All the people that work in there are nice and helpful I bought two different vapes from there never had a problem they have a good selection of juice and it's decent priced for this side of town. Normally the staff here are super friendly and helpful. But I recently had a experience with an employee and I assume his girlfriend that was hanging out in the store while he was working... I pulled up to get some juice for my vape but could not even walk into the store because this particular employee was completely making out with this girl in the middle of the store in plain sight during business hours. It was about 7:45pm when I arrived. I waited. And waited. And waited until finally they stopped macking on each other long enough for me to walk in. Was recommended a bad deal that the seller knew about, and got a $5 dollar discount after spending roughly $100 dollars. I was recommended the Vaporesso podstick system despite the fact that Cam knew that the pods were Out of Stock constantly. I came in to get it replaced, they even pulled up my account I setup with them to make sure I wasn't lying and then instead of replacing it they tried sell me another battery for 10% off. My experience has gone from 5 stars to 3...incredibly dissappointing. I think it has a lot to do with management. Why don't they stand behind their products and offer at least an exchange if something doesn't work out? Regardless of that rule, they helped me out this time. My Nautilus tank was getting on my nerves, but it was about a year old, so I thought I'd treat myself to a new one. I showed the salesperson my battery and he gave me a few options. I bought one, went back to my car, put it together and it didn't work. Luckily I was still in the parking lot, so I went back in and asked what was going on. He apologized and said he thought my battery was a different one and switched out the tank. ********* I've been here several times to buy coils and juice when I don't have time to drive to my favorite spot in lynnwood. Sometimes I don't have the money to buy three juices and get one free (not really a deal at all), but that doesn't stop them from persistently offering. Sometimes I don't want to try every new juice, I just want to get in and get out. I guess that's the problem with hiring fresh, out of highschool kids...they don't know just how different every customer needs to be treated. read more

The staff are some of the most hospitable and easygoing gents I've ever done business with. Their selection of electronic cigarettes is vast and most are of top quality but many are also suitable in cost for those on a tight budget. I liked Teresa the owner. She was very helpful with information about electronic cigarettes which I've been hearing a lot about lately. I don't smoke but they have a ton of flavors in a 0mg so you don't have to endure the nicotine to enjoy the fun flavors. I went in for Hooka stuff and left with a bunch of Thunderhead Vapor products. I would not recommend this shop. They do not stand by there products or any advice they give. I went to the shop to purchase a new tank and variable wattage mod. I am fairly new to vaping and asked for advice. They set me up with a great tank and battery. Unfortunately the battery could barely power the tank. Plus, when I looked at the box it looked like I was sold an already opened display unit. They do have a all sales are final sign on the door. But I thought that since I was going to pay more to correct the problem they caused, it would be ok. Well they where nice when they said it was my problem and all sales are final, but they would be happy to sell me the correct one at full price. So I would end up buying a new battery and have another one I can't use. Sounds like a great deal! I will no longer shop at that shop and would highly recommend avoiding it. This is one of our favorite smoke shops, because usually when my partner and I come in we are greeted by one of the staff members, and they are both quick to help and happy to do so. However, today was not the case. The first bad sign for this specific trip was when I called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted, and usually get. The female who answered the phone seemed upbeat at first except when I asked if they had any Fumari shisha. It seemed as though she did not know what I was talking about, even though this brand is very mainstream in this shop. After she figured out what brand I was inquiring about, I then asked how many bags they had and again she sounded unaware and this time troubled to help me by looking to check their stock. I got off the phone feeling slightly irritated but thinking maybe she was just new. We arrived at the store later that day and upon entering we were not greeted by either of the two staff members. The female who had answered the phone was messing with something in a box across the room and didn't even look up or pay any attention to the counter. The male staff member was just sitting on a chair (maybe on a break?) and made eye contact but again, didn't acknowledge us or let her know customers were waiting. We stood at the shisha section and waited between 1 to 2 minutes before the female came to help us. After taking her time to walk over to us, and asking what she could get for us while staring at the floor, she didn't apologize for the wait and seemed irritated that she had to help us. The way she was dressed was also unprofessional and showed a lot of skin. We enjoy the laid back casual environment we usually experience, but both her unprofessional attire and attitude put us off. As we were ringing up she also neglected to ask me for my phone number to see if I was on file, but at that point I was uninterested in bothering with it because we felt not welcome there. This just might be our last visit which is unfortunate since they have the largest selection of Fumari we have seen. read more
