I have been going to Galaxy Vape for 6 p 8 years now. Over the years it s had its ups and downs. But now I'm seeing a pretty major transformation that will benefit us vapers and people that use the other merch that Galaxy Vape is currently selling. The current staff are very knowledgeable, respectful and want to make sure you get what you came in for. The store just acquired "Rocky" she is very knowledgeable and can get what you are in need of rather your new at vaping or old school that you may want to try something different but not sure what to get. Seriously the store is looking sick as well as a calm welcoming. 'SPEED DEMON" read more

Galaxy Vapor - NOT FROM HERE RUDE STAFF from smoke plus nearby - Vape Shops Near Me - Renton, Washington

Staff is rude as hell. They sell shit products that don't work. Spent $75 for some expired juice, pods, and for a battery that doesn't even work. Tried to return a faulty battery within DAYS of purchasing with the receipt and the lady working said "unfortunately that would be something I would have to take up with the owner" Go to K Smoke in Kent. Not this place. read more

Selling fake FLUM Pebble - my husband bought a FLUM Pebble at this vape shop. We put the verification code in on the FLUM website and well, you can see for yourself, it's not an authentic FLUM. He went back to try and get a refund and the woman helping said it couldn't be returned or exchanged. Save yourself the hassle and do not get your FLUM here. Based on past reviews, this isn't the first time it has happened. read more

Excellent service with a smile! I was in town on business and ran out of ejuice. In a frantic hurry I stopped at the closest vape shop with low expectations. Not only was it a great experience but they had the juice I've been using that I purchased in the Midwest. 10/10 service and great selection read more

Love this place! The ladies here are always so helpful and kind and they have a great selection of flavors and brands.

first time here shopping, bought the flum float stawberry mango flavor disposable and noticed they're different in vape quality. The hits seems very similar to those in juul / blu like a very dry hit experience. I checked the back serial number to verify since the smoke shop attendent offered a promo buy 2 get 1 free (bought 2 strawberry mangos and one lush ice) and noticed both the strawberry mango serial number packaging were exactly the same. read more

I had an amazing experience today I had a great convo with the worker who ever she was but super nice and super helpful I rlly enjoyed my visit read more

Since I moved to the area, I came to check this joint out for vape needs. It's a small place with pretty much everything you'd need. Wide selections of vape kits whether you're a beginner or not. You can also sample out their vape juices to determine what is right for you. The rewards system is great too. Just have to punch in your phone number. The staff is awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I come back for all of my vape needs. read more

i love all the staff (westley, jason & ruben). and, i am very happy with all the services at this store. also, had the wonderful opportunity of meeting the owner. read more

We've been here a few times. The staff is pretty friendly, and knowledgable. I will say the decor is a bit drab, and stale. But they have everything I need when I need it. So not a lot to complain about, especially for a newer shop in Renton, as compared to a seasoned shop in a better location. read more

Slow service. You're in line and the clerk is having a long chat with the person in front of you. Finally it's your turn. Not so helpful. "I'm sorry we don't have that." Shoulder shrugging. No questions or suggestions. Don't bother shopping here, they don't care. read more

Drive in 17 miles just to figure they open at noon. No bueno. Update your working hours. Google maps and yelp says the same.

i bought a box of coils, after being a customer for a year or so, and after i got home and opened them, there was only 1 coil in a package of 5! when i took them back, i was treated extremely rudely by the employee. i went back when the manager was there (who sold them to me) and she refused to reimburse me with the missing coils! i have seen boyfriends and/or friends hanging around in the shop, so when i suggested someone had been taking coils out of the packages, she said that she didn't believe it! don't ever go to that store, they have zero value for their customers and go so far as implying that i had something to do with the missing coils! i was totally ripped off of over $22 with no care in the world! do not buy anything from galaxy vapor...they are a very dishonest business that doesn't care about their customers!! i warn you, don't do business with them!! read more

Bought a flum vape and checked the serial number on the back came back with nothing for a "flum" user I'm very familiar with this product I took a hit and it totally tasted fake went in and told the lady and she had nothing too say but they have had complaints before with this product they say all sales are final which is total bs if they sale fake product definitely would never use this place again I recommend everyone else not using as well! read more

I've gone to Galaxy Vapor for two years. Before I ended my business there, I noticed patterns of disrespect as a customer and friends of employees at the store "hanging around" despite not working there. The constant vape and consistent arrogance of the workers caused me to cease business here. The final straw I had with this establishment was when I walked into the store, and nobody was at the counter. I waited there for approximately 5-10 minutes and still did not receive service. I'm an all around guy that loves the youth, but I need to get my vape on. I will never recommend or go back to Galaxy Vapor. read more

Very limited selection. The guy there is rude and arrogant. Don't buy unless you don't care if it doesn't work. They don't care.

Staffs very nice and very knowledgeable. Taught me how to make my own coil and such. Only problem I have here is their juice content. They are usually out of the good ones like Monica's eyes by uncle junk. Either they restock once a month or peeps are hogging the good flavors! read more

I love this place. Renee, Nicole and Eli are wonderful. I have gone to other vape places in the area and always go back to them. They have a great selection and never b.s you by trying to sell you stuff you don't need. read more

Outstanding customer service! They didn't have what I was looking for (quite specific) but were happy to refer me to another store. Chill vibe made me want to hang a bit longer but I had more things to get done before dinner. read more

I was new to vaping and had no idea about how it all works. Internet research just made me realize that there are way too many options. The owner spent the time to give me the lowdown on the equipment and trends and gave me valuable no bull recommendations that, as I later discovered, were truly valuable. There was a nice selection of hardware and the prices are right. I also made this my emergency stop for juice and coils for times when I don't want to wait for Internet delivery. There is also a vape bar where you can sample any of the flavors they have for sale at no cost. I am particular about my juice flavors and buying blindly based on description is not the way I like to go. The sampling is a nice feature. I guess that if one is a super advanced vape enthusiast that builds coils and mods, they might find the choices to be limited though all the basic necessities are available. read more

Went into store to buy coils. Their IT guy takes my Smok Alien and changes the coil. Now it says 'OHMS TOO LOW' when fired. Store refuses to replace it after their 'Supposed' IT guy broke it. I'd give a 0 if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This was actually my fav place to shop up until this incident. Absolutely poor business practice. What kind of company let's their IT get behind the counter and act like he's an employee? read more

I broke my Delta II on vacation. When we got home my wife went here to get a new one. When she got there they had been closed for an hour and a half, but the guy working saw her and let her in to buy a new one. Talk about going above and beyond read more

Was curious about vaping for months. I love the smell. I didn't want a juice with nicotine (I used to smoke) and I had questions. I wandered in and the woman behind the desk answered my questions and showed me everything. Very nice. I got my vaporizer and juice. She didn't try to sell me the really expensive vapes and I got a reasonably priced vape. It's great. Basically I like the Tate and smell. So my vaping is like pipe smoking. I don't inhale. I'm a vape guy now. Lolol. can't wait to try other juices. read more

Having recently switched from cigarettes to vaping, you could say I'm a novice when it comes to devices and coils and juices. After using a cheap vaporizer I got from a smoke shop and using low quality vapor liquid from the gas station, I decided if I was going to continue the much healthier alternative to smoking, it would be wise to invest a little. Thankfully a co-worker of mine knew where to go, Galaxy Vapor. I went in there not knowing what to expect and boy was I impressed. I had no idea there were so many different flavors available. Brett helped me find the perfect flavors and educated me on the different nicotine levels. He also upgraded my device. All for a really great price. I was impressed and very pleased. All in all, a well organized, great priced store with a massive selection of flavors. Included in my purchase, a free education on vaping. Thanks, Brett. read more

After visiting several smoke shops filled with idiot clerks with no knowledge, a relative recommended the Vape Station. And a great recommendation it was. Luke was polite, patient and most of all ; extremely knowledgeable about the products and fits. He listened to my expectations and took the time to figure out the RIGHT solution. Thanks again Luke. read more
