Recently I stopped in apprehensive, feeling almost anxiety as I pulled thru dreading, the service. However to my surprise, they switched it up with a fresh crew! Kudos bad seeds spoil it for everyone. However to my surprise Libby is her name, Offered recommendations, checked to ensure the product was what I wanted. Short brief and sweet service, A+ when it comes to service. To my surprise on my second visit she remembered my name, and what I was going to order/buy. She is very pleasant in asking how's your day? and in the service industry its a simple smile, hello, or general convo such as how are you! -That keeps a customer coming back! Went to the drive thru, person in front of me was sitting in their car for five minutes not doing anything so I honked , as soon as I pulled up the lady working started arguing and took it personal that I honked at the person in front of me when it didn't have anything to do with that lady, and then the other guy working started arguing with me how she took it personal. I go out of my way to go to this shop. There is another drive through one that has been rude about me not having ID @ the time so I haven't gone back. I definitely look over 21. But the prices are $10 cheaper for a bag of pipe tobacco that I buy there. Wouldn't go anywhere else unless I didn't have gas or the option. read more
