The first one I thought okay it's probably a one time thing and didn't even go back to address the faulty product, but the second one I went there and told him it was faulty and he said everything is final and I couldn't exchange. The problem is that after about 20 puffs all I can taste is the battery no flavor. So I essentially wasted $76 within a week, which is disappointing and never going back again!

They charge $45 And force you to keep it. A simple look at the pictures on the box is all it requires. Treating your customers like they're criminals is wrong, especially after charging 10% over MSRP. This place is simply ripping people off. It is a convenient location, but this place is worth avoiding. Don't support businesses like this. Smoke shops business model is sketchy to begin with. Nobody asked me if I needed help. I wasn't greeted when entering the store, the other locations are always way busier and always say hello and go the next step to ask if I need help or they can point me in a direction .
