I had a home birth with my first daughter with no complications. She had a whole team there (with my permission) and all along the way, she educated me about my pregnancy, labor and delivery so that I felt very empowered about having a baby. It was an incredible experience that I will never forget. What initially struck me about Molly and everyone that works with her is that I feel empowered after seeing them. Molly makes it her aim to educate every patient about choices, what works and doesn't work, exploring options, side effects of pharmaceutical drugs, vaccination issues, new studies, clinical evidence, and all of the rest. She is a true doctor and healer who upholds the oath beautifully! She encourages me to read about things that I am concerned about and has a huge library of books. When Molly says that this is her calling, I know for a fact that this is true. Molly will never claim to know everything (as some doctors do, ANNOYING), but she knows A LOT!! She will NEVER hesitate to refer anything to someone that might know to to handle a particular situation better than her...if needed (which is rare). Fast forward...my daughters and I are all Molly's patients now. She always has students and interns there who are learning from her, and some of them stay once they are done with their studies. Everyone that I deal with in the medical realm in this office is so knowledgeable but not just that, they help US to be knowledgeable and empowered about our health. I know that I keep saying empowered. It's because it's true! If you are looking for a great naturopathic clinic, look no further! I've been seeing Pat off and on for many years. She's so insightful and easy to talk to and there have been stretches of over a year when I haven't seen her and still felt 100% comfortable starting up when my mother passed away and I really needed a therapist to help me navigate my grief. I have only ever seen 2 other therapist for very brief time frames (like a handful of sessions) and Pat is by far the best. I now see her once a month and feel like I can decide to take a break for a while or ramp it up when I need and she's completely cool with it! Her insight during our discussions has truly improved my life and helped me with some fundamental aspects of how I look at things. She's really gifted and wonderful and doesn't feel super therapy which I love! She's awesome! I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

I got a compound cream in a clicker. It disbursed very little cream. I asked the pharmacist if this…read morelooks right and showed him how little came out. He confirmed. This week i picked up the same cream with one less ingredient. However, the main medication was the same ml potency and so was the base. This time I got flimsy syringes with cream in it. I used exactly the amount they showed me and it was 6 times as much as the first cream amount. I went back and talked to another pharmacist. She was not able to tell me why there is a difference. I showed her the amount of the cream coming out of the clicker telling her that another person there confirmed the amount would me pin head size. She told me the clicker is empty. I asked for an explanation why there would be such a difference in amount of cream. She could not provide an answer and kept asking me what i would like to happen. I just wanted to know if i was given the wrong dose before or now so I know if that i am using the correct amount. She had a chip on her shoulder when she first greeted me and was unwilling to take the time to make check and see what was going on with the different prescriptions. Clearly the system didn't work as I got a form letter regarding my 'no show'. However - what really upset me was the personalized note I received at the bottom of the form letter: "We are very busy in the clinic and need appointment slots for other patients. We appreciate that you not make appointments you can't keep" It was signed by Dr. Waterman - not sure if she or her office wrote the note. Either way it was in bad form to write a shame note at the bottom for a new patient. I will definitely not be seeing her/or anyone at pacific hill if this is the way they treat new / existing patients. Their systematic mishap/bug results in a personalized nasty gram? Not that their office cares as they are so busy. Its hard enough to find a doctor, let alone one you can trust - not going to trust someone who felt the need to shame me before meeting me- or doing their homework that their systems were down. Pretty sure that is why Form Letters exist - to avoid someone writing their own personal feelings and making customers (because its America, we pay for treatment) angry or feel as though they can't entrust the individuals in who we place our most intimate needs.

For good reason! She is friendly, very intelligent, and I feel comfortable speaking with her about any concerns or questions without it being awkward. It also helps that things are explained in ways that make sense, not in a bunch of medical gobbledygook. Sometimes she is a little hard to schedule, as she is obviously very busy, but she is competent and definitely someone I would recommend.

But if you drive around to the back of the building there is plenty of parking with the same amount of walking. The facility is nice and clean. The staff have all been super nice. I have a billing issue going on in regards to the lab, but apparently they bill differently and I have to deal with them to get it resolved. I have one visit that has hit insurance, but another one earlier has not. Only time will tell how that will work out. But the Drs here I am happy with. Didn't rush me. Both were great about options and I felt comfortable with them. This place isn't close to me, but worth the drive for the good medical care. I hope the insurance stuff works out eventually, but it's clearly not fast in filing, and the lab...we can only hope they get it worked out.
