Bought this yesterday and it doesn't fit in the hooka, it's stripped. Went back to exchange the part and they told me it was sold broken but they didn't have parts to replace it and couldn't help me. So I bought a $90 books set up and can't use it....thanks a lot. The worker didn't offer any help and didn't have any info on if a manager maybe could. "It's not my shop, not my rules." We won't be back. Added 9/12 In regards to reply Daman, I would be thrilled to have this fixed somehow and I'm open to finding h a solution. Decent/over priced cigar selection. Me and a buddy were regulars, until I bought a lighter that broke within a couple hours. $25 lighter and he would not refund it to a couple regulars who spend a hell of a lot more that. When I informed him that I wanted a refund or I would use the shop across the street, he said "I don't care where you buy. I don't care how much you have bought here. My buddy and I stopped by to get a lighter for our cigars, and I have to say G customer service and reasonably priced items, what's not to like? Had an issue with the lighter the guy took care of that right away, again great customer service right there. read more

Super clean smoke shop. Has everything you could ever need including a sealed cigar room. They have a wide selection of glass, including cheap china to heady American glass. Different sized hookahs for different prices. Tons of shisha flavors to choose from. Their staff is friendly and the 2 younger employees seem to know more about specific products. went to purchase a carton of cigarettes. I saw sign that stated my brand was $7.13. I asked the clerk about the price, he stated the price above it, which was 7.73. I said the sign states 7.13, he proceeded to tell me that they dont go by the sign. (which is the law for them to honor the posted price) I told him this and he stated it was the higher price. I asked for the owners business contact information, tried to call him in his cell phone, he did not answer. Do NOT do business with this shop-they are overcharging the customers and not honoring the posted prices of their items, which is illegal. read more

They dont have an option for no stars but this shop deserves it. Sold me a hookah that broke immediately after I tried to use it at home. When i took it back to the store, the proprietor refused to exchange it or refund my money. There are many reputable shops in the area but dont waste your time or money here. I would like to inform you about some safety concerns I have about the Kent Smoke Shop, on Meeker street in WA. My fiancé and I buy their sheesha pretty often, we purchased a tub of sheesha about two and a half weeks ago, we used a tub of sheesha and bought another one, and came to realize they were expired. The expectation date was April 2013, over a year ago. My fiancé and I both got sore throats, and hard a hard time breathing, every time we used the sheesha. We bought a new one from Kent Smoke Shop again, two days ago on June 21st 2014, and we realized it was expired, also April 2013. I then tried calling down to Kent Smoke Shop, just to let them know, the older guy who works there hung up on me, I called back a couple more times, the older guy who works there answered two more times, each time he hung up on me, and also called me crazy. He told me to bring my stuff down with a receipt then, they did not give us a receipt. My fiancé and I went down to Kent Smoke Shop, with the new tub we had just got, and the old one for proof. When we walked in, the younger guy who sold us the sheesha was there, we walked up to the counter and the younger guy was very polite, but the older guy said "So you were the one who called earlier!" and started raising his voice at us, I tried to explain that My fiancé and I got sick from the sheesha he replied "go to a doctor then!" continuing to yell. After arguing with us and being very rude. He looked at a box, which was looking at the same kind we bought, AL FAKHER Energy Drink Flavored, looked for the experation date, and then put it towards the back. Then asked us what kind we want, he then gave us a tub of mint sheesha, that was not expired, but left the expired boxes, on the shelf still. I've also been in there multiple times where they did not ID people, and have heard from multiple people that they have not made them show their IDs while going into Kent Smoke Shop. read more
