When the owner is around this is an amazing cigar and tobacco shop. His knowledge is welcomed; however, when he's not available the place is still the go to but lacks that subject matter expertise. Prices of loose tobacco has gone up per Oz over the last several months which is not ideal given the tobacco industry has seen a boom on imports without an increase on goods. Found this place on a specific Brand (I was looking at online) website. Realized it was only 15 minutes from my house, so I went today and let me tell you it was one of the best cigar shops I been to in the North End area. As soon as I walked in Nasir was very helpful, showed me around, asked me what I liked, and was familiar with almost every brand. The first time I visited this store the lady running the store was on a phone call the whole time and only reluctantly gives me a recommendation after I asked several times. The last time I went, she does not acknowledge me at all when I walked in, was on a call again, and when I was browsing, yells out at me that it's cash only because the power is out and tells me to close the display case. In Everett for over 15 years! Nasir is the owner and he is extremely helpful and friendly. What caught my attention is when you enter, you are greeted and feel welcomed. Nasir is a wonderful tour guide for those looking for a special cigar to your basic cigarettes. I've visited for cigars and his collection is large. There is a walk-in humidor as well as two cabinets of rare and expensive cigars. His prices at slightly less than other shops. The walk-in humidor is alphabetized as well as graded on a 1-5 scale for flavor, whereas 1 is mild to a full flavored 5. If you are a cigar novice, Nasir is willing to help and answer any questions you have. I thought I knew a bit, but as anything in life, an expert will always enlighten you and Nasir is that person. So happy to find this place and if you're not in Everett, I will impress upon you to come and take a look.
