Never shop here. This place has an absolute no returns policy, regardless if it's defective, or…read moreunused because they gave you the wrong product Just hours ago. The management stands by their ridiculous policy and wouldn't even allow exchanges. in fact, they seem rather proud of it. people think this place is fine until they have problems with the product. The nazi like attitude from the young lady, who claimed to be the manager was very refreshing. She accused me of using it, pointing to its new, pristine condition. She said there were stains on the atomizer, which were not visible. Then she pointed to the additional stains on the box, which were also not visible. Then, she said she had sold this numerous times to puffco peak owners without issue, further supporting her theory that I was trying to pull a fast one. I pointed out: The atomizer for the puffco peak pro does not fit the regular peak, and thus could not have been used. The threads are different size. The owner sold me the wrong part, which admittedly says "peak", not "peak pro". Honest mistake, right? Response: Wrong. all sales are final. no exchanges for scammers like me. MSRP is $40. They charge $45 And force you to keep it. A simple look at the pictures on the box is all it requires. Treating your customers like they're criminals is wrong, especially after charging 10% over MSRP. This place is simply ripping people off. It is a convenient location, but this place is worth avoiding. Don't support businesses like this. Smoke shops business model is sketchy to begin with. Add the price gouging to the formula and you have next level shadiness. This chick with a scar on her lip, who claims to be the manager, is straight up delusional. it's a simple exchange. She threatened to call the cops. Yeah, I realize your policy is terrible. But, do you have to be a terrible person too? Do you have to be that way? There's no way to exchange something that was given to me in error? In what way could I come up on your stupid business, and why do you care so personally about it? Next level customer service. Never again. F this place.

This shop is HEAD AND SHOULDERS above every other vape shop in Seattle. I had such a fantastic…read moreexperience here that I am writing this out of enthusiasm. I genuinely want other vapers to know about this hidden gem on Lake City Way. In sum: It is WAY cheaper than any shop I have been to, has HEALTHY juice options (medical grade, 99% VG), and has WAY, WAY, WAY more options (that you get to customize!) than any store I have visited. First off - the owner (Michael) calls it a Vapory for a reason - it's like a brewery for Vape juices. He uses 99% pure medical vegetable juice, which contains NO diacetyl (this is the stuff that causes "popcorn lung" - another fun fact I learned during my extremely educational first visit to this shop). The Nicotine is concentrated to various degrees - AND YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR OWN CONCENTRATION. I usually cut 3's and 6's of name-brand juice to create a custom flavor. I told Michael that, so he suggested I try a 4mg and 5mg concentrate so I can see exactly what fits my threshold. After you pick your concentration, you can choose from one of the many (probably about 100) hand-crafted flavors. No name brand stuff - Michael blends concentrates and employs taste psychology to create the most realistic smells possible. His Root Beer Float flavor smelled EXACTLY like a root beer float. He even told me how he blended small portions of a corn flake flavor (for the "breadlike" small) with apple and cinnamon to make an apple pie, explaining how the brain will equate the totality of scents with the preconditioned, authentic smell of apple pie. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I left Beyond the Cloud giddy, knowing that I will save much more money, smoke much healthier juice, and have thousands more juice flavor options in the future - because I will exclusively be coming here as long as I live in Seattle.
