Absolute horrible service by some dude named, Rodger. The selection I'm given is usually amazing, and the cart's haven't usually given me and my GF a problem. This is the last time I'm coming here. The reason is simple. Every time I come in and deal with one of the women they say the same thing, "if your cart is defective, or hits bad, bring it back and we'll exchange it for another one, no problem. You just need the receipt, and the package and the cart itself." I hit said cartridge 3 times to make sure it was not my taste buds, and know-and-behold it was like smoking straight metal. I went back to the counter, requested a new one with my package and original receipt. The woman who helped me walked into the back and out comes some fat guy named 'Rodger' was completely standoffish and useless as a worker. All he told me was "I won't return this because as you see in the fine print of the receipt, we can't return them without the cart being defective." If I'm smoking straight burnt metal it's obviously worth returning. And you're more concerned with being a tough guy and being right than solving the customers request. I'll never shop at this place again and will make sure I let everyone else I know that goes here to quit going here from this point further. I wish I could give zero stars and kick Rodger in the dick. But you know, I guess the customer isn't ever right. read more

I have lived in the neighborhood for over 3 years and am a regular at this location. A few months ago there was a management change; as well as a shift to the crew at night. Initially, I would have never thought this would impact my 4/5 visits a week to the store, but it has, enough to write this review and warn others to only shop day shift. If you're a connoisseur to this product I would suggest visiting this location during the dayshift or visiting the location near the Tacoma Dome. Zips itself doesn't disappoint, but the rookies on Night Shift on sixth do. At this point, I basically choose my tree myself at night because the real help has been shifted around, sadly. read more

In gerenal it was a delightfully uneventful trip. Zips is one of the few places that usually has topical patches so I stuck my head in here to buy several of them. I was greeted fairly quickly and the employee was able to locate what I asked for. The shop is clean with a nice layout and an easy to use parking lot. They love sales and have a large selection, so they're not a bad choice in you're in the area! read more

I bought some vapes from this store and 2 of the 3 that I bought were vapes with only enough juice in the battery for about 4 puffs. Their policy is you have to bring them in the store within the first 4 days of purchase if one wants a replacement. For this reason, I always puff each vape to make sure they work. Well, they puffed. I smoke one at a time till they are gone, then start on the next one. I got about 4 puffs in and the battery was dead. No problem, I thought, just need to charge it. It would not charge. The battery was completely dead and wouldn't charge!! Same thing happened with the other one! They sold me 2 vapes with completely dead batteries. I went back to the store and explained the problem. They would not replace the vapes, even though they sold me defective equipment. This was a problem I have NEVER encountered at ANY other pot store. How long were these vapes on the shelf I wonder? These people don't stand behind their product. That would be like an appliance salesman selling a person a washing machine or TV that doesn't even work and then not replacing it. The reviews are terrible at this store. Avoid it if you can. There are plenty other stores you can go to. read more
