She made excellent recommendations and actually the whole team that day was amazing they were all knowledgeable and helpful while making the entire experience very enjoyable. They're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I saw some reviews that said the employees were creepy -I'm a woman and they've never been creepy towards me. I've gone in solo many times. I've worn jeans and dresses. I've been complimented, but never made to feel uncomfortable. I talk to all the staff members when I go in and there's never been an issue. I can't speak for others' experiences, I'm just saying that's the furthest from any experience I've ever had. I think they're amazing. I also saw someone say they don't treat their employees well -I can't speak for that since I've never worked there, but the employees have always seemed to be in a good mood. I've been told they work 12 hour shifts and that can be good or bad depending on who you ask. I work 10 hour days and would be fine with 12. My fiancé worked 12 hour shifts and it was rough on him. The first time I went in there I tried to tip them and was told they're paid well enough that they don't accept tips and the person who told me that did not seem upset. I've seen employees come and go over almost 5 years, but that's normal in service jobs. One person specifically told me they were quitting due to moving closer to Mt.Rainier, already working a 2nd job, and just didn't want the commute. Never said it was a bad job. So again, that's just been my experience. I'm a customer, not an employee so I don't know the inner workings. Wide variety of products. They've got flower, vapes, joints (dipped and undipped), popsicles, chips, beverages, edibles, etc. We have some go-tos, but we occasionally try out recommendations. Everything has gotten the job done. Keep in mind, everyone's bodies responds differently to every strain and every product. So your body may respond more or less than someone else's on every single product. If you don't get the feeling you like from something, it may not be a bad product, it just probably doesn't rock your world. It's cool, just try something else next time. Find what you like. There's something for everyone. Prices are good. Again, we've shopped at MANY stores across the state and in other states as well. There's some products that are more costly due to the brand, but I wouldn't necessarily say the product is better-you're paying for the name brand. When buying flower, we buy an ounce each at a time and pay between $60 -$80 per ounce, depending on the brand. We go with what looks best and the employees will show you what they've got. It gets the job done. There's both more expensive and cheaper options. We also buy several other products and have never felt uncomfortable with the price. We generally each max out on product each time we go in and it's not breaking our bank. Find something in your price range and role with it. Or roll it, whatever. We're relatively heavy daily users so we're paying in the middle price range; otherwise, we'd be broke. But we can afford a bit of an upgrade from bottom of the barrel. Again, pick your lifestyle price range. Overall, this is currently our favorite store. We recommend.

Customers seeking peace and a respectful, private experience are instead met with invasive, boundary-crossing questions. When I explicitly refused to disclose my personal plans to an associate ringing me up, they used my shutdown of "no plans" as an invitation to press harder--behavior directly enabled by a manager who dismissed my concerns via email as nothing more than the staff's "many communication styles." It is insulting to be told by this store's manager that I should have to police their employees' behavior by announcing when I am "not in the mood for conversation" just to be left alone. When I pushed back on this toxic excuse, management simply ghosted me, proving they have no interest in professional standards. I am not here to train your staff on basic social decency, nor should any customer have to sacrifice their dignity just to make a purchase. I will be happily driving an extra five minutes to a store with class that respects its patrons; if you value your peace, dignity and privacy, I suggest you do the same. (BTW, The store at this address is called Local Roots when currently searching "cannabis" on Google locally, with signage on the building that reflects it's the current name)
