Went here one day looking for a specific cigar for my boyfriend for a special occasion. The staff were super knowledgeable and helped me to pick out a few different kinds. They have a great variety of all smoke and vape items, the store is well stocked and organized and the girl who works there is super sweet and helpful. Definitely my go-to spot. read more

I used to shop here quite a bit but will no longer do so. I bought one of the "krave" nectar collectors for $13. It would not hold water no matter what I did. I came back to let them know about their flawed merch. But they refused to exchange it. The owner went in back to fill and test it. he was able to put water in it but like I said even the slightest movement the water will run out, i know because I filled it several times. he would not let me hold it to show that the water is not going to stay in it at the slightest movement because he couldn't bare to lose $13 and would rather pretend the product isn't garbage! it's $13, no big deal but at the end of the day it could be 1cent or $100 I would just exchange it out and If It was my shop I would stand by the products I sell. why would I want to lose a customer by groveling over something I could easily exchange. My guess is I won't be the only customer to come back over these poorly made products. Truthfully it's not the first time I've bought a faulty item from here. The past two purchases that were poorly made I Just ate the loss, however this time Im left with a sour taste in my mouth. feeling embarrassed for this shop owner conducting business like that. Shame on me for even returning to buy something after the first two times. I just don't want to believe stereotypes. Its unfortunate they always end up being true. Bad customer Service+bad products. Great smoke shop that might as well be officially declared a head shop. HUGE selection of glass. You're basically guaranteed to find a pipe here, but they also have a huge selection of water pipes and other apparatuses. As a smoke shop they also have the expected cigarettes, cigars, papers, etc. Interesting and good size "miscellaneous" cases that have knives and other assorted goods in them. The people that work here have always been super helpful and I enjoy coming here when I'm in the market. read more

Horrible ! This place knowingly sells you broken over priced product! Came in and they had no idea what they were selling, ended up selling me a 110$ piece (found the exact same one down the street for 60$) and then proceeded to sell me a 25$ extra attachment. When I got home I noticed the piece had a crack in it..turned around to bring it in and exchange it for a non-broken one.. (no smoke or flame ever touched the piece) they would not even consider exchanging it .. long story short the employees are not to be trusted, and if you dare to shop here, (I definitely WILL NOT BE!) make sure you thoroughly inspect anything and everything you buy before you walk out the door ..smh..bastards... read more
