I left feeling disappointed.. I've been going to the vape-o-ramas for the last year and a half and always enjoyed the experience. I recently bought a pengiun vaporizer on June 24th and noticed it stopped working a couple days ago (July 10th). I went in on the manufacturers direction to get an exchange. The supervisor informed me that there was only a 2 week warranty and the best he could do was a 25% discount on a new vaporizer or juice. After much discussion and a call to the manager/owner he agreed to replace with the demo unit... I told them I appreciated them doing the right thing and that I would buy some juice since I was there. The supervisor shrugged off the nice gesture and implied that I was defrauding the company and taking advantage of the company after years of being a loyal customer. In the end they did the right thing but that supervisor will be the reason you do not see me again. *** Manager/Owner *** I understand doing your due diligence on exchanges/returns but your supervisor needs some retraining on customer service. read more

I tried to like this shop- I really did. Juices are an addiction. I can't stop buying them! On the way home from work I stopped in and wanted to get some new flavors. I use a dripper and it's hard to distinguish taste in those cheapie pen type mods they prefill for you to try. Once I snagged a sales rep, he didn't seem interested in helping me when I was inquiring about 3mg juices. After failing to either have in stock or the mg I requested on a couple juices he just shut down and flat out quit letting me sample stuff on my mod. I was a fan of Two Peas Juice prior to coming to this location. It's one of the brands I look for when shopping for juice. I happened to be in Renton one day and decided to stop by. The shop was easy to find. It's located in a small strip mall and parking was a breeze. I've been to a lot of smoke shops that sell juice but this was the first time I had been in a store where juice is their business. Juice everywhere! Not only do they have tons of different flavors, but they also allow you to sample all of them. Along one side of the wall, they have the flavors labeled and set up. You use a protective plastic tip and sample away. I am a bit concerned - I don't know if those tips are sterile or not. The sample experience was a little challenging because all of the batteries they had out were stripped. What that means is when you connect the tank that holds the liquid to the battery, you don't get a good seal. If you don't get a good seal, you get very little (if any smoke). Luckily, I brought my own vaporizer. The best flavor I tried that day was Purple People Eater which reminds me of grape soda. Yay! I thought perhaps the prices would be cheaper but they're pretty much what I find in North Seattle. That's disappointing since it means I won't be making any special trips to Renton. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They are also knowledgeable about the products in their shop, which is great! read more

Just recently introduced to vaping, and I had to drop by when I saw signs announcing "new!" and "e-liquid". I don't exactly know when it opened but I went there yesterday. The place was clean and well kept, and the two shopkeepers were knowledgeable and accommodating. They had lots of e-juice, and dozens of vaporizers. Everything you need to vape. They had around 6-7 trays with 40-50 flavors/cartomizers each. They gave me a disposable silicone cap that I could put over the carto that I wanted to try. Although I couldn't find the flavor I was looking for, I'd definitely be back for some flavors they tuned me to. read more

I go here for my vape needs, service is great and they have a great selection of batteries and tanks for every price range. I dont buy juice from this store because they don't have the brand I use (Mt. Baker Vapor) which seems crazy since it's a Washington brand and is the best and most affordable. The service here is great. They doesn't push anything on you don't need and have a lot of knowledge about the products they sell. They are very honest and down to earth and as long as you tell them your preferences they can easily tell you what's best for you. I would have given more stars but because of the location and lack of good vape juice I had to keep it at only 3. I received a dry herb vaporizer as a gift. In looking at the directions it specifically stated that I needed something called "Waxy Oil" for use with my dry herbs in the heating chamber of my vaporizer. I went to the merchant on the 28th of December to purchase waxy oil to use with my new vaporizer. I explained to the sales person that I was looking for waxy oil to smoke dried herbs with my vaporizer. I emphasized what I needed and how I planned to use it, to assure that I was getting the right item. I showed him the vaporizer and he recommended a bottle of what turned out to be nicotine for liquid vaporizing; not for smoking dried herbs. He assured me it would work and do what I required. I did attempt (as suggested) and it damaged my vaporizer and did work as waxy oil should have when I followed the directions for use. It simply ruined my herbs and created a sticky mess in the vaporizer chamber, that I could hear click and pop, but not smoke. I returned to the store with the bottle on January 9th and they had recommendations about what I could do with the vaporizer to (hopefully) undo the damage caused, but he would need me to speak to a manager about any refunds of compensation for the money I was out. The manager called me on January 12th. I explained to her my experience. She did apologize and said if I came in, she would "take care of it." I came in the next day (on the 13th) with the bottle as agreed. She said they were unable to do any refunds and recommended I try selling it. As I am not licensed to sell nicotine products in the state of Washington; this recommendation would mean breaking the law. All I received from the merchant was their sincerest apologies, but no refund. So I am in the process of disputing the charge now. I hope my credit card company has a better sense of fairness. read more

Pretty neat place, dont let the size fool you, the selection packs a hard punch. Well spread out selection. Ego, mech mods, VV/VW etc they have all stages of stuff. They have a wall of juice which i wish i could of stayed and tryed completely. I went with my friend who wanted to re up/ try some new juice and cop some nautilus(amazing tank made by aspire) coils. Ive tried the Honey dew, pink lemonade, and marlboro style e juice and they all rock. Their nautilus coils were mid range price, i believe 4$ a pop? Not bad. The atmosphere was cool and the mech mod supply was nice. All in all, a nice clean well balances vaporium. Will return soon. read more

I'm new to the experience that is "vaping" (after quitting actual tobacco products), and this is one of the few (well, two, apparently) e-juice shops in Renton. While I have nothing to compare it to, the shop was exceedingly clean. The employee who checked me out and answered my questions was very helpful (I didn't get his name, unfortunately, but he did like my Peanuts tattoos. Ha!). And they have Two Peas juice -- a locally-produced variety. I'll definitely go back in the future, as their selection of e-juice is huge, not to mention they also carry starter kits and accessories. Out of the options in Renton, I feel that this is by far the best. Their selection of juice is very good, and the staff is friendly and attentive and definitely know their stuff. It's clear that they are all vapers and hobiests as it should be. Hopefully you don't mind the smell of vapor either, because the staff does vape inside the shop, I feel this is a plus because it kind of lets you know what vaping is about if you're a prospective person. Burien location only. Buyer beware! This store sells counterfeit product and claims it's the real deal. We bought a Ploom Pax from them. Salesman sold it to us as a genuine Pax even pushing the fact that it came with a 10 year warranty. Then when we had a problem with it, we called Ploom and discovered it was a clone and there was no warranty on it. The store has refused to take it back and issue a refund. This store is great! They sell vape products only as opposed to the many shops in Renton that sell vape and tobacco products. Store is clean, HUGE selection nicely displayed, employees are friendly and very helpful. Customers can sample as much as they want. I just started vaping and employees were great about answering my questions and helping me make selections. There were some experienced vapers in the store when I was in and they all left happy so they have products for everyone. I know serious vapers sometimes display their juices in antique cabinets. If that's you...these guys have a huge selection of juices in beautiful bottles. Very professional feeling as opposed to some other shops that seem to have a group of creepy people hanging around. I thought prices were very reasonable. Easy access with plenty of parking. Employees were very patient in answering my questions with absolutely no pressure to buy. Great experience.
