I had a terrible experience at this dispensary. The staff was friendly, but the worst part was the budtender's recommendation. I went in hoping to find something high-quality, and when I asked for advice, the budtender insisted on a strain that turned out to be awful. It had terrible effects, didn't taste good, and gave me a headache almost immediately. I trusted the recommendation, and now I regret it. Since I can't return the product. I guess I'm stuck with bad weed. P.s. I have gotten good stuff before but this is real bad. read more

They do not know service dog law and treated two veterans disrespectfully. I request that all veterans (and those with service dogs) avoid this business until they change their policy and procedure regarding service animals. I will cease pursuing legal action the moment I receive a written apology, and assurance that their policies are in line with the law. They will not allow a service dog in without a leash, and did not follow proper service dog procedure. I was not ever asked if Ozzy was a service dog, let alone what services he provided. I was only told that "it was store rules" that Ozzy had to be on a leash. I tried to explain that isn't mandated because Ozzy is a bona fide service animal, but I was met with deaf ears and a snarky attitude combined with a subtle blend of power tripping and asked to leave. Thank you for your service? Not even a letter from my lawyer could sway them from avoiding this issue in heading to civil court. As I am not interested in making any personal profit from this, I will turn any award over the Parkland Animal Hospital. I take this action for my veteran family and all those whose lives are made livable by their service dogs. Thank you for your attention to this matter. read more

4 stars because this shop is super easy, they have online options and yea the prices may be a bit steeper but your paying for the convivence tbh. See lots of people complain about prices. If you pay with cash you can avoid those fees at the register. The staff is chill. This isn't a Gucci store where the staff is supposed to bend over backwards trying to please you. If you come here you came here to buy weed. They've got a good selection of stuff and they've got simple rules you follow, love that they have several locations and the point system they have is lot i get discounts every here and there. read more

I purchased this last week for my arthritis and was hoping it would help with the aches and pains, but no. This product was made 12/14/2018 and expired 12/12/2019 and it offered a very timid balm at best. I have had other issues with The Gallery such as purchasing online and think I received the product I ordered but when I get home I see it is a similar looking product but not the one I ordered. When I check online to see the difference in price I see they substituted a cheaper product. Caveat Emptor read more

I love the vibe of this shop. The staff is super chill and very nice. I usually go to the spanaway location but I might start coming here instead. read more

The guy that helped me was nice and chill enough but the prices are through the roof. Left a tip bc it seems like the employees aren't too happy working there, vibe was mad dry. I would rather establish a connection with employees at a different cannabis store bc the base prices for Gallery products is asinine. read more

I'm from Olympia and I came in just to look and see what's good in Olympia you're allowed to touch things and see if it's the right product for you and I had no idea Tacoma was different but the girl that was working was extremely disrespectful of the weed that she handed me was already opened and blamed it on me and screamed at me pretty much and then I asked for a different one and I didn't mean to open it because I'm so used to Olympia. She screamed at me again and I did call her a bitch because she was being a bitch at the end of the day. You don't treat your customers like that you treat them with desire and priority. You don't be a bitch to them at the end of the day I'm sorry girl, but your job is in jeopardy. I'm tired of people treat me like shit just for asking questions.. I wish I remember her name but I will be back tomorrow to get it. read more

I've only been to 2 dispensaries, Zips and this place but this place had really good customer service. I brought edibles here both times I went here and the people here gave me really good recommendations. The first time I had a 5-pack mint chocolate one and the second time I had the Honu 10-pack ones and they were more like candy then chocolate but they were also really good. I like this place a little more than Zips just because of the exceptional customer service and the great recommendations read more

They are one of the few stores that keep brands in stock for long periods of time so when you find one that is to your liking you can almost always bet they have it in stock. The reason for the 3* is in my opinion they have a poor selection for " top shelf " customers but that's probably because of where they are located. The other reason is that I feel like the bud tenders only recommend bottom shelf deals and when you ask for any 8th that doesn't smell like hay they seem to struggle with recommending stuff ... but not always.. they do surprise now and then and deliver with some very impressive flower. read more

Employees here look like they hate their life, don't add much input into what you're buying, and they mark up their prices like a used car under Joe Bidens America. Avoid at all cost. read more

Clean, quick and just the right amount of selection. I've never had a problem buying from here and that's why I'm a repeat customer. The deals are good depending on the day and they have a separate, attached store that sells glass and other paraphernalia, which are also subject to discount. read more

Traveling from jersey so my id said not for "real ID"purposes referring to the new passport licenses thing. Let me in the first day not problem and scanned my ID just to be denied the next time. My problem is why sell to me the first time my id is valid at all other dispensary's got to zips so much better and they know the state laws and scan ids not just look at your license and turn you down without scanning read more

Great place to buy weed! Would highly recommend. Everyone is super knowledgeable on all product!

I have advanced COPD and have trouble breathing with a mask on and wear a small shield that covers my mouth and tapes across my nose. I tried to accommodate them by wearing it and went in to purchase. I got to the ID check and he said I needed a mask to which I said I can not that is why the shield. I was polite to start but he got up and approached a bit aggressive and made me have to back up or he would have been right in my face. He apparently does not know NOT to approach Viet Nam vets like he did. I have been discriminated against by the "Spanaway" store many times and would encourage everyone to find a small "LOCAL" shop and go there instead..... The Gallery is not worth being discriminated against like I was a third world immigrant. Please STOP giving bigots your money... even inslee the worst gov we ever had said I am exempt from the mask mandate due to heart and lung problems. read more

The products are nice quality! Good prices. Weekly specials, which is always nice. Because who doesn't love to save money? Anyways, the products and quality great and all and would've gotten 5 stars BUT I came by around 9:30-9:45pm and mind you, it's open til 11:30, but the guy "helping" did nothing but make me feel rushed and as if I was interrupting him in his final moments of waiting to get off work. He was patient but didn't seem very friendly. Wasn't happy w/ my experience for the first time in a long time. I earned my 20% discount. Will be using that & going somewhere else w/ better customer Service :-) read more

This is a cute little spot, reading the past reviews almost deterred is away but I'm glad we came in. The man helping us was friendly and helpful, partly I think because the place was empty. We got a Spoiled filter that was recommended to us that tasted sweet like Pears. I was a happy customer leaving. read more

Great customer service always have fire. There loyalty program is great really saves you money.

Can I give no star? No? Well this place deserves no stars. This place shouldn't even be open. I treat cannabis like medicine. This place treats it like dirt. I never been in such an uncomfortable environment. I don't like walking into a place and being greeted by some scandalously dressed girl saying "what up yo". No that's rude and disrespectful. You walk up to the counter and you then have to deal with women who are hired with no experience but try to play themselves up like they know EVERYTHING. Even though I get shown an indica as a sativa. No. The owner only hires women. Which whatever I get "sex" sells but if there's no knowledge, nothing sells and you give the cannabis world a bad name. Shame on you. On all of you. Get knowledgeable, get some sales experience, also get some social skills on professionalism. Maybe your door wouldn't rotate so much if you hired the right people. read more

I love this place. Nice people great service. Very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I am a regular here at the gallery, make a visit about every week sometimes more. No matter what day or time I come in, I am always greeted by enthusiastic people who are excited to help. The inventory is extremely easy to browse, with their binders perpetually updated and available at the counters. They only accept cash for various reasons, but their on site ATM makes it very easy to comply. Accepting cash only also seems to speed up the check out process. The lines can be sort of long sometimes, but business moves quickly, and the other customers are typically chill enough to bare the wait just fine. There has never been a negative experience for me at the Gallery, I honestly don't think I have ever left without a smile on my face. read more

The Gallery is an amazing Recreational Cannabis store. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable with their product. When you walk inside it's roomy and the decor leaves you with a comfortable feeling, even when it's busy. One of safest one stop shops around! read more

This place just actually tried to steal from me. I didn't realize the product had chemicals and fake terpenes in it before I paid for it. When I tried to get my money back I was told it was illegal to give refunds (What?). Keep in mind I never even moved my feet, let alone left the building. I only received my refund after fighting for it and then the guy said "I'm going to give it to you out of my pocket" like he was doing me a favor. Go someplace else that deserves your money. These guys don't. read more

I love the gallery! Great products and customer service. I have been to the location in Spanaway and on Pacific Ave.

I am extremely disappointed in the gallery. I bought a juju joint. I was told to keep my receipt in case it didn't work. I got home and it didn't work. I took it back and was told the whole last shipment of them were having issues. I asked if i could exchange it for something else. She said no i can only exchange for the same product. I live in Seattle but was visiting family in Tacoma. I Got home and it didn't work. Now i am out 50.00 plus the 10.00 tip. I will never return. If you know there is a problem why are you selling them? read more

Best place to get bud at, sincerely. I've been getting my green here since the day they opened. With the deepest sincerity, you won't see me going anywhere else. It takes a lot to gain my trust, and desire to want to be loyal to one pot shop. There's just so many, and they usually, equally have those sticky pros and cons.... Fortunately, finally I have just sincerely, felt as if I were treated like a customer with medical needs should be treated.... just like the person without. Equally, and with the same amount of patience, knowledge, respect, and more than impeccable customer service, without all the hostility and rush behind it all. Not to mention the quality of all their products. I've tried flower, dabs, edibles, tinctures, breath mints, and even got a pair of really cool Huffy socks. (Solstice is my fave personally. Any of their strains really. Any form. Or Soulshine, any strain, but personally I prefer Narnia. Great happy high, but not too bouncy. Just perfect. CBD Lilly is pretty perfect when mixed with the purple diesel. Great even mix.) The outcome for every strain that I have been given, has been the outcome expected due to all of the info that has been given to me prior to every purchase. No disappointments from me. Not one. And, That right there, that's what I get from this wonderful place.
