As I write this I am reminded of how great the service always is. Issue is either manager or owner give a nonchalant rats butt about his business. No product, hasn't been a selection of product for over 3 months now. Come in and same poor employee is here with nothing to sell or fill the product. Wish this place was back to its original composure friendly and outgoing not somber and pitiful. read more

Cigar USA - Head Shops Near Me - Kirkland, Washington

If i was able to give you zero, i would do it! Because of defective non-working product you sell. I bought a vape here once and NEVER will come back. You're selling product, that is not working properly (mine was working 1 hour!!!). And when people came back and asking for replacement or refund, you just talking to them like a super non-customer-oriented guys. You will never have a good reputation with such attitude. read more

I go in every couple weeks I have never had an issue. If they don't have what I want they order it and I get it the next week. All the people that work in there are nice and helpful I bought two different vapes from there never had a problem they have a good selection of juice and it's decent priced for this side of town. I've had better service at this location than anywhere else in Kirkland end of story. read more

Nice little shop . Go there for kratom. Easy to find and chill place . Lots of good deals .

Normally the staff here are super friendly and helpful. But I recently had a experience with an employee and I assume his girlfriend that was hanging out in the store while he was working... I pulled up to get some juice for my vape but could not even walk into the store because this particular employee was completely making out with this girl in the middle of the store in plain sight during business hours. It was about 7:45pm when I arrived. I waited. And waited. And waited until finally they stopped macking on each other long enough for me to walk in. Once I grabbed my juice and left quickly they instantly began to make out before I could even get back into my car. So unprofessional and disgusting. Not what I wanna see. read more

Bunch of young kids smoking week with thier buddies in the back room. I stood waiting forever calling to workers and nobody came for at least 5-8 minutes. If I was a crook, I could have loaded up the entire shop into my vehicle and drove off without anyone ever noticing. I can only imagine the stoned manager coming out "Bro, we must have done a ton of sales today, we are all out of product" read more

Amazing staff, great atmosphere and incredible prices. If you are looking for Kratom, this store has the best quality Kratom in the Greater Seattle area. read more

Super friendly knowledgeable staff with a huge number of products they sell from e-cigarettes Vapes to kratom all the employees never steered me wrong with their recommendation. They also have a loyalty program where if you spend so much money over time you get a discount after you hit a certain amount of purchases which is always nice. Would definitely recommend checking them out their prices are super competitive compared to other smoke shops read more

Not a cigar shop as advertised online. Cigars USA and they don't sell cigars. Should at least change the name online to not waste people's time. read more

No longer a smoke shop. It is vape only. So if you want anything else do waste your time. They need to change their damn info.

Copied from my google review I came here fiending, hoping to quit cigarettes, and knowing nothing about vapes. Was recommended a bad deal that the seller knew about, and got a $5 dollar discount after spending roughly $100 dollars. I was recommended the Vaporesso podstick system despite the fact that Cam knew that the pods were Out of Stock constantly. If he had done his research he would know that people have been having a hard time finding them for at least 7 months. https://www.reddit.com/r/electronic_cigarette/comments/i1dz3c/vaporesso_podstick_pod_supply_line_issue/ I came back to buy some pods, learned they were hard to find, bought a Puff Bar that tastes like toothpaste. Could have bought 2 packs of cigarettes. Now I have a useless podstick and e-juice that I can't use in addition to the aforementioned toothpaste stick. I Came back hoping to be made whole, explained my situation, and was told I couldn't get more than $5 dollars off on a new pod system. Now I've got a $30 piece of trash and a hole in my wallet. read more

Been coming to this little gem for a few years. Ever since the new guys took over, I've found myself coming so often. Often times I'll go into these shops and feel like I'm being forced to buy for coming in, however, the down to earth feel takes the anxiety away from your shopping experience. It's more than the outstanding selection of product, but the awesome service and knowledge provided every time you come in. Head over to CigarUSA and look for Josh K. if you're trying to get taken care of. From e juice to CBDs and glassware, this place is a pit stop for all your needs. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. They sold me a defective torch and admired it and refused to return it. They turned it on until it heated up and handed it back to me and burned me. When I told them it burned me they told me to get out of the store or they would call police. I called police and will be filing assault charges. read more

My experience has gone from 5 stars to 3...incredibly dissappointing. I think it has a lot to do with management. Why don't they stand behind their products and offer at least an exchange if something doesn't work out? Regardless of that rule, they helped me out this time. My Nautilus tank was getting on my nerves, but it was about a year old, so I thought I'd treat myself to a new one. I showed the salesperson my battery and he gave me a few options. I bought one, went back to my car, put it together and it didn't work. Luckily I was still in the parking lot, so I went back in and asked what was going on. He apologized and said he thought my battery was a different one and switched out the tank. ********* I've been here several times to buy coils and juice when I don't have time to drive to my favorite spot in lynnwood. Sometimes I don't have the money to buy three juices and get one free (not really a deal at all), but that doesn't stop them from persistently offering. Sometimes I don't want to try every new juice, I just want to get in and get out. I guess that's the problem with hiring fresh, out of highschool kids...they don't know just how different every customer needs to be treated. read more

Avoid this place! I recently purchased a $40 battery here, a day later it was non-functional. I came in to get it replaced, they even pulled up my account I setup with them to make sure I wasn't lying and then instead of replacing it they tried sell me another battery for 10% off. This pisses me off to no end, they knew my pen was still under warranty and instead of trying to help me they tried ripping me off. I thought I would give this local shop my business, knowing I would be paying a markup, but I chose to use them anyway because I wanted their guidance. Unfortunately, instead of providing me guidance they just chose to try to make a quick buck. BUYER BEWARE!! read more

This shop is the best hands down to smoke and Vape shop that I have ever visited, the employees are more than willing to help you out and make sure that you are happy with the best product that they have on hand. They are always available and ready to help every customer. And they treat every customer as a very valuable customer. I love the shop read more

Honestly just for the vibes. They just seem like they are trying to get you tf out of the store. Everyone just seems so dead inside. I don't even live around here. This is my 3rd time giving y'all a try but I just can't get with the unfriendly attitude read more

Best service I've had a long time, incredible Kratom selection and inventory in general. Also love the music and general vibes.

Best prices in town. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back here every time

They were really sweet to me, great attitude and customer service and Yuriy is the best!

Again, just giving a quick shout out to what I call my vape fam.. Most of the new additions all know my name and I have yet to memorize all of theirs.. They've been so great, even asking after my 13 year old pit bull they actually helped stock Canine CBD for (I'll be in soon ).. I seriously cannot express how nice it is to have a pit stop where the staff knows exactly what your looking for or aren't afraid to ask to find out. Always eager to help or make a suggestion if out of stock on something.. Happy I made the switch from cigarettes so long ago to find such a welcome and well informed community!! Bravo guys.. read more

Awesome Shop, I've been coming here for years. They have a huge selection of Kratom and great deals. The guys that work there are super chill and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place for Kratom. read more

I've been going to Cigar USA for about 3 years now and it's been consistently excellent in both customer service and inventory alike. The staff are some of the most hospitable and easygoing gents I've ever done business with. The shop is like the Baskin Robins of e-cigarette juice with a massive array of brands, flavors, and price points to fit ones tastes. Their selection of electronic cigarettes is vast and most are of top quality but many are also suitable in cost for those on a tight budget. Cigar USA also has the largest and most impressive selection of kratom I have ever seen, with the ability to purchase large quantities in powder form (instead of the usual capsules) for admirably fair costs. For example, if you pay $50 you receive 100 grams! For those thinking of stopping by the shop, I recommend working with Austin who's a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional employee. read more

I found my self on the Eastside which is not my usual haunt and went into Cigar USA to see if they had a few things I needed. I was surprised by their wide variety and huge selection. I liked Teresa the owner. She was very helpful with information about electronic cigarettes which I've been hearing a lot about lately. I don't smoke but they have a ton of flavors in a 0mg so you don't have to endure the nicotine to enjoy the fun flavors. I went in for Hooka stuff and left with a bunch of Thunderhead Vapor products. I would recommend visiting them if you are on the Eastside and if you are in West Seattle, they have a sister store, West Seattle Smoke Company. read more

DO NOT go here! Smoke N Cigar down the street is way better. This place doesn't stand behind their products and are WAY overpriced. They do NOT run a legitimate business. Smoke N Cigar down the street is SO MUCH cheaper. They have the same exact ash catcher that Smoke N Cigar carries. This place it is 69.99 when Smoke N Cigar its 29.99. I am not related to anyone at Smoke N Cigar or friends with them. I just compared the two places and this place is literally the biggest rip off and the staff is snarky and rude. Please don't waste your time here. Awful service and products. read more

I'm no longer a smoker: I gave it up a few months ago, and switched over to an electronic cigarette/vaporizer. But I still shop here: they gave by FAR the largest selection of e-cigs for every price range, and easily hundreds of different flavors, in a wide variety of strengths. This is a great shop: if you haven't checked it out, you should! read more

New owners!? Thank goodness. Night and day difference. Way better selection. Lots of ecig stuff, no more ordering online.

I love this place! I have been there a few times and have been helped by a few different employees and everyone is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They make you feel like an old friend or long time customer everytime. They have great prices and a huge selection as well. I promise, you'll be glad you went! read more

Not trustworthy. There is product missing from an item I purchased here, and the package was deliberately taped over to hide the fact that they removed it. That alone is enough to lose me as a customer, not to mention the fact that no matter what I'm buying one of the clerks there always tries to hard sell me on something I don't want. Won't be coming back. read more

I would not recommend this shop. They do not stand by there products or any advice they give. I went to the shop to purchase a new tank and variable wattage mod. I am fairly new to vaping and asked for advice. They set me up with a great tank and battery. Unfortunately the battery could barely power the tank. Plus, when I looked at the box it looked like I was sold an already opened display unit. They do have a all sales are final sign on the door. But I thought that since I was going to pay more to correct the problem they caused, it would be ok. Well they where nice when they said it was my problem and all sales are final, but they would be happy to sell me the correct one at full price. So I would end up buying a new battery and have another one I can't use. Sounds like a great deal! I will no longer shop at that shop and would highly recommend avoiding it. You could buy something, find out it is dead the first time you turn it on, and they will say it is your problem. read more

Great selection, great prices, very friendly staff! I'll always come here for my vape juice, glass, and bulk kratom. I heard that they are going to make a drink bar as well! read more

Used to be my go to spot. Staff used to be friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable. Last 3 times I've been in the staff has been lazy, bored and generally unhelpful. I did not like one of the juices suggested to me and bought a more popular brand and the person who helped me made a snide remark about my choice. No longer my go to spot. read more

They don't stand behind their products, New battery lasted a week and when I tried to get a replacement it was a no, shop anywhere else.

Went to buy coils for my nautilus aspire vape cig and they gave me the wrong ones. Tried to use one and it didn't fit. Went back to trade for the right ones and they gave me the no exchange excuse even though they are the professionals and I didn't have a clue what I was buying. I asked for the right ones expecting to get them. Anyways. I guess I'm out $20. read more

This is one of our favorite smoke shops, because usually when my partner and I come in we are greeted by one of the staff members, and they are both quick to help and happy to do so. However, today was not the case. The first bad sign for this specific trip was when I called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted, and usually get. The female who answered the phone seemed upbeat at first except when I asked if they had any Fumari shisha. It seemed as though she did not know what I was talking about, even though this brand is very mainstream in this shop. After she figured out what brand I was inquiring about, I then asked how many bags they had and again she sounded unaware and this time troubled to help me by looking to check their stock. I got off the phone feeling slightly irritated but thinking maybe she was just new. We arrived at the store later that day and upon entering we were not greeted by either of the two staff members. The female who had answered the phone was messing with something in a box across the room and didn't even look up or pay any attention to the counter. The male staff member was just sitting on a chair (maybe on a break?) and made eye contact but again, didn't acknowledge us or let her know customers were waiting. We stood at the shisha section and waited between 1 to 2 minutes before the female came to help us. After taking her time to walk over to us, and asking what she could get for us while staring at the floor, she didn't apologize for the wait and seemed irritated that she had to help us. The way she was dressed was also unprofessional and showed a lot of skin. We enjoy the laid back casual environment we usually experience, but both her unprofessional attire and attitude put us off. As we were ringing up she also neglected to ask me for my phone number to see if I was on file, but at that point I was uninterested in bothering with it because we felt not welcome there. This just might be our last visit which is unfortunate since they have the largest selection of Fumari we have seen. read more
