Canna West WAS my "go to" store when I could take the bus and walk without a rollerator. However, because of declining health in various parts of my body, I either have to be in a wheelchair or the aforementioned rollerator. And, sadly, Canna West has ZERO methods for handicapped customers to access the establishment! Not even in the back of the store. When my caregiver asked the manager if Canna West had plans to make the store more friendly for people with mobility issues, he copped an attitude with her and took our annoyance personally! C'mon dude, really? Nope, no thanks. I will go to Uncle Ike's in White Center. VERY handicapped-accessible. VERY friendly budtenders who actually know what they're talking about and never take constructive criticism as a personal attack. Sorry, Canna West. You used to be okay but not anymore. Used to really enjoy this spot until recently; for one, the flower not being on sale and dry is crazy when I can get it from Zips for half that and better quality. The 2nd thing is the horrible customer service; I bought a cart from them that was ineffective, and I even tried another cart on the same battery, and it worked fine. I decided to return it, but this lady gave me attitude and tried to emphasize that I was the problem and said that she shouldn't even be giving a refund. She also had a very snarky tone and was one of those people that needs to be "right". I will never come back again after this, same with my family and friends that have been loyal customers, and we have spent a lot of money there cuz we liked the environment until today. No receipt, no return: Great customer service! 2) The minute you get home, break open all your opaque packaging and make no package was sealed empty. 3) The OUTERMOST packaging has all the codes and numbers they say they need; not the inner containers. Save all your packaging until the stuff is consumed to your satisfaction. I buy in bulk and consume moderately. Stuff stays in a drawer for months until I use it. Stupid me. Technically, I was not making a return; I was reporting industrial theft and expecting barter compensation. Instead, I got all kinds of reasons they would not help me. I'm only giving three stars because I find it ridiculous that the same brands of weed are cheaper at other dispensaries. The location is great because it's close to where I live. I don't have to take the bus very far but they don't ever keep things stocked up and the prices are crazy. Not everybody has the money to spend $80 on seven grams. Spend that kind of money on some weed when it's not even dank. I'm not going to keep spending my money for 8 g of weed where I can spend the same amount of money somewhere else and get twice as much for my money. So I'm going to continue going to Zips in the Sodo area. Every Friday they have 30% off the entire store. Most days they have 40% off of ounces. When they give a deal it's all day you don't have to rush to be there at a certain time. After your tenth visit you can get a little ticket on the app that gives you 30% off whenever you decide to show up if it's outside of a Friday and they don't expire. Zips dispensaries have the same brands as this dispensary. Look at the prices Why are their prices so different but look at the prices. Why are their prices so different? Canna West Seattle you need to get it together You act like because of the location people are just swimming in money. Even when I bought 7 g of weed for $50 which to me is kind of a lot The weed was dried up and crunchy like it's been sitting there forever. So I think I'm done with Canna until they can keep a decent stock of weed and make it more affordable for people a little 20% off for certain times of the day but you have to be there at a certain time. Too much jumping through hoops. It would be nice if they had a deal of the day. They could have one deal and all day to get there so you don't have to rush because there's traffic there's times you have to work.The owner says on her LinkedIn pageThat she has 20 years of running a business. I'll take the high road and not engage in accusations from the management at Canna West as I believe the managers comments explains a lot of how they run their business. ----- Change of heart. I'd recommend Canna over Origins simply because Origins treats their employees awful. Hearing some of the staff talk about it... unreal. Many have left the store due to this which is just sad. Went to this place looking for a cannabis choice that my wife can use to combat the side effects of chemotherapy without getting hammered. I explained this clearly to the salesperson (who was very personable). After he led me past one display case and then another, pointing out product without the slightest bit of information, it became apparent that he had no idea what to recommend and not much knowledge about the products other than which were sativa and which were indica. I bought a defective product from Canna West and because it was after their 7 day grace period there was nothing they would do. I suggest they tell people when they bup the product that there has been problems with that product, but they are not going to do that. they are also not going to tell the manufacturer. why wouldn't they tell the manufacturer? that's stupid. so they are going to continue to sell defective products to unknowing customers because I didn't report the issue in 7 days. absurd. read more

Any interaction I've had browsing the shop and deciding what to purchase inside the store has been wonderful. People working there are chill, helpful, and seem happy to have you there. They have a wide variety of products, consistently carry strains I've loved, and prices are super reasonable. Times I go to pickup, however, have never run smoothly. First time I ordered curbside pickup, the person heard my name incorrectly and then marched back inside to get the order without confirming my name. I headed inside to check after a few moments, and she continued to get my name wrong several more times. I get that masks can make folks sound muffled sometimes, but at no point did she ask for my ID to check my name, or ask to spell anything. Would have gone much smoother if I had just come in the store to purchase. I gave it another shot yesterday, and chose in store pickup this time. I was very rushed through the process. I was told my total, and my name was confirmed, but not what I'd ordered. It was clear they wanted that transaction to go as quickly as possible, which would have been fine if I hadn't gotten home to find that my order wasn't quite right--same brand, but different edible than what I'd ordered. Not the end of the world, but enough to make me not want to try ordering online again. So, overall I'd say Canna is a great shop! But, I'd recommend taking the extra time to head into the store and decide what you'd like to purchase there. read more

I was looking for a particular brand which they had so I took a long ride share to west Seattle to pick up these items. The staff was very friendly. Though I've been to a few shops before, I don't like this one how I can't smell anything or see the info on the bud, I gotta order what I want at a counter with other people waiting behind me I didn't feel like I could take me time, I just hurried up and bought what the guy suggested and the special brand of vape that I wanted. Spent a lot of money. Took the long ride back to my hotel. Look at the box. It says it expired in 3/18!!! Was produced in 2017!! I don't know if this is common but I'm really disappointed that my vapes are expired!!!! Pissed off actually cause it's took long of a ride to return them at this point. But I wanted to say due to my recent interactions with Trish, one of the workers there I realized I couldn't give a bad review to everyone that was working but to the person who was working at that time. Trish has wonderful customer service towards me and my boyfriend and she always and I mean ALWAYS makes us feel welcomed and at home over here. She is a wonderful individual as a woman and she makes me comfortable in my own skin. She also problem solves situations that you would think can't be problem solved. She is a wonderful smart and quick individual. Her customer service is really excellent and I hope she sees this comment. She is doing a FANTASTIC job and I'm so glad me and my boyfriend had the opportunity to feel welcomed again in CANNA WEST.
