Gonna keep it short because I didn't have much of an experience with them, not for lack of trying. You see: I'm a medical patient, and need my medicine for very specific reasons and sometimes certain strains can be better for certain conditions than others. For context: Marley 420 has been extremely good to me, and will continue to receive my business (never planned to stop going there) for probably many years to come, but a couple days ago I thought I'd try to give Euphorium a try because they had a couple strains on a brand that Marley didn't, and I wanted to try. Turns out, BIG MISTAKE. I was turned down at the door, with them claiming that they didn't accept med cards (under 21). I did my research, and it clearly states on their website that they are a medically endorsed dispo, able to sell to medical patients yet they claimed that they weren't. I tried to confirm with one of the other workers, but according to both the security dude and themselves, they didn't accept medical. So, what gives? Either remove that you're medically endorsed from your website, or serve medical patients; you can't turn down folk looking for medicine if you're obligated to do so. read more

Never had a bad experience here in 5+ years until recently. I usually come in about once every 1-2 weeks and usually either buy a OZ or half OZ. Most recently I came in on Sunday and bought a half OZ of legends. I've never had an issue so I did not visually inspect the jar (probably my fault) but when I got home I noticed it seemed to be about half empty . I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe just dense nugs or something since the jar still had the security seal attached to it ...however when I went to weigh it out it only came in at 5 grams instead of the 14 grams I had paid for ... I called the location and asked to speak to someone about the issue but there was no manager available so they took my name and number and said they would call me back . I've yet to receive a call and it has almost been a week. So I went in today to buy more weed since I ran out and I brought the issue up again with one of the bud tenders but it did not seem to help at all ... I do not blame euphorium for this mishap as it seems that this jar came from the vendor that way since as it was still sealed ... I was just hoping for a little more help from them in trying to make the situation right ....anyways that's my rant ....double check your jars before you leave everyone. read more

Overall this is a very nice dispensary to visit. The shop itself is clean, the employees are friendly, and they have a great selection of products. I also find this store difficult to use due to the layout. All of the products are behind the counter and behind the employees. Pisces are not openly labeled and unless you know what you're looking for it's pretty much impossible to really find and try new products unless you're willing to stand there and repeatedly ask "may I see ____." Can get some pretty good deals, but geared more on budget quality products only. - Flower recently harvested. - Ample parking. - Nice variety. So let me start off by saying i was a loyal customer for 3 years and I generally loved the place.. that is until you have an issue and they only insist you are the problem. Example- I buy cartridges all the time it's roughly all I smoke but 1 cartridge just didn't screw on properly I tried to explain showed that others work but on 2 batteries it didn't stick.. so the bigger manager insists that it's the 2 batteries no matter how much proof was given! Well within the return policy and was treated as a problem customer when honestly all I've ever done was love the business.. it's a shame that I will be closing my account with all sales and that'll be it. Honestly if anything comes up with your transaction I wouldn't expect anything to be done about it. When I find a shop I like, I'm pretty dedicated to it. The store I frequent was out of the items I needed for once, so I decided to venture elsewhere. I remembered this place in Covington and decided to stop by. It is a big open room, with some glass display cases with their merchandise inside. Most stores I have been in to require ID the moment you walk in the door, but we were in there for a few minutes before a employee came running around frantically grabbing ID cards from the customers. The gentleman who helped us was very...bubbly. Asked him for recommendations of cartridges and a new battery, as mine had died and i was in need of a new one. He was sort of informative, but really more or less just talked about the ones he preferred to smoke all the time - including even on his breaks at work...um awkward. I have never been in to a shop that allows their employees to be under the influence while at work. I ended up buying a couple things, but most likely will not return. Really disorganized and just not up to the level of service or product knowledge that I am used to at other stores I have been in to. I am a medical cannabis green card holder with severe PTSD from The War and grow my own, but ran dry and bought some cannabis for the first time in years from another retailer a little further from home. When I got home and weighed the product, it was short. I brought the short product back and they were mortified, and they did what it took to make things right. Still, I decided to change retailers and yesterday morning I called Covington Euphorium to see what their policy is on short product. Monte, the manager, assured me up and down that he would personally go to bat for me with their vendors if any product was short. With his assurances, I came to the Covington Euphorium and asked my bud tender for a half ounce of sativa in my price range. I didn't mention brands. I didn't mention strains. He went in back and came out with the IDENTICAL product I had issues with at the previous retailer. Same brand, same strain, same label, same jar. When I brought it to Monte's attention and asked him to work with me to fix the problem, he immediately turned hostile, accusatory and confrontational, going off on some paranoid rant about how I'm doing some sort of 'op' and acting like I was the problem, not the dicey product. When I reminded him he had personally vouched to bat for me, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, even though we had just discussed it 40 minutes earlier. At this point I knew Monte was lying to my face. This makes him a thief too. Things escalated as my PTSD kicked in, and I called him a liar to his face. When I offered to prove his product was short with my own scale, he had security escort me off the property. He tried taking the evidence back, but I didn't let him. I have the sealed product, intact, and I've lodged a formal complaint with the WA State Alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis board, who I will provide with the evidence should they decide to pursue an investigation into whose pockets all the missing weed money is going. Vendor? Retailer? Kickback scheme? I have no idea. Once I had calmed down enough to hold a measured conversation again I called another Euphorium store to ask for contact info for the owner. I was assured I would get a phone call within an hour or two. That was yesterday. No such call was forthcoming. The lack of a response from the Owner, Kristian, is in my opinion a tacit approval of Monte's criminal activity. I went back to the other retailer, who sold me a bag from another vendor that weighed correctly the first time. If I could give less than one star, I would. Do NOT go to Euphorium. I really don't get the negative reviews on this place. The staff here has always been super friendly. I get Dragon's Baum for my back from here on occasion. I stopped by in December to get my gal a "green Christmas basket" and they totally hooked me up with an awesome assortment of goodies and I think the whole store had fun assembling the basket. I popped in for the vendor discount from phat panda, which was amazing btw, got there 2 minutes late and they still let me get the 40% discount which came out to 80$ for two 7g jars from phat panda which I love! 36$+44$ two quarters of yummy indica and I believe the bud tenders name was Katie or Kate, something like that, was amazing! Super helpful, smiles all day and was just a pleasure to have such a pleasant interaction regardless of the kind of business. Some time back, I stopped in to buy some coconut cbd oil. This was my second bottle. I like the product as it helps relax my sleep. But, when I opened and tried the new bottle, it tastes like it went rancid. I tried to exchange it but was told that since it was open they could not help me. So, how can you possibly know if it's rancid without opening it? Clearly the bottle was still full. But, sorry. "We can offer a discount on another purchase...". Decided to try it out again and when we went the other day it was great did online order they figured out what we didn't have for the order and they just made sure that when I arrived they had 4 pre-rolls even if it wasn't exact to order they did let me know what they had and what the replaced and give me the online discount price. However today horrible customer service horrible communication I had to place my order three different times online because they didn't want to tell me what they didn't have in stock but just insist on denying my order. With the legalization of marijuana in Washington state, to stand out, I knew the time for stylish retail business would start popping up. Shocked that this hidden gem has CostCo towering in front of it, but tucked away it may seem but this has got to be one of the nicest places to shop. My partner and I have always had great experiences with the staff and customers at Euphorium until yesterday afternoon. The bud tender and customer next to us at the counter were having an extremely hurtful and bigoted conversation about the LGBTQ community. When my partner respectfully approached them about it they shut her down quick and even high fived each other about it. I've never experienced so much hateful ignorant behavior from an employee before. My partner and I will never be coming here again and recommend anyone who wants to support businesses that make all customers feel safe and seen to do the same. read more
