He was puffing away on his own while talking to me. Great prices. I was expecting over priced b.s but everything was reasonable. They have it all from super cheap to really nice ecigs. I was really impressed. I extinguished my last cigarette on February 2nd. I started with a inexpensive Ecig from a gas station and it def helped but, I knew I was ready to upgrade to a better system. I had heard about vaporland and the fact that they had a vape bar where you could actually sample the flavors! My boyfriend and I started our date here last night. It was actually really fun to get to try the different flavors and learn more about eachothers prefereances. I ended up with Monster Melon and Kryptonite. Both exceptionally yummy. The staff was super attentive and very knowledgeable. They explained the different systems to me and helped walk me through all the componets. I ended up with a new iStick system where you can conrol air flow and wattage and I am def a fan! They even use Fivestars reward system and for every 10 points you get a free bottle of vape juice. When I asked the employee behind the counter if she sold replacement stems for e-nano's she just said "what?" and when I told her an e-nano was a type of log vape she just had a puzzled look on her face, and so I clarified further saying that it was like a Volcano vaporizer, not a pen type and she just told me she doesn't sell glass. She had no idea what I was talking about even though these are incredibly popular vaporizer brands. I was also surprised to see no dry-herb vaporizers in the entire store, it was 99% vape pens. You should rename your store to "Vape pen land", it's misleading to all of the people who use loose-leaf vapes and mechanical vapes. read more
