Excellent!!! Absolutely the best!! Now, before you can rate it and judge a place you must first spend time there to really get a feel for the place. Iv been going to SkyVapor ever since the grand opening last October and iv never purchased anything from any other vapor store because you just dont get the same deals. Most other vapor stores want you in and out but not at SkyVapor, i will sit and vape for the 1,2,5,9 hours if i want just sitting at their flavor testing bad which is another unique twist to it. I feel so welcome and humbled to be there they make me incolved.Also iv never had as good and kind customer service at any other vapor store then here, their genuinely nice and very lenient about their return policy because they how it is to have an accident or to not have some thing work as properly, heck i saw them give an elderly man a FREE charger that he wanted to purchase for his itaste just cuz he was a nice respectful and a loyal customer to SkyVapor. Also return a mod that was one day last the return policy but they took it anyways so the customer would be able to vape that day. Iv never seen any better deals then here, seriously this place is the shit hand down i wouldn't want to go anywhere else this place is close convenient and confterble and relaxing to hangout in whenever! This place is awesome! It was kind of hard to spot driving down Evergreen Way, but now that we know where, we won't miss it ever again. I had the pleasure of meeting Chance, who sat with me and my fiance at their vapor bar for almost 45 minutes (slow part of the day, we were in no rush) while we tried out most of their probably 1,000+ flavors. He was extremely personable and easy to talk to, we could have chatted forever with him. Once we found the flavors we loved, he mixed them right in front of us to the level of nicotine we need, how strong we need it, etc. It was completely personalized for us and our vape set up. This shop is wonderful! The environment is a good atmosphere when you walk in. There's a variety of juices to choose from with awesome juice bar where you can mix any flavors you like. If you ever wanna come in to just vape and relax there's plenty of chairs to do so. The staff and managers are all very knowledgeable on the product and always has the best interest at heart for what to buy to make the customer happy! They never rip anyone off so ignore people who say so. If you have a problem with your product or anything regarding your purchase, the owners will surely and quickly take care of it. I have been to multiple vapor shops from Everett, Wa all the way down to San Diego, Ca. I used my personal vaporizer to fully quit smoking cigarettes after being a heavy smoker for 20+ years. I have been cigarette free for 203 days. In my experience, I have seen muliple varieties of so called vapor shops and so far the only places I've seen "get it right" has been at the shops down in SoCal. I went in yesterday and experienced a+++ service from Barry! I've walked into other vape shops in the past and it feels kind of seedy and awkward and the staff just seems to ignore me. This is not the case at all at Sky vapor. I will never go anywhere else again for my vaping needs. My tank had been leaking and rather than suggest I buy new tank Barry fixed it for me without even asking. They also routinely clean my e-cig and inform me about my equipment. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and they worked hard to match all my wants. I went to the Grand opening for the store on Friday and its such a beautiful store and has so many flavors to choose from and coming soon will be a mixing bar that you can make your own flavors..... They are very educated about their products and can answer any questions for you! I am currently switching from smoking to using a vaporizer and will definitely be buying it from their store. Absolute best shop that I've been to. I've been to quite a few vapor shops in the Seattle to Everett area, and by far this is the best. I do Mechanicals and they have everything that I could have needed, including authentic Mechs (and clones as well) they carry premium juice brands, Five Pawns, Victory, Ruthless, Space Jam Robofuel, and a few other brands including their own house made juice. Just visited for the first time today after hearing that store had opened and WOW. This is a true lounge style vapor shop, i want to go back to just sit and enjoy the awesome furnishings and decor. NO cigarettes and NO pipes, STRICTLY for the vaper!. Standard prices for gormet juices with many choices of flavor. Very kind staff give a welcoming environment.
