I hadnt hit the bong or even loaded it all I did was put water inside it and bottom falls off and all over you and where ever your at. I asked if they would at least exchange me for a bong that actually works and the rude gal working txt the shystie ass owner who said no. it Had been no more than 15 mins since I live right down the street. I showed the gal working how it's leaking from bottom and how if you do put the correct amount of water inside it the bottom literally sides off And dumps all over you. They do NOT do good busines!! AVOID being their next victim!! They sell garbage products BEWARE!! Even when they were in the wrong they wouldn't even make things right so now all I have is a $50 paper weight since it doesn't work for a bong unless you enjoy it leaking out the bottom or falling apart and dumping water all over you or your house which I did twice when attempting to use it. I will be telling everyone all my friends & neighbors here down town Auburn to avoid doing business with these money hungry assholes that will rip you off and not blink an eye. The owner didn't even have the balls to let me talk to him on the phone he only would txt his messages to the rude gal who worked the counter. Who when I was videoing the bong and how it DID NOT WORK threatened me SAYING SHE WILL PRESS CHARGES IF SHES IN THE VIDEO! Haha when I had not and didn't plan on ever including her in the video. Obviously she sounded and looked like an Antifa member dressed in Blk sporting a ski mask as a beanie, just like Antifa!!!. I've been coming here for a few months. Never had any…read moreissues and had decent experience purchasing product until recently. On Thursday 5.24.21 I purchased multiple disposable vapes on Thursday including a Rare Mega 5000 puff Hawaiian Freeze unit for about $30 from Tom. He was quite helpful and kind. I tested in store as they ask and all units worked appropriately. I didn't start using the RARE unit until Monday 6.28.21 and I don't use vapes during the work hours (9-6) so I've only really used it for a few hours. This evening I went to use the unit and after approximately 10 minutes, it failed to work. I called the store to advise them of the issue. I reached Tom again who was very nice and said that he would need to call the manager to discuss. I advised I would come into the store as I was in the neighborhood. When I went into the store Tom advised me that the manager, Stephanie, said that there was "nothing they could do". I very much understand protocol and rules. I also think that reason and logic has to come into play when dealing in that type of industry. They know when I bought the device. They know that I've been a frequent customer recently. They know that sometimes devices are faulty and this was an expensive device. I am guessing they know that I've also never complained about a purchase. They could have done better and should have. Customer service is an art and some people just don't have the ability to create. I won't be using them any time soon and you probably should either.
