But I'm over that now, and I'm back to amend my review. Over the last few months, Xhale has completely won me over. My former 3 star opinion is now a solid 5 stars, and here's why: The staff. They are always, ALWAYS friendly. The vibe is laid-back and welcoming. Everyone is very knowledgeable about their inventory. They take time to learn what we (the customer) prefer, which in turn makes their recommendations thoughtful and worth considering. If they are unfamiliar with a particular product (which doesn't happen often), they aren't afraid to admit it, but you can bet the next time you stop in they'll remember your question (even if you don't!) and they'll have the answer you need! The inventory: it's another reason love Xhale. The selection is good, the stock is mostly consistent, and the brands they feature are higher quality than the average vape shop fare. Prices are somewhat above average, but for me this is acceptable and balanced out by their business hours. Sure, you might find the same product for less at another shop, but not after 9pm you won't!
