Stopped by here on Saturday (5/22) and the girl working that day was really freaking amazing! Sorry I forgot to ask name, but definitely answered questions my fiancé and I had about shipping the best she could!! The pieces here were also really beautiful and unique compared to other shops i've seen or stopped by. And visiting from Texas the price I got all my items for was not bad AT ALL. I'm visiting seattle and noticing how overpriced EVERYTHING is from gas, clothes, the same meals fast foods as texas are also sky rocket higher in price (smh). but this smoke shop has REASONABLE pricing, even cheaper than smoke shops in texas... If I lived in seattle this would be my go-to smoke shop. I truly loved it read more

Scumbags couldnt return a juice he scanned that wasnt the MG I asked for. Now i am stuck with juices i cant use cause he doesnt know how to return and the owners gonne for a month fucking joke a fucking shotty business dont go here at all for any smoke or vape needs. Should have known when a place sells kratoms and only caters to those sorts read more

I love this place. The local selection is amazing but I just had service that really made me feel unwelcome. Usually the person working strikes up conversation and helps. I greet this guy and I got a very crabby hello. Asked to look at some of the local glass where he tells me to open the case myself. I started looking at different ones and was told to only look at the one I wanted initially. I understand Covid stuff but this was just rude. He could've come over and showed me them but decided to be a dick behind the counter. Customer service with new people needs work. read more

Unbelievable selection of Kratom. The girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the different strains, great for first time buyers. I'm older, and probably looked waaay too conservative, but she was still VERY cool. I found a large selection of what I was looking for, helpful staff, flexible hours, and convenient location (at least for South King County). ( I probably should add a tip, Burien Police like to set up a "speed trap" on the hill going away from the shop, on !st Avenue So., going North.) read more

I've been here twice. Both times I had really good service. I was picking up mods for my vape. Not only are the prices amazing, the employees both helped me figure out how each mod worked and what would be the best for my tank. I visited other local shops, but they just don't have the quality of pieces for a decent price. Will definitely be back. read more

Called the store ahead of time to see if they had a certain product in stock, a lady with a rude attitude picked up the phone and after explaining what i'm looking for she said to just come in because she said she had them. When i came, the product i was looking for wasn't even remotely the right one, having drove from Renton it pissed me off and all she said is "i'm pretty sure there are smoke shops in renton". I came in looking for replacement glass and the guy had an attitude the moment I entered. They didn't have the right glass, which is fine, but the guy tried to make me feel stupid for even asking. I had a follow-up question and he completely ignored me and continued laughing and talking to his coworkers even though I was speaking straight to his face 3 feet away. The only acknowledgment I got after that were further attempts at belittlement, but at that point I was walking out the door, as they yelled after me in another language. To sum it up, if you can even get them to help you, they will talk down to you and try to get you out of there as quickly as possible, in the least helpful way possible. The arrogance and sense of superiority in there is overwhelming. It's the exact opposite of a friendly, welcoming environment. Do yourself a favor and go to the place that's right across the street instead. The place is called Vape-O-Rama and it's like 30 seconds away. They're super chill, knowledgeable, and will treat you with respect (they even had the glass piece I was looking for)!

I'm in recovery, so I hesitate to take advantage of the herb shops in town and I refuse prescription medications, so you can imagine how happy I was to discover kratom. Anarchy Smoke Shop carries a nice variety at fantastic prices & Brianna (sp?) seems to be well educated in this arena; she patiently - even happily - answered all of my dumb questions. I felt welcomed & valued as a customer which is always so nice. Brianna explained which types of kratom are known for pain relief with or without getting a "buzz" (I didn't want the "buzz") and which ones can be relaxing and which are reported to be energizing. She was very professional about it, meaning that she didn't make any promises or offer any medical advice. She simply told me what each strain is commonly known for & I appreciated that so much. I left the store with terrific information and resources for when I want to learn about it some more, plus some great product; seven hours later I'm still pain-free & I don't feel weird or sleepy. They also carry what appeared to be high-quality pipes and bongs as well as e-juice for vaping, but I can't offer a review on those products because I didn't try any. I was looking for a quartz banger and holy shit they have over like 30 types lol. tons of vapes, ejuice, pipes and bongs. also.. Anarchy is my "go to spot" for Kratom. They have the largest selection in Washington State and a menu of sorts to help you out with the choosing process. The staff is always friendly and helpful and their orange juice is priced just right... My only complaint would be they dont have a punch card I could use for my frequent visits. So Danette was the Glass Expert! She was awesome let me try pieces out!! Let me switch when I saw one I liked better and was way chill happy to do it!! I stopped going to this smoke shop after hearing the girl at the front counter talk about the drugs she would be doing that weekend. Completely unprofessional. Smoking cannabis is one thing, but I have no interest in hearing about the meth or what the ever she was on about. Good prices on cigarettes other than that. Still come here all the time for kratom. They just got in a new strain and it's AWESOME. ¢.50 kratom Sundays is a great time to come try it out. Best kratom I've found still so I haven't wandered.
