What a wonderful Vape store with a highly knowledgeable employee. I've been a long time vapor for many years, and although I am switching to some of the newer devices, they still appreciate the vapes lifestyle. Out of the 18 Vape stores I've gone to an a 40 mile radius, they have the absolute best juice selection I have seen since arriving in Washington state. They are extremely knowledgeable, and carries some really quality local made juices as well. This is a great place to go for all your vaping needs. The staff is very knowledgeable on tanks and mods and they have a great selection of Vape juice. Just one example is that I had a mod that was way out of whack and every time I took a hit it was harsh regardless of what wattage I had it set at. The clerk I forget his name, messed with it for a while and handed it back to me and Wala, it was great again nice and smooth and producing huge clouds. Nice enough place. Pretty basic in terms of amenities compared to competing shops in the area, but they do carry a good assortment of quality juice. If you know what you want, and just want to get in & out really quickly, then you'll like this place. If you're like me, and would also like an easy and organized way to view their products, have some music going, maybe some seating that invites customers to hang, try out some juices, and probably buy much more, then they have a little work to do. The first time I went the guy that helped me was nice enough, but simply "clerked me" aka nothing more, nothing less, not much conversation, just what do you need, and checked me out. Second time I went, the most amazing and helpful blonde woman ever was there. She took her time to help me, and give me explanations of what would make my vaping experience better. She exudes customer service, and was kind to all of the customers I saw her with, making everyone feel as if she was their best friend. Now THAT is a way in which everyone who works customer service/retail should strive to be like. Overall, good place, but if made some small changes, could be a great place. read more

The boyfriend comes here every now and then and the staff and manager, Charlie is always fucking amazing. They are insightful, always willing to offer in trying new juice flavors and they make great recommendations regarding the type of taste you are tuned to. They have a huge selection of quality juices and a nice and easy layout for your viewing. They sell other vape products as well so don't hesitate to stop by and peep what they got. This is a great place to shop for vaping supplies they have most of the current mods and tanks for dripping and RTA's. The juice selection is okay however there are a lot of better premium juice lines I wish they would carry but they don't! I will say that they are the best that Burien has to offer. read more

This was my first vape shop experience, shopping for a mod, all the goodies a newbie needs...and these guys hooked me up, taught me how to do everything by myself, and made sure I had everything I wanted or needed to start out. My wonderful son, Zach, brought me here. He stopped smoking cigarettes ages ago, after vaping became preferable to him. And he'd been swearing he'd bring me to this store for ages...so here I am! I bought a nice little mod, an extra battery, a battery charger, a barrel or "tank", a 30 ml. bottle of e-juice, and a 4-pack of extra coils, all for just under $200. I started out with a med. low level of nicotine, 6mg., since I often go hours without smoking, in a solution labeled "I (heart) Cookies!" Which does taste like cookies, sweet delectable treats, and I haven't been smoking since that time!!!!! This is the end of day three! read more

Great selection and products. They actually had the coils I needed. I'm pretty strict when it comes to coils. A lot of places won't have the newer coils cause they don't want to get rid of their older products. This place has all the old stuff and all the brand new stuff on the market! Very overpriced. On 15ml juice you are overpaying by 5$ compared to other shops in the area, other products are overpriced also.

I usually go to I-vape in auburn, but No great service there. First, they sold me a crappy aspire vape pen and the first week I had troubles with it and they would not swap the device out for me, when clearly it was a defective device. The workers there seem pretty unhappy..like all the time..many times when I go there, I'm like "oh crap, he's giving me the *hurry up, you're wasting my time* stare. I usually just get what I need and leave. Here at vape-o-Rama, the Service here is great! I come in and literally just try all the flavored without anyone rushing me or acting bothered by my presence. Connor helped me decide on the perfect vape for me! Lisa was very sweet and also made sure that I was well taken care of. I didn't catch the other guys name..he was some kind of Asian, but he was very knowledgeable on juices and was very nice as well.
