The owners name is Eric and he is an absolute awesome guy! Very friendly, outgoing, and works with his community. He always has good deals going on in the store and don't be afraid to throw a price at him for an idea in the glass case or behind the register. He currently has best damn root beer on sale for 2/$3 which is a steal because they're usually over $2 a can. As far as the broken or used e-cig or whatever I'm sure if he would've talked to the owner there wouldn't have been an issue. My husband bought about 3 different vap pens from this store and whenever he had an issue he would take it back up there and Eric would help him out, figure it out, or replace it. The only acknowledgment I got after that were further attempts at belittlement, but at that point I was walking out the door, as they yelled after me in another language. To sum it up, if you can even get them to help you, they will talk down to you and try to get you out of there as quickly as possible, in the least helpful way possible. The arrogance and sense of superiority in there is overwhelming. It's the exact opposite of a friendly, welcoming environment.
