Since I moved to the area, I came to check this joint out for vape needs. It's a small place with pretty much everything you'd need. Wide selections of vape kits whether you're a beginner or not. You can also sample out their vape juices to determine what is right for you. The rewards system is great too. Just have to punch in your phone number. The staff is awesome! i bought a box of coils, after being a customer for a year or so, and after i got home and opened them, there was only 1 coil in a package of 5! when i took them back, i was treated extremely rudely by the employee. i went back when the manager was there (who sold them to me) and she refused to reimburse me with the missing coils! i have seen boyfriends and/or friends hanging around in the shop, so when i suggested someone had been taking coils out of the packages, she said that she didn't believe it! don't ever go to that store, they have zero value for their customers and go so far as implying that i had something to do with the missing coils! i was totally ripped off of over $22 with no care in the world! do not buy anything from galaxy vapor...they are a very dishonest business that doesn't care about their customers!! i warn you, don't do business with them!! read more

Bought a flum vape and checked the serial number on the back came back with nothing for a "flum" user I'm very familiar with this product I took a hit and it totally tasted fake went in and told the lady and she had nothing too say but they have had complaints before with this product they say all sales are final which is total bs if they sale fake product definitely would never use this place again I recommend everyone else not using as well! read more

I've gone to Galaxy Vapor for two years. Before I ended my business there, I noticed patterns of disrespect as a customer and friends of employees at the store "hanging around" despite not working there. The constant vape and consistent arrogance of the workers caused me to cease business here. The final straw I had with this establishment was when I walked into the store, and nobody was at the counter. I waited there for approximately 5-10 minutes and still did not receive service. I'm an all around guy that loves the youth, but I need to get my vape on. I will never recommend or go back to Galaxy Vapor. read more

Went into store to buy coils. Their IT guy takes my Smok Alien and changes the coil. Now it says 'OHMS TOO LOW' when fired. Store refuses to replace it after their 'Supposed' IT guy broke it. I'd give a 0 if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This was actually my fav place to shop up until this incident. Absolutely poor business practice. I was new to vaping and had no idea about how it all works. Internet research just made me realize that there are way too many options. The owner spent the time to give me the lowdown on the equipment and trends and gave me valuable no bull recommendations that, as I later discovered, were truly valuable. There was a nice selection of hardware and the prices are right. I also made this my emergency stop for juice and coils for times when I don't want to wait for Internet delivery. There is also a vape bar where you can sample any of the flavors they have for sale at no cost. I am particular about my juice flavors and buying blindly based on description is not the way I like to go. The sampling is a nice feature. I guess that if one is a super advanced vape enthusiast that builds coils and mods, they might find the choices to be limited though all the basic necessities are available. read more

Was curious about vaping for months. I love the smell. I didn't want a juice with nicotine (I used to smoke) and I had questions. I wandered in and the woman behind the desk answered my questions and showed me everything. Very nice. I got my vaporizer and juice. She didn't try to sell me the really expensive vapes and I got a reasonably priced vape. It's great. Basically I like the Tate and smell. So my vaping is like pipe smoking. I don't inhale.
