After purchasing herb for 35+ years, this was the first time I've ever done so legally. It was a very cool experience. The staff is friendly and the selection very impressive. I chose a $5 "Daily Special": Skyline: pre-roll, Sunshine 1g Wow! Potent, happy high. Possibly the best $5 I've ever spent! I'll def be back my next time in White Center. read more

CAUTION BUYERS: You are unlikely to receive a replacement/exchange regardless of if you follow the exchange policy, and you may be left fighting for your life to get a $25 cart exchanged against an angry, bitter, condescending manager. Said employee (white woman, skinny, long brown hair, 40-50yo,) blatantly attempted to place the blame on me for the faulty product I purchased yesterday and refused to exchange the product for a new one. I provided the original receipt, the original packaging, and described how my cartridge broke off onto the battery and you could see where the glue that holds the cart together failed. I purchased both products yesterday. The manager claimed that I must have twisted it onto the battery too hard (I didn't), and her evidence for this was that she could not remove the tiny white piece stuck to the battery with her bare hands. I pointed out that if you used pliers to unscrew it, it would come out (it did when I got home!) but it's obviously tiny and not going to unscrew by just pulling on it with your hands. Then I said I was only asking to exchange the cart. She was trying everything in her power to get me to admit user error and not do the exchange. Then, to prevent having to do the exchange, she pivoted to saying sarcastically, "what are you going to do with just this?!" *holds up cart* implying that a new cart would be of no use to me because I couldn't use it with the battery that had the broken piece stuck in it.... as if it couldn't be possible that I would own more than one battery. By the end of this exchange I was nearly in tears because of the way she was speaking to me. I told her I would be using the replacement cart with a different battery and she finally conceded. I think she had no more room to make things up. This was my second negative experience at an AGT location. Folks, if you don't want to go through this terrible process of being blamed for a faulty product and denied an exchange that followed policy 100%, AVOID. I think it's likely they infrequently follow the return policy, and are likely getting out of doing it by blaming user error. Folks may accept this because it's easier than fighting back, only did I get my return because I defended my case heavily and didn't back down. read more

This place is now called A Greener Today. Absolutely amazing staff. Larry and Curtis are awesome and make my experience fast and easy every time! Great discounts and fire weed! Super friendly every time just LOVE this little shop. 100% recommend!!! read more

One of those situations in which the store itself is physically very nice but it goes down from there. Selection is merely typical and the help is alright but is ruined by a couple of managers who obviously nobody likes, including visitors. read more

This is my go-to place! Their staff is super friendly but also highly skilled in all the products. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and full circle customer service. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I highly recommend this business. read more

Went to this dispensary randomly on my way to run errands and couldn't get into the shop. When they checked my ID, he noticed it was expired and wouldn't allow me to shop. Due to COVID, the state of Washington extended some drivers licenses expiring in 2020 to 2021 and sent letters letting applicable Washingtonians (me) that they would automatically send an updated drivers license when they get back to making them. I also moved and updated my address. WA state automatically sends a new drivers license when information is updated. Again, I don't have control over having an updated drivers license. Their store policy is undoubtedly asinine. I've never had a problem using my drivers license at any other dispensary I've gone to or purchasing alcohol in the last 9 months. This was my first and last time attempting to shop at this dispensary. I ended up going to the dispensary down the street, Star International Marijuana. The very last straw... you can't make preorders read more

This used to be my local shop. They had a great selection and the staff was usually helpful. There were a couple times where I was obviously intentionally misgendered by a clerk or an older gent who I took to be ownership, but I never saw the old man again and the clerk wasn't around for very long. The rest of the staff was stellar and I only had that problem a couple times, so I didn't dock any stars for it since the good times vastly outnumbered the bad. Highly recommend it over the other shops if its local to you. read more

This WAS my to go store. Friendly stuff, and they most likely had what I was looking for (but not always, will still mention here why not). Though last time I went there, they didn't let me in, since my drivers license was just expired for 3 days. (On the other hand a good thing tho, this was a reminder to renew immediately). So I asked if I can bring my brand new German passport instead, but also NO. So if you are visiting from another country, you can forget going there, save the trip and don't waste your time too. I thought I was screwed for the next 4 weeks until my renewed drivers license arrives, so I googled and found out that it is totally legal to show up with a passport at a pot shop. So I called them, and they explained that they owner doesn't allow it, for some reasons I didn't really understand. They could loose their license, then they wouldn't have a job, bla bla. Calling around the West Seattle area, literally everyone else is excepting passports, and by that way I found another great store, very friendly staff with a good selection and similar prices, and they obviously seem not to be scared to loose their license. Also they offer 10% discounts on pre orders, woot! I'm not aware that the West Seattle Marijuana Store does that. Also another let down I wanted to mention is that you can't trust their menu, which is only on Leafly. It happened quite often, that they didn't have what I found on their menu before I went there, so what is the point of a menu, if I'm wasting my time researching about their strains beforehand? I'm aware no pot store will ever run out of customers, so this 1 Star review might not bother them at all, but I think it needs to be brought up, because this was an absurd experience, which made me feel like in the old days, and I have to look for a street dealer again. read more

Just bought some Plaid Jacket. Miracle Alien Cookies.. This stuff was so old!!!! OMG. I can't believe they even sold this. It's got that gross old smell. Not like weed but like homegrown from the 80's. I'm not kidding. And as always no help. I know you can't return it. But can't they rotate. I was a bartender and ALWAYS rotated older beer to the front. So I don't know why they don't check it. We've been coming here for years!!!! NO MORE. The Bakeree is the place to go. read more

I love this weed shop for several reasons. First, EVERY employee is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Second, the prices are great. 3. Even though they deserve a tip, they don't allow them. John did a great job with me today. Great attitude! read more

I live close by that is why I go there. I went yesterday Feb 6 2021 I didn't check the harvest date. It was April 12 2020. Almost a year old. WTF. Never again. If I do I'll ask for recently added. Such a bummer. It had no smell or taste. It crumbled the minute you touch it. They need to do better. Hire someone who is older than 21. read more

These guys rock! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Always willing to explain different strains and take time to help with selections

Visiting Seattle for a few days and wanted to pick up, found this place not too far from my airbnb and decided to check it out. Upon entering I was denied from shopping here because my driver's license is vertical and their store policy does not allow for vertical IDs, only horizontals. Don't understand how the direction of my ID has anything to do with my age, store policy is completely too anal. Would not recommend. read more

This place is wonderful, the staff are friendly and cool, and often funny. This day I was waited on by John, and he was awesome ~ honest about what he could provide and was so quick getting my order together ~ hope I see him again! My fiancé and I came here to get some cbd candy for my girl's and I's back and first of all, these guys run a great shop! The customer service is better than any shop we've been to. Nate was the guy that helped us navigate our way through tons of options for our needs. He's very knowledgeable and not pressuring at all! Prices are better than the majority of the shops in Seattle. Everything is paper coded. If the pricing paper is orange, it's a cbd containing product and if the pricing paper is white that means thc and little to no cbd. After feeling very grateful for the help, we tried to tip Nate and he told us "the company takes great care of their employees and if we want to show our appreciation, to leave a review. We were going to anyways because we had such a great experience! Thanks Nate and we'll be seeing you again soon! read more

Cool cozy convenient cannabis store especially when they have your favorite strain on board!!!

Where do I start?... used to be my go to store, clean, good size store, staff since day one was a mix of friendly or bad. The bad came from two specific employees one female one male (I don't know their names) The female would always be rude and seemed to be in a bad attitude all the time. I felt like she "enjoyed" questioning people for the dumbest things, she felt powerful l guess being able to Deny people service/entry. I figured you'd be happy to have a job. The guy on several occasions I would ask for a specific type of flower and he would turn around and try and sell me something else, that was annoying! I know what I want. I told him I only came for what I asked and only then I would get it or some times they would be sold out. The thing that made me take the time and write this review is the last time I came the same guy I purchased a vape refill, I know how the sale works and once you purchase them sale is final. Unless defective with in a certain number of days. So I purchased One paid. I asked about another One and I was holding it and checking it out, I said I'll take it as well. I gave the guy my cash and literally not a full second had gone by and I said wait never mind I want to buy flower instead, he Actually said hold on, looked at my cash and pressed the button on his Pos. Then looked up and said sorry all sales are final. I said never mind before he had completed the transaction... the manager came I was angry and simply grabbed the stuff I was charged for and left. The manager did nothing didn't even talk to me he basically told the employee yea if it's paid for you cannot refund it, it's not like I wanted my money back all I wanted was a different product in exchange. There were other people in the store thanks for the embarrassment. I'll never be back here!! read more

Just okay. Seattle dispensaries seem have to a thing with thinking it's OK to leave huge stems and leaves on premium bud and WSM is no exception. What a rip off. read more

A Greener Today - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Seattle, Washington

i went there yesterday after being treated horribly as a woman just walking in at Ganja Goddess and Cannabis City. I looked up a place closer to me and I found this place. They were welcoming, acknowledged me, cared about what was important to me as someone with fibromyalgia and recommended some products I wanted around that. From the guy at the front to the other guys around who were smiling in a helpful way, I found that thought it is a small store, the service counts to me 1000% and the store is well organized and well laid out. I will be going there again and again. read more

I've literally been going and spending so much money in this dispensary for them not to even have sympathy or care for their customers. I got jipped off a jar that I purchased..a week before the employees were pulling them out in front of me laughing at how horrible the jars were filled. It was barely an eighth and was very skimped. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, I went In and tried to explain it to the manager that I didn't have the best experience. He kept cutting me off and acting like he literally gave zero care in the world. Ignoring the fact that I'm even talking about the business I received. Just keeps cutting me off telling me my total. SHOW SOME LOVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT LOVE YOU . Don't think I can go back with the bad energy in this store, especially when people are going through their own troubles during the day . PERIOD. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TREATED LIKE SHIT AND SPEND ALL YOUR MONEY . read more

Great shop. Staff is super friendly, every single time, and very knowledgable. As far as rec shops go, this one is thoroughly average. The place is clean and well kept, the employees are friendly and polite, and for the average smoker they have some awesome deals on bud which change fairly often. However, if you're a medical patient like me be prepared to shell out quiet a bit extra for medicinal grade products. For example, they have two strains of Thai Girl. The much better quality bud is nearly $15 more for an eighth. If you are a casual recreational smoker, you can easily get away with buying the less expensive bud. However, when you need to smoke several times a day for pain relief you really notice the difference in quality. Being limited in how much I can work and therefore on fixed income, the cost really adds up quickly. Overall I give them 3.5 stars. read more

This place has a great selection, a great staff and a great environment. Most all of the staff know what their talking about and it's refreshing to see, from flavor to high. Most every time I've not been lead astray in terms of exactly what I was looking for. High quality to budget friendly they really have it all. Highly impressed with the whole store from their display to how they work with the customer. It's pretty conveniently located next to bus stops and in West Seattle. By far the best store around the area and I've been to the rest. 10/10 products (maybe a lil love in the keif dept) 9/10 service 9/10 environment/location read more

Low rating! They wouldn't allow us to use a valid vertical identification to enter. From North Carolina, only have a vertical, valid 21+ license. Would never return, even if you're legal age, because they'll turn you away with a vertical ID. read more
