Walking into this dispensary immediately felt different in the best way possible. The atmosphere was clean, elevated, welcoming, and honestly one of the nicest interiors I've seen in a while. Everything was beautifully organized, thoughtfully designed, and gave a more upscale experience instead of just feeling transactional. What stood out most though was the customer service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience from start to finish. They were patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. You can tell when employees actually enjoy the environment they work in, and that energy absolutely reflects onto customers. The sales and specials were also impressive and made the experience even better because it felt like customers were actually being valued instead of just upsold. Good pricing, good product selection, and a team willing to answer questions without making anyone feel rushed or uncomfortable goes a long way. As a content creator, I pay attention to details, atmosphere, branding, and customer interaction everywhere I go, and this dispensary definitely created an experience worth talking about. The combination of aesthetics, cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality made the visit memorable. This is the kind of place that understands cannabis culture can still feel classy, welcoming, and community-oriented all at once. Beautiful space. Great energy. Excellent customer service. And an experience I genuinely enjoyed. read more

This place is mid. Prices marked ain't what you pay. Then they try & make it "right" with a measly 20% off. Just another weed shop. I'd rather go to CBC or Ike's. read more

I usually go to zips I get great service there and great product I try this place and it gets even better product and they're different labels I have quite a few health issues and can have metabolism related problems It makes me think I need to switch it up a little bit. Don't have that good of a selection compared to other stores. Pretty limited in choices

Always a bright and friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices, good music. Parking lot is tight.

Large selection, special weekly discounts for certain products. Mostly knowledgeable staff if you get the right staff person.

One of my favorite places to shop. Staff friendly and good prices. My interaction with Natalie C. was wonderful.

You won't find a better store in the Seattle area. Staff, products and prices all exceed expectations. I always shop here because they have the products all listed with THC levels. The store is a mile north of the store that does not list the THC levels. read more

I Went inside to stand in the online order line and me and this other guy waited atleast 15 minutes, while the people walking in are being helped right away. So I just ended up going to the regular line and I was pretty much helped right away. Wtf is the point of ordering online then? Y'all suck and your employees are brain dead. I will take my business down the street at greenside from now on. :) read more

The service is excellent. The only problem I have so far is that most of the time they are out of the product I want to buy.

I know nothing, they know everything. perfect match. and it smells really good and it has cool Halloween decorations.

I love coming to this shop! Tristan is an excellent budtender! He's very knowledgeable and always is able to find something I will enjoy! No pressure sales yet you just wanna buy everything he suggests! Thanks Tristan! read more

I've been going to Kaleafa since the day they opened, and it is phenomenal compared to greenside. Exceptional customer service, quick paced if you need it to be, but the budtenders are willing to answer any questions you have. Kaleafa budtenders always have answers to your questions until greenside. Unbeatable deals in the area, you can't get any better! Not to mention they have daily deals that keep you coming back because they are too good to pass up. The products are better quality and more options to choose from. Always choose Kaleafa if you're in the area! read more

I drive from Auburn to Des Moines specifically to this store because of the selection and service. The store is open and bright with all items displayed professionally in glass cases. You can also join their frequent shopper program for additional points and savings. We have saved at least $5 each visit. They also have many promotions depending on the day of the week. The only con is the parking lot. There were 2 entrances, however due to security reasons they have blocked off the most direct entrance which comes directly into the parking lot from the main street. Now you have to drive down to the 76 gas station and turn to the right. The parking lot is small and cramped. Many busy nights there are cars parked up and down the street by the store. Great place to frequent. Just be careful in the parking lot when pulling in and out. read more

I wanted to give a big shout out to you guys tonight!! Not just a shout out... But more of a heart shout out. I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name... but I come In here every two- three days to grab some product and you guys are always AMAZING and kind and completely knowledgeable. But tonight? I experienced some of the most sincere kindness and compassion I have experienced in my life. I just had to put my dog down a few days ago and I'm about to just die from the pain itself, and one of your associates was so good to me, that I just about lost it from the utter kindness and understanding. I wanted to sincerely thank him for this kindness and consideration. Thank you for feeling my pain with me, thank you for considering whst I'm going through and helping in every possible way. You might have saved a life tonigh... read more

Nice big store. Good selection. Decent prices. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that the place is large and doesn't have anything to muffle the sound. Was a little loud. Plus, my hearing isn't great at times. read more

I bought a cartridge from here. It was open a lil bit and when I got home I noticed the cartridge was half full. Don't go here, go to greenside. If you do go here. If they recommend something don't take it. Pick something else. She recommended this cartridge. So I think she was trying to get rid of it read more

Budtender was absolutely terrible, he looked at us confused when asking for each of our items took 45 mins in the shop to walk out with nothing and late for dinner because he couldn't break 100 bill on an almost $80 order. read more

See all

Not impressed. Every time I've been in there, there has only been one maybe two workers and not a lot of customers yet it still takes a while to get help, even with online orders, which is what I always do. Customer service isn't the best once help does come. There are zero deals for online order or otherwise, from what the lady just told me. Greenside recreational is farther for me but I much prefer and will continue to go there because the service is better, deals are better and environment is much better. Just my humble opinion. read more

Budtenders here are AWFUL. Super rude, incompetent about the products and negligent in that they fail to give a receipt like they are required to BY LAW- as a receipt is how you return a defective product. They sell super old product at full price hoping you won't notice. This place should honestly be investigatived by the LCCB read more
