The pieces here were also really beautiful and unique compared to other shops i've seen or stopped by. And visiting from Texas the price I got all my items for was not bad AT ALL. I'm visiting seattle and noticing how overpriced EVERYTHING is from gas, clothes, the same meals fast foods as texas are also sky rocket higher in price (smh). but this smoke shop has REASONABLE pricing, even cheaper than smoke shops in texas... If I lived in seattle this would be my go-to smoke shop. I truly loved it

I loved coming in here and looked forward to it whenever it was on the agenda for my evening but now it feels very sterile and uninviting when I walk in. Have had multiple conversations with one of the guys that now works evenings and he never remembers me and seems like he has more important things to do, like inventory or making sure the music is playing. That, paired with the fact that they never have any selection of basic items like butane or baggies, etc and have a very limited inventory of damb near everything actually....has made me start shopping at cigarland, which I hated at first but they have a great selection and have warmed up a lot and its never out of what I need. Sorry WSSC, I was loyal for as long as I could be, when you stopped being loyal too, is when I had to go. Best of luck.

CAUTION BUYERS: You are unlikely to receive a replacement/exchange regardless of if you follow the…read moreexchange policy, and you may be left fighting for your life to get a $25 cart exchanged against an angry, bitter, condescending manager. Said employee (white woman, skinny, long brown hair, 40-50yo,) blatantly attempted to place the blame on me for the faulty product I purchased yesterday and refused to exchange the product for a new one. I provided the original receipt, the original packaging, and described how my cartridge broke off onto the battery and you could see where the glue that holds the cart together failed. I purchased both products yesterday. The manager claimed that I must have twisted it onto the battery too hard (I didn't), and her evidence for this was that she could not remove the tiny white piece stuck to the battery with her bare hands. I pointed out that if you used pliers to unscrew it, it would come out (it did when I got home!) but it's obviously tiny and not going to unscrew by just pulling on it with your hands. Then I said I was only asking to exchange the cart. She was trying everything in her power to get me to admit user error and not do the exchange. Then, to prevent having to do the exchange, she pivoted to saying sarcastically, "what are you going to do with just this?!" *holds up cart* implying that a new cart would be of no use to me because I couldn't use it with the battery that had the broken piece stuck in it.... as if it couldn't be possible that I would own more than one battery. By the end of this exchange I was nearly in tears because of the way she was speaking to me. I told her I would be using the replacement cart with a different battery and she finally conceded. I think she had no more room to make things up. This was my second negative experience at an AGT location. Folks, if you don't want to go through this terrible process of being blamed for a faulty product and denied an exchange that followed policy 100%, AVOID. I think it's likely they infrequently follow the return policy, and are likely getting out of doing it by blaming user error. Folks may accept this because it's easier than fighting back, only did I get my return because I defended my case heavily and didn't back down.

Walking into this dispensary immediately felt different in the best way possible. The atmosphere…read morewas clean, elevated, welcoming, and honestly one of the nicest interiors I've seen in a while. Everything was beautifully organized, thoughtfully designed, and gave a more upscale experience instead of just feeling transactional. What stood out most though was the customer service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience from start to finish. They were patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. You can tell when employees actually enjoy the environment they work in, and that energy absolutely reflects onto customers. The sales and specials were also impressive and made the experience even better because it felt like customers were actually being valued instead of just upsold. Good pricing, good product selection, and a team willing to answer questions without making anyone feel rushed or uncomfortable goes a long way. As a content creator, I pay attention to details, atmosphere, branding, and customer interaction everywhere I go, and this dispensary definitely created an experience worth talking about. The combination of aesthetics, cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality made the visit memorable. This is the kind of place that understands cannabis culture can still feel classy, welcoming, and community-oriented all at once. Beautiful space. Great energy. Excellent customer service. And an experience I genuinely enjoyed.
