I'm a work during all this so I'm in a hurry - I go in there to buy a glass piece and explain to the guy that the coil wasn't working and that's how I broke it . He grabs a new coil puts it in my mod and the new one works I pay for what I think is just the glass piece which is fine but I check my account later and notice he charged me for the coil too . I just feel like he should've replaced the broken coil - I kinda used to go in there a lot because they were nice but if I can't even get products replaced when they don't work then I'm going elsewhere
