The store is nice and big for a convenience/smoke shop. It has pretty much everything you can think of inside. Drinks, snacks, candy, ice cream, lol everything. I went here to see if they had a few things for me to pick up and my kid ran straight to the hot food lol so we decided on getting some. The Jo Jo's were great! Pizza was okay but a bit burnt hahaha. I like that the aisles are big and easy to navigate and the prices are average. Not overpriced. So I appreciate the store. I asked out loud " is this how you guys practice customer service?". No accountability, just " they were busy". I chose the drive thru due to the last time actually going in, i had to dive on the floor alongside other customers due to the security and a customer getting into a shoot out. Finally once i made my purchase, i was told not to park my car at the window again or next time they wont serve me. Funny how when i speak up, suddenly there's plenty of employees available to look run outside and look at my vehicle. Customer service really needs to be addressed.
