On Thursday 5.24.21 I purchased multiple disposable vapes on Thursday including a Rare Mega 5000 puff Hawaiian Freeze unit for about $30 from Tom. He was quite helpful and kind. I tested in store as they ask and all units worked appropriately. I didn't start using the RARE unit until Monday 6.28.21 and I don't use vapes during the work hours (9-6) so I've only really used it for a few hours. This evening I went to use the unit and after approximately 10 minutes, it failed to work. I called the store to advise them of the issue. I reached Tom again who was very nice and said that he would need to call the manager to discuss. I advised I would come into the store as I was in the neighborhood. When I went into the store Tom advised me that the manager, Stephanie, said that there was "nothing they could do". I very much understand protocol and rules. I also think that reason and logic has to come into play when dealing in that type of industry. They know when I bought the device. They know that I've been a frequent customer recently. They know that sometimes devices are faulty and this was an expensive device. I am guessing they know that I've also never complained about a purchase. They could have done better and should have. Customer service is an art and some people just don't have the ability to create. I won't be using them any time soon and you probably should either.

I've been going here for a good 15 years and I've had a lot of shady stuff happen to me and today…read morewas the last straw.
