I called ahead to ask if they carried a specific brand. James answered and was super helpful as well as informing me about the store wide discounts. I raced over and was greeted by Malia. She was SO kind and helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted so it was a quick trip. I got exactly what I wanted, at a very good price and I will be back! read more

I'm honestly not sure why this location even needs front-desk employees. The ID check is handled entirely by a computer, and the staff didn't seem to add much to the process. The experience felt disorganized and unhelpful. Thankfully with the way technology is advancing, these will be the positions that will benefit to being fully automated. read more

Cool store, great folks, but not 100% sure they are applying the medical/general use discounts correctly. General use discount for patients alone is 47%, and I am a veteran which adds another 10% the store should review the DOH regulations and tax rebates for general use sticked products and make sure their systems are applying them correctly. In Washington state, medical cannabis patients who are registered with the Department of Health and purchase DOH-compliant products from a medically endorsed retailer are exempt from the 37% excise tax. This exemption, established by House Bill 1453, effectively reduces the total tax burden for those patients by around 47% when purchasing these products. read more

The service can be quick; but you should use the online feature, the selection is quite a lot of stuff, but the flower, as well as the oils are fantastic! The value on it can be cheaper as well, depending on what you're looking for. read more

Craft Cannabis - piece I had gotten for myself (I love the blue and red) - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Tacoma, Washington

Everyone I've worked with here has been wonderful! Most recently, and especially, James. He was not only willing but excited to work with me over the phone to find strains of bud that have the terpene profiles I am looking for. Exceptional service! I ended up with a small treasure trove of new strains to try out and didn't break the bank either. This is my new go to store. I'll definitely be back as long as I live nearby. read more

This place is the best. First, GREAT pricing. It's also clean and feels much more , professional than any others I've been to. Product is on display and clearly marked, including THC/CBN/CBG etc contents. If they don't know the answer they don't just make it up, they will find it for you if they need to. I've been in sales/customer service for many years and that's pretty rare. The manager, Julian, is awesome. I always go in and see Rosa. She is absolutely amazing. Liane is another great budtender to go see if you can't find Rosa. read more

Thank you Rosa! So knowledgeable, helpful, and funny!! Went in blind and we'll be back, thanks so much!

I love craft! The selection and deals are great. Audrie'Aunna helps me often, she's so kind personable. Her customer service is always great! read more

I have mixed feelings about this store. On the one hand, I love that they display all of their products for easy shopping. Their employees are friendly and helpful. Their rewards program was amazing but is being slashed at the end of this month. The products they carry are reasonably priced and they have a decent selection. It's a super convenient location. I have been a regular customer here for years. I have recommended them to many friends. All of these things would normally add up to a 5 star review.....but..... The last time I was in the store I purchased some cannabis that was riddled with seeds. Not one or two, but a lot. When I called to ask what could be done they basically told me that it sucked for me, they weren't doing anything about it. I haven't bought weed this seedy since the 90s. I am having flashbacks of shady dime bags of my youth, before legal weed. This store will sell you product that is less than ideal quality and will make no apologies about it. read more

I have been at this location since day one. Many owners and names but service, selection and price are consistent. Variety and knowledgeable. I focus more on edibles and flowers. I rate the place as a 5 star as the competition is heavy and these guys keep rolling. I was not happy when they changed loyalty programs, but the truth is the last one was a bit too liberal. This crew knows their stuff. read more

Great service from all the budtenders. Love the prices for returning customers. Great selections

Super friendly staff. Still upset with Washington state's highest-in-the-nation pricing...but the shop cannot help that (altho, they could stop buying from price-gougey growers!). It's REALLY dumb that the discounts (all orders?) can only be accessed online, so after a chat with the guy behind the counter, you have to wander to an ipad to place your own order, and then go BACK and talk to THE SAME GUY to get your order. This is stupid beyond belief. Overall a pretty OK experience and an OK price for the state whose growers are famous for ripping-off buyers. read more

Great place... lots of options and helpful staff... much better prices than up north. Mr. Washington was particularly helpful. read more

So, just got back from 420 Tacoma and worked with the gentleman in the picture who had a mask but was not wearing it. I saw him work with 4 other customers before me also while not wearing a mask. When it was my turn I told him what I ordered, he brought it up, and I asked him, "Do you guys not have to wear masks here?" He proceeded to quickly put it on, only to immediately take it back off and say, "Well, I have been working an 8 hour day, plus it just makes it hand to talk to people." To which I said, "Yeah, I get it. I worked at costco for 8 hours today and had to wear my mask the whole time." He flatly said, "That'll be $42." I gave him the cash (obviously no tip) and he said, "And it's not like a mask helps with dirty money anyways," and I said, "Yeah, but I think it's a legal thing and a mutual respect thing. Also it does help with spreading the virus via aerosol and droplets." He then smiled big, handed me the product, and said smugly, "Have a good day!" To top it off, only two employees I saw there were wearing a mask properly, one person didn't even have a mask as he proceeded to pound it with the gentleman that I was working with, two employees took their mask completely down whenever they spoke with anyone, and everyone else had it below their noses which helps nothing!! Who knew that the patrons who come to the store care more about the employees than the employees care about anyone? read more

Alex steered me right with Polite's Ease Your Mind tincture! Great for taking the edge off without losing my ability to keep moving and stay focused. I'm not a smoker, don't do well with THC, but I'm wound tight and have a very busy brain. Ease Your Mind really helps! Props to Alex. Thanks! read more

Not happy with the new layout of the store. You have everything behind counter on trays laid out in what looks like a vending machine. so you can't even see half of it. Will NOT be going back read more

They always have what I need at a great price . Customer service is on point most the time unless they are byway then you just look around and jump in line real quick so you don't get stuck waiting to be helped . Always helps to look at menu before going . Two thumbs up for this place . read more

We liked the variety and the prices at 420, and the fact that their products are located where the customers can see them. However, they scanned our ID's when we came in, which made us uncomfortable, and then the door guard insisted that my husband take of his sunglasses because they have a facial recognition system. This made us even more uncomfortable, and when my husband asked why, the door person rudely told him that if he didn't like it, we could leave! Well, we did, and we never went back. There are plenty of other cannabis shops in town that are friendlier and not quite so "Big Brother." read more

This place is a joke! Some of the employees are nice and welcoming but I recently came in when this business was busy and greeted horribly by someone who didn't even have a register. She was very snappy. If you don't like your job please go find somewhere else to work. Customer service is everything and when you have bad employees it will ruin the business. read more

This place is wonderful. Este was not only super helpful but incredibly knowledgeable about all the things in the store. My fella and I have gone here, to 420, a few times.  I was very impressed, initially, with this store.  I like how everything is displayed and I (did) like the staff...until the last time.  I went into the store, showed the door guy my ID.  He seemed to be in a foul mood.  I brushed it off as him just having a bad day, and I headed to the atm to make a withdrawal for spending cash at this shop.   My fella was over picking out products, so when I finished at the atm, I headed off to join him. As I walked away from the atm, I was suddenly made wet (my hair and neck and shirt and left arm) by some kind of chemically product.  It SCARED THE SH*T out of me.  I thought there was a crazy person spraying crap on people. As I turned around to see what on earth was going on and who the heck was spraying me down with chemicals, I saw the door man...Let's just call him "STEVE"...walking back to his post by the door with an aerosol can. I Asked him why he had done that to me.  He said he's supposed to spray down the buttons on the atm.  I said that's fine, but when you sprayed me I was just about 10 feet away from the atm.  Why am I covered with chemicals?? He just shrugged and stopped communicating. I spoke the 'manager', who seemed very nonchalant about the situation.  I explained I have stage 3 COPD, and that I didn't appreciate inhaling a bunch of junk from a can, and I didn't appreciate being covered by said junk, either. I wanted an apology, at least...but all I got was uncomfortable, dismissive shrugs like what a person gets from middle schoolers caught harming an animal.  I felt demeaned.  I felt endangered.  Anyone that knows anything about COPD KNOWS just how f*cking dangerous what that door man did to me is. I felt targeted by "STEVE".  I have no idea why "STEVE" chose to do that to me.  I could smell that crap on my clothes all the way home. Every time I choose leave my house, enter a business, enter a hospital, encounter people just living their lives, it is a calculated RISK. There are only 4 stages.  I'm at stage 3.  I don't need some moron who's having a bad day to 'just for sh*ts and giggles' cause me an exacerbation. (an exacerbation requires emergency medical intervention, sometimes hospitalization, exposure to steroids that then make me immunocompromised for a period of time, putting me at greater risk of contracting various illnesses...which could kill me...like...oh...let's just say COVID 19) Each time I have an exacerbation, more PERMANENT DAMAGE happens to my lungs--Bringing me closer to the end stage...and then death. THANKS,  STEVE.  My son thanks you, as well...as does my fella who felt my wet sleeve and smelled the chemicals while I stood in line with him to spend $200 of my hard earned monies at your employer's establishment so that YOU can then get a PAYCHECK. read more

Completely disappointing. Every single employee was visibly and noticeably high as a kite. Ohkay this is by far my favorite dispensary in Tacoma , I'm a loyal customer and it's the only one I've been going to , great prices for good product , but today when I went in I couldn't actually go in because my license has a hole punch in it due to me getting a new Washington license I brought the paper from the DMV but still a no lol I'm confused because the DMV told me it would not be a problem to use my ID as long as I have the paperwork with me... I went to a dispensary right by 4/20 and it was no problem ...sad read more

Great selection and very helpful and friendly staff! It's our #1 choice in Tacoma. Been loyal customers for almost a year!

Best prices in town hands down. Good selection , consistent quality, and quick service. What more can you ask for?

They sell cheap low grade products. We purchased 2 Evergreen brand cratriges, and they burned you throat, and tasted like burt paper. When I called to see if I could exchange them since I was in the exchange time frame. I was told since they were functional they would not exchange them. When I said you could loose business for this kind of thing I was told have a nice day, and they hung up on me. If you look at their prices make sure to look at the THC total. Most are low, if not overpriced. read more
